Warning Message with CD Titles from CDDB

I get this message now when I try to start iTunes:
Warning! iTunes was not installed correctly. If you want itunes to be able to retrieve cd information from the internet, Please reinstall iTunes.

With the install issue....when "registering modules" the installer application hangs on the process msiexec.exe, whic his a Microsoft Installer process. I reinstalled the latest update for MS installer...and it still wouldn't complete the iTunes 7 install.
I kept trying the install and for some reason, I must have killed the right process to continue with everything because I got the installer to finish where it left off and fixed the CD name reading issue.
I still cannot update to iPod software 1.2 since the installer kept crashing, but at lease I can use everything. Error code 1413
PS - No SpyCatcher traces.

  • Invoice Receipt Warning Message Appear After Upgrade from 4.6C to ECC6

    Hi Gurus,
    We do upgrade from 4.6C to ECC6. And we do Invoice Verification base on Delivery (Vendor delivery number), in our business process there more than one Purchase Order has same Vendor Delivery Number while GR executed. But only one Purchase order related to Invoice verification, others PO are Free PO (no need Invoice Verification).
    The problem is:
    In SAP 4.6C, while execute Invoice base on Delivery (Vendor delivery), system automatic select only PO with Delivery (vendor) which related/allow invoice receipt.
    In SAP ECC6, while execute Invoice base on Delivery (vendor delivery), all PO selected. So than there are warning messages appear (warning pop screen) for those PO not allow invoice Receipt (message M8035: PO item XXXXX does not allow invoice receipt), and at the end PO which allow Invoice receipt then appear for further Invoice Receipt process.
    At overall, the final result SAP 4.6C and SAP ECC6 is same (only PO which allowed Invoice Receipt will processed further).
    The Question are:
    1. Why in ECC6 appear warning message, while in 4.6C no warning message ? Is there config to ignoring the warning message. I've try to maintain system message for M8035 (t-code: OMRM) to ignoring the pop screen, but can not created.
    2. How do we make warning message dissapear (no need warning message), because if the PO's has hundred items so user need to click enter hundred times.
    Thanks in advance.

    Tri Wicaksono

    Hi,
    could you please check whether the flag "GR-based IV" is set in the purchase orders?
    If GR based-IV is ticked, then this pop-up cannot be suppressed.
    If you would like to post the invoice first then GR-based IV should not be checked, otherwise this pop-up will always appear.  I am afraid that this behaviour is standard.
    Please, be aware that this feature is only available if you set  in the Purchase Order item the 'GR-based IV' indicator:
       If the GR-IV flag is not set in the PO, then the system does not
       differentiate individual goods receipts. Please see the <f1> help
       for the field "GR-IV" in the PO item detail. Since the individual
       receipts are not differentiated, an invoice is not tied per se to
       an individual receipt and a goods receipt can be reversed despite
       an invoice receipt.
    With the GR-IV flag set on in a PO, you can specify which goods
       receipt is being invoiced in an IR and which goods receipt is being
       reversed in a return. It is this correlation between goods receipts
       and invoices that enables you to specify for GR-IV PO's whether an
       item can be returned despite an invoice.
    Please refer to the note :457511 Question 10.
    Best regards

  • Warning messages with the option to continue or cancel

    I am fairly new to the world of JSF and I need to have the ability to present a warning to the user, and allow them the option to continue or to cancel. I need to do this via a message on the page with a link rather than a javascript alert box. The basic usability would be this, the user uses the webapp to create an object, they can then go in and edit the object, while editing they have the option to delete the object, the "delete" control is a button. If they click on this button, I need a way to warn the user but allow them to continue anyway. Currently we have a facility to add a warning to the page, but what I would like to do is add a link or even a button to that page that will allow the delete to take place. Does anyone have any ideas? I've spent quite a few hours on google and haven't found anything similar to what I'm trying to do. The inability to use javascript has been dictated to me, so that is not an option.

    Try this...
    Create two similar "submit" buttons. The only difference is that one will reload the current page, with your warning message displayed. The second will actually execute the delete action.
    When the page is first viewed, the first button will be rendered and the second button will not be rendered. You can facilitate this using the rendered attribute on the commandLink or commandButton, and then tying that to a boolean variable in the backing bean.
    When the first delete button is clicked, you perform the necessary action to display the warning message, flip the rendered boolean, and return the same page again. The page will be reloaded, this time with the second button rendered and the first button not rendered.
    When the second delete button is clicked, you perform the delete, flip the boolean again (especially if your backing bean is in session scope!) and return the user to the appropriate page. If the user chooses cancel, then remember to flip the boolean again.
    Hope this helps!

  • Splitting a message with multiple rows from the JDBC Adapter

    Hi,
    I'd like to split the resultset message with multiple row elements and process each row separately..
    Does someone have this experience?
    Thanx, Peter

    Hi Chandrasekhar,
    I tried to follow your advise, but I'm not able to complete the process correctly.
    Let me explain my process:
    First - output from the JDBC adapter goes into the first receive step. Of course, there are multiple ROW elements. (Should be marked the ingoing message marked in the container as Multiline??)
    The next should be the transformation:
    format of the source message is like
    <message>
      <row>
        <column>w</column>
      </row>
      <row>
        <column>w</column>
      </row>
    </message>
    In the message I have the ROW element as 0..unbounded
    and <column> element exactly 1
    This message should be mapped to multiple messages of the format:
    <message>
      <value>w</value>
    </message>
    How should be the mapping be done?
    Is it N:1 or 1:N (because in another thread there was an 1:N mapping advised)
    Then (as you say) should follow the Block step:
    Which message (container element) should be marked as Multiline? And what does it mean: Current Message?
    Can you give me some advise, when and how to use the multiline mark?
    Thanx a lot, Peter

  • I don't get SMS messages with the code from Apple with two factor authentication

    As soon as Apple enabled two factor authentication in Mexico, I activated the feature. For some time everything worked well. When iOS 8 was launched, I started updating my devices. I was able to update an iPad Air as well as my iPhone 5 (which is the device used for verification). However, when I tried to update my iPad mini, I couldn't. I stopped receiving SMS messages from Apple with the code for verification. Now I am stuck with an iPad mini that I cannot use with my Apple ID and I cannot use iCloud on my brand new iPhone 6 (anticipating the problem, I backed up my iPhone 5 with iTunes and I am up and running, but with no iTunes match and no iCloud backup).
    I have spent time on the phone with Apple support, who promised to return my call with a solution, but they never called back.
    Just a final note. I do not have the recovery key. I trusted Apple and never thought I would need it. The fact is I still think it is Apple's problem because the SMS messages should get to my phone, and they don't. I do not really care losing my iCloud Backups or my photos (I have them all backed up elsewhere) but I don't want to lose my e-mail address (a .mac domain) nor my purchases.

    I sent a message to that person. He replied, but I didn't get anything. To make it even more puzzling, I asked him to cc to my wife and she got his message. Then I asked her to forward it to me, and again I didn't get anything. Next, I  found an old message from that guy and forwarded it to myself. Same effect - the message disappears, although the "sent" folder has a copy!

    <String> or <Interger>or a
    <Double>. I even tried using the Wildcard
    <?>. Still no effect on it. Earlier I was trying it out with a Cosole program so I just revised the Version back to 1.4 SDK but now I am implementing a GUI to the program and I am in a real need to know how to solve it since I have to use the 1.5 JDK. Please Help me. I can't even find an example out there which uses Generic type methods to add to the Vector using the getter and setter method. Could there be a problem with the getter or setter of the program?

  • Texting from ipad warning message

    When sending a text message from the iPad 2, I'm getting a warning message with an exclamation point that the text cannot be sent.  I am using WiFi and not Verizon or ATT service.
    Thank you.

    iMessage is not really txt messages.  They look like a text, but they are not.  You can only send to apple people that have the service turned on.   Text messages go thru your telecom provider to another phone.  The pad, of course, is not a phone, and cannot send anything on the phone network.
    So what you are sending is handled by apple servers, but only goes to registered addresses.  For a pad, the registered address is an e mail address.  For an iPhone, it can be either a phone number on file w apple, or an e mail address on file with apple.
    If you are sending from a pad, those are your only options.
    If you are sending from an I phone, if the recipient is an iMessage person, it goes through as an I message.  If the recipient is not, but is a cell phone, the system will automatically send it as a regular text.  You may have noticed that from a phone, some of the messages are blue, and some are green,  that is the difference.  If you are sending to a pad from a phone, only the e mail address will work.
    Ok?

    I'm so much glad to see JDeveloper giving out all the details and warnings, but sometimes they spit out too much warning messages that simply annoys and distracts my programming.
    There seems to be no parameters for me to shut those up, maybe I should do it manually?
    thanks.

    Ronald,
    I've already tried setting up the j2ee-config.xml file, but
    it seems that the warning message does not come from the oc4j, but is generated when jsp file is being compiled, so no matter what you do with the j2ee-config.xml, it would not work to remove the warnings.
    I was thinking maybe I could setup the java compiler option found in server.xml, by adding -nowarn option in javac options attribute, but it seems that the file server.xml gets overwritten automatically whenever the oc4j restarts (so, no avail).
    So... any other ideas?

  • GRC 10.0 - Warning Message - Issue - MSMP Workflows

    Hi All,
    I have a query on below warning message. Need advise from experts here.
    In our scenario, at few stages of workflow, approver enters the comments and then clicks on SUBMIT button. Request gets approved. There will be a CLOSE button once the request is approved. Approver clicks on CLOSE button and will be shown a warning message as shown below.
    "This application contains unsaved data which may be lost.
    Do you want to continue without saving the changes"
    Now during our UAT concern was raised by the client team and they don't want to see this message as request is already approved and this message looks irrelevant.
    Please suggest if there is a way to avoid showing this message.

  • How to use warning message

    Hello everyone!
    The message type of 'w' should have a yellow symbol on the status bar, right?

    Hi Ricardo,
    Atish is correct. We cannot predict the color of the warning. Even though the color of warning displays like error, the functionality of warning will take place...
    if you put your same piece of code under at selection-screen, warning message with yellow color will be displayed....but inside the start-of-selection..it display like the error message.
