Warning messages recieved when activating z* tables after refresh.

Hi all,
We are having a problem in activating tables. After the system refresh, while activating z* tables warning messages are recieved. Some of the warnings recieved are as follows:
Index LIKP-BGR is not in customer namespace.
Enhancement category for table missing.
Enhancement category for include or sub-type missing.
It appears that the tables with "enhancement categories" set to "not classified" are the ones posing the problems.
Earlier, this problem was not there. But after a technical weekend the issues are being faced.

For this goto SE11
Enter the table name .
Click on Display .
Go to Extras-->Enhancement Category.
select radio button for Can be enhanced Deep.
Click on continue.
This will resolve your issue.

I have the following configuration enabled for Access Manager:
Access Manager 7.0 with patch 120955-04
Web server 6.1 with patch 116649-20
Directory Server 5.2 SP4
1.) Individual password policy setup in directory server to lockout accounts after 3 failed login attempts.
2.) Account lockout option enabled in Access Manager to lockout accounts after 3 failed login attempts.
The issue that I face is the following:
After, 3 consecutive failed login attempts and from the fourth login attempt,
the Access manager does not give
any error/warning messages on the browser, but redirects the user back to the login screen as the
account is locked/inactive.
This is sort of annoying as the user is confused as to why he is being redirected to the
login screen.
This issue is very much reproducible as below:
1.) Create an individual password policy to lockout user after 3 failed login attempts and assign it to the specific user.
2.) configure access manager to lock the account after 3 failed login attempts.
3.) on attempting to login on the fourth attempt (correct or incorrect) the user is redirected to the login screen without any warning.
Is this a known issue in Access Manager ?
Can we configure the Access Manager so that a warning message is provided to the user after the account is locked.

This option has been set and we do get a warning after the second failed login attempt.
When a failed login occurs the third time consecutively the user account is locked and a warning is shown.
However, now if the user tries to login (say fourth time with the correct/incorrect password) he is redirected back to the login screen without any warning or error messages.
This seems to be annoying as the user is redirected back to the login screen continuously without any messages.
I am able to reproduce this problem on my test box and was wondering
if this is a known issue.

If you're still around I hope you see this message, as you're the FIRST person (after reading every link, thread, other sites, apple support articles, etc.) to mention JB may be causing this iTunes popup window to REPEATEDLY occur:
"The iPhone software update server could not be contacted."
No, I did not hack anything (are you kidding? Grannies don't hack!), but I unknowingly bought a 3Gs iOS 3.1 from ebay that was not advertised as JB. Since it is like brand new, I was going to keep it (because my old backup is iOS 3.1.2) & was trying to simply restore & update, which (I thought) would remove the JB (that's what everybody says at forums, etc).
Instead, after "erasing all settings/content" (inside phone's Settings to get the prior person's name out of there), it is now stuck in White Apple Mode.
Put it in DFU/Recovery Mode & connect to iTunes but that stupid above message keeps appearing & I have already read/tried EVERYTHING to get rid of that message, starting with:
1. OLD phones (3Gs) with OLD iOS 3.1+ should work FINE with OLD Mac (iBook) with OLD OSX (Tiger 10.4.11) with OLD iTunes (9.2.1[5]). So that can't be the problem.
Here's all the other things apple & others say to check which I already checked:
2. USB ports are FINE, both work FINE, so that's not the problem.
3. No "extra USB devices" are connected, ONLY a mouse, & then the phone (yes, I tried it w/o the mouse connected but that didn't help).
4. No "usb hubs."
5. Latest iTunes for this OSX has already been DL'd (iTunes 9.2.1[5]). If you know of a newer one for this OSX, please advise.
6. No antivirus software.
7. No security software.
8. No routers; only 1 comcast modem, period. Wired Ethernet.
9. No wifi gadgets, no wifi at all.
10. No firewalls, except what is on iBook in the SHARING/System-Prefs. section. It's turned OFF.
11. Did the hosts/terminal thing sudo nano whatever it was. There were only 3 lines, NO gs.apple.com:
xxxxx local host
xxxxx broadcast host
xxxx local host
Oh, & btw, ATT officially unlocked this phone (after I filled out their online forms) but I can't finish the process via iTunes to get their Confirmation that "Device is Now Unlocked," so I can use T-Mo.
So that's it. If you have any other ideas of what to do from here, since from your comment, maybe it's the stupid JB on this phone that is causing the problem (???), please advise.

Brooks lansing if you create a new Administrator account does the same issue occur? If so then it is likely that there is a file permission failure and file permissions have been set for the existing Users instead of the groups they belong to.
Have you removed and reinstalled Photoshop Elements 11? This may reset the file permissions to the correct state to allow it to work under new accounts.

"Error when activating update rule" after changing ODS key

Hi Gurus,
I have problem when transporting in productive system an existing ODS & the update rule linked. The message is : "Error when activating update rule".
This is when i move one field from the key to a simple field of the ODS.
Before transporting requests, i deleted data in the ODS by right-click on ODS --> Request tab --> select the request --> click on delete....
I don't understand because i did the same in Qual environment and everything is OK : transport request & ODS loading...
Please help.....

Please try to check/perform the following steps:
1- You must ensure for the update rule have mapping between infosources
   and ODS/CUBEs correct, this means that also these objects need
   to be of the same version in the source system of the transport as in
   target system.
2- Please ensure all infoobjects in the cube are active.Please
   reactivate all the objects again in source system.
3- Ensure all infoobjects are found in the communication structure.
4- Please try to collect the update rule via BW transport connection
   with the grouping option "only necessary objects" and then transport
   those objects again.
Could you please reactivate the infocube and its update rules again
and then create a new transport for this infocube and transport it
again.

No Warning Message occur when Budget change

Hi,
I setup a budget in SAP B1- by configuring in Administration >> System Initialization >> General Settings >> Budget
1) Check Budget Initialization Box
2) Check Warning and select all four document type
3) Upload Budget in Financials >> Budget Setup >> Budget through DTW
When i create a Journal Entry for the G/L Account for which was used in budget , no message can be popup and at the same time the entry will be add successfully.
How can I popup the warning message...???

Warning message DM10826 when running gendata (text merge area that can shrink/grow on image that cannot grow)

I am currently converting from Documaker 11.3 to 12.2 While running GENDATA I get the following message:
DM10826: Warning in TextMergeParagraph(): Attempting to use a text merge area that can grow, on the image <JACKETPAGE> which cannot grow. Processing will continue.
I have a text area in the JACKECTPAGE section that has the sizing option of "Can grow and shrink" selected. This is because I have an imbedded tag in the middle of the text area. The "form section options" for the JACKETPAGE section that contains the text area does not have "Can shrink and grow" selected. If I change the JACKETPAGE "form section options" to select "can shrink and grow" the warning message goes away.
Couple questions:
(1) What are the ramifications of selecting "can shrink and grow" on the form section option? I really don’t want anything else on the form to move around.
(2) If there are no ramifications of selecting this option on the "form section options" there an easy way to find every section that has a text area that is flagged as "can shrink and grow" so that I can proactively flag the associated form(s) in order to eliminate these messages?

The message is actually an old one, so I would be surprised if you are just now getting the message moving from 11.3 to 12.2. Unless it is perhaps because you were previously not using Studio model MRL and now you are.
The message indicates that a growing text area could potentially push objects out of the section boundary or even exceed the boundary itself - assuming you mapped in enough data. It is simply a warning.
If you know that your content can't really grow beyond your section or if you know and expect the result in case it does, then just ignore. Or if you know there is sufficient room for the content to grow within the section without overflowing the boundary (because you have white space at the bottom), then you could set the Can Grow on the section and prevent the message. Your choice really depends upon what you prefer.
However, if the growing text area can indeed push objects (or itself) outside the boundary with the data you map, then setting the Can Grow on the section will affect your output.When a section grows in size, this adjusts the position of the remaining sections on the page. If you don't allow that, you could have overlapping content if the text area pushed something outside the boundary of a section.
As for whether there is a way to globally set existing sections to grow, I don't think there is. The version you have now will automatically try to set the section to can grow when editing a section and you add a dynamic text area. However, you can still turn that off if you don't want it on. That does not affect existing forms or sections which you have in the library until you were to edit the sections and modify a text area.

Error when activating update rule after transporting to QA

When we transport Info cubes and update rules along with Process chains. There are the following errors in Transport request(XXXXXXXX).
1. Error when activating update rule 22HSFD3ZMALU46LS0R8PRF2MW
IC=ZSDPCXY2 IS=2LIS_11_VAITM error when checking the update rules
2. Error when activating update rule 7NT4WIDPDCN2ERFDRXIGH95PM
IC=ZSDPCXY2 IS=2LIS_12_VCHDR error when checking the update rules
and etc.
Then we activated and saved all the erroneous update rules in another tranport request(YYYYYYYY) and again we transported alongwith the previous transport request(XXXXXXXX).
The last request(YYYYYYYY)was successfully tranported and still there are same errors in TR(XXXXXXXX).
Quick answers will be highly appreciated.

Next time you would have transport only (YYYYYYYY). Transport Request (XXXXXXX) was not required to be moved.
Normally Update Rule gets deactivated in QA when any changes to the CUbe/ODS are moved.
Thus either you can transport transport request for only active update rule to QA or activate your UR directly in QA system in case you have authorization to do that.

Warning message required when we chnage invoicing party in MIRO

HI All,
Our client require the below settings.
If we change the invoicing party in MIRO which is different than the PO vendor then system should throw warning message or pop up.
I had tried to convence them that it can impact scenarios but they says they require warning message at least so that if anybody is changing the Invoicing party then he will get the message.
I had tried by maintaining M8286 message in OBA5 but i didnt got the warining.
Please suggest how we can achieve this.

To maintain the current row position after a refresh I use the following poll method.

I have an association in two VOs.
for example: There are 2 tables called Emp and Dept. Every Department has Employees. so there is an association (both tables have a common column). Master table is the Dept table. when you click on one record of the Dept table Detail table will show the details of the employees belongs to that selected department. That's what I referred as master-detail tables. first one is master table; second one is detail table.
When the web page loads all the table data is not fetched from the db (it will depend on the fetch size). when we scroll down the table data fetch happens again and again.
think my data fetch size is 25 rows per time.
Suppose we use mine poll method and think I have clicked on the 20 ^th^ row of table1(master table). then the table2 will display details belongs to selected department. that is OK even after refresh. that works well.
when I go to 30 ^th^ row data fetch will happen (my fetch size = 25)
when I click on the 30 ^th^ row of the table1(master table), table2 will display details belongs to selected department. but after the poll method is called the selected row at the table1 disappears and is set to another position. now the 30 ^th^ row is not in the 30 ^th^ position. but it is the selected row and table2 displays correct details.
I think you have got the problem now. :D

when i am using any master table click on those icons i perform operations
for bindings

Focus on next navigatble item in ADF Table after refresh

Hi,
How to set the focus in the ADF table to next navigable item after Table Refresh.
I have valueChangeListner set to one of the columns in the table. Once the Value is changed in the Column we perform calculations based on the value and update the RowIterator.
To get the updated values I refresh the Table. It shows the updated values correctly.
After refresh the contorl/focus moves to the Table header.
Instead We would like to have the focus on the next navigable Item in the Table.
Or is there a way to change the values in the Table without refreshing by Partial trigger on the Table.

I did that but it doesn't seems to be working as it need to refresh its own column.
eg:
Row COL1 COL2
R1: Rxxxx Val1
R2: Lxxxx Val2
R3: Exxxx Val3
R4: Fxxxx Val4
When I modify Val1 Val4 need to be calculated using val1-val3/val2
I'm doing this in ValueChangeListener. and setting attribute values by finding the correct row using RowsetIterator.
When I refresh the Table Iterator in Row R4 Val4 is showing the correct values.
But If I refresh the COL2 it doesn't change the value in row R4
I have tried by setting IterartorBinding Refresh to always / ifneeded. Tried both declarative and Dynamically. There is no effect.

in processc hain-->monitor workbench->i got not yet completed/warning(1)
in this it shows extraction(messages):errors occurred...
what will be the solution..

Hi Madhavi,
First when you get an error message you would have to do analysis on the issue of why the load got failed.
Dbl click on the step where you have got an error
Go to the STATUS tab of the step in monitor screen
At the bottom you would find the error details button where you can find what caused the error.
If its a load from source system like R/3 login to the respective system check the status of the job if its completed/Failed
if its completed check if the records that have been fetched
"Analyze the error message in R/3 system if any" which would lead you to the exact issue
pls post the error message for further assistance

I am getting below warning with search results. this warning appears on the top of the page then followed by results.
the resuls table has no.records displayed to 25 already. I dont know how to get rid of this warning from the Page. Can some one help?
