Warning Msg - While checking Mulitproviders

Hi Frds,
When i am trying the check the mulitproviders, we are getting warning msg. Below is the warning msg which we getting.
Error messages from point of view of OLAP processor:
Message no. R7I127
Now we have upgrade our patch level from 16 to 21.
Kindly can anyone give me some solution to overcome these warning msg.

Has the MultiProvider ever been activated in the past? If you activate it, and it hasn't been activated previously, you'll get this message from time-to-time (another one of those "undocumented features"). After actiavting it, go back into the MultiProvider in edit mode and run a check on it. It shouldn't throw that warning anymore.

you must extend the log complete, than you'll see the
object, which caused the error.
RC = is only warning:
All the objects were transported successfully.
Peculiarities occurred for certain objects. These might
not have been intentional.
Example: A warning is given during a transport if the request contains an object deletion. ...

Issue regarding a warning msg while transporting a request

Hi all,
While transportiing a request we got a message which says
'Insert into view : Key NOTPC of table T7INZ3 is not part of view V_T7INZ3'
what this mean.
We are running one application in development server its giving the correct result but when we are trying to run the same application in Quality server we are not getting geting the correctr results.
Can anyone help in resolving this. message which we got during transporting by any chance related to this?

we have reimported the request and transported it again but still we are getting the same message.
I have checked the table and view in both the servers and they do exist.

Sales order- Warning msg Static credit check

When I create a order & saving it ...a POP UP comes with warning msg the static credit limit exceeds..... Can any one please let me know the how I can remove the warning POP UP . As client do not want any pop up should come while saving the order.

If you remove the entry from the field "Check credit" in "OVAK" T.Code,the credit check will not happen for this order type.Which we don't want.
We need that the credit check should happen but the pop-up is to be removed.right?
For this goto the T.Code "OVA8".
Select your valid entry.Details.
Remove the value as "blank" for the field "Reaction".Press F4 for more options.
Beside this there is one more field "status/block" which is ticked means the order will be blocked for further transactions.And also status will be updated accordingly.
These blocked order have to be released either by using the T.Code "VKM3/VKM1".

Error while checking in and storing.....Msg No 26253

I am getting the Error while checking in and storing: C:\Users\abcd\Desktop\Hotel.docx
Message no. 26253 while checking in the document to the content server.
What may be the possible reasons from the configuration and basis side..please advice.

HI Muzamil,
we have faced same problem. And the solution is when you are using external content server . The transport is not done properly by request. Ask basis person to transport the repository properly then your problem will get resolved.
There is no setting from functional side for this. The system throws error 26353 when repository is not transported properly.

Warning message while posting Credit Memo.

Hi Guru,
Currently the Invoice shows a soft warning message if a same number
in Reference field (XBLNR) is used to post two different inovices.
the client wants the same kind of Soft message to be appeared in case of a same number is used in the Reference Field when Posting credit memo. I think the check shd be against Accounting Doc right??
Incase of invoice we have a check for duplicate invoice in SPRO and we can maintian it..
What about credit Memo??? we do have any config...to my knowledge we need technical development.
In Se91 i will go and create new Message and assign it to M8(Message Class for invoice)........and do assignments in OBA5
Now the soft warning msg can be achieved only by calling this msg in ABAP Code right??? can be done thru Config..?????.
if any other details if i need to know please do let me know.....or anyother suggestions....to achieve this,,,

In OBA7 if i check the "Reference number" that means while entering the document the reference number is compulsory field.
and in vendor master i already checked the docueble invoce check that is why while posting KR it is giving the warning message.

How to suppress the Warning messages while doing GR(MIGO)

Hi ALL,
I have a requirement while posting goods GR/GI using T-code MIGO.
Trying to do GR against PO using MIGO.After selecting the line item quantity and entering BATCH Number for line item Material when I click on 'CHECK' Pushbutton i am Getting the below Warning msg
'For batch RAB001 of material 1522582, no class could be determined'. Message no M7207.
How to suppress this above warning message, I want to Post the goods by suppressing the above warning message .
Like similarly while issuing the goods to the to the Production order using MIGO i am getting warning message when I click on 'CHECK' Pushbutton.
I do want to issue the goods by suppressing warning message in this case also.
I know this could be solved by customization but we are dealing with batch managed materials.
How to suppress the the above warning messages in MIGO through ABAP coding ...

I have one requirement like when user create PO with 'critical material',while saving PO,user should get message "critical material".
For this ,in the enhancement MM06E005,EXIT_SAPMM06E_012(functional module),
I have written piece of code

Here whenever I put message type 'E',I am getting message "critical material".But I donot want error message ,I want only warning message,so when I changed message type as "W",I am not getting any message while checking My PO.
What is the reason?

Either on the form you don't have SummaryFlag field or you forgot to map VO attribute i.e. SummaryFlag to that field.
If you don't have SummaryFlag field on form then you need to set it programatically before committing record.

Ho do we make msg. CK666 become warning msg when we do costing run?

Dear Experts,
The sys. activate transfer price for preserve use.
When we do costing run for profit center valuation, the following error msg ocurred.
CK666 Material 227BO0001/plant 1030: Transfer price could not be found.
Diagnosis
When switching profit center 0000008000->0000005000 (from the material component to the costing object), a transfer price could not be determined for transfer price variant 0 in respect of material 227BO0001 in plant 1030.
System Response
If you carry out costing for a profit center valuation, material 227BO0001 goes into the cost estimate without a value.
If you create a cost estimate for group valuation, profit from material 227BO0001 is not transferred into the cost component split.
Procedure
Check the settings for transfer price variant 0.
In OKEQ, the variant for TP is blank.
Ho do we make msg. CK666 become warning msg when we do costing run? and let costing result can be release, or there's another way?

There is alternative solution.
Try using TCode SE91.
Enter the class - CK and Enter the message number 666.
Select that line message line.
Go to Utilities, Click on "Where-Used-list" or press "CtrlShiftF3" from keyboard.
Select programs and deselect all others.
Identify your program and double click against that under short description.
There you can change the letter from "E" to "W" as your requirement.
NOTE: take assistance of ABAPer of this, Do enquire about the implication of the same in sandbox before doing anything on any other client.

yes i did assign all the infoobject. i could activate it too, but before i could activate it, i got a warning msg.
still, i ignore those and activate it.
but i wasnt sure i serious it. Also i checked MP's properties and its all the same( like other MPs).
But, i thought let me get some information from Experts about that worning !!!
let me know if you have any idea about it.
Also, When i was trying to Activate MP again, it was asking like " its already active, do u still want to active" and if i say yes, it
gives me an error msg. " MP is not yet Locked"

user had created a Stock transfer P.o , in this P.o there in no tab of invoice , now it's Goods rcvd is done here all excise details are maintained , here exscise base value is visible for all line items . now user had to post J1IEX so as he clicks on simulate a warning msg comes that is -" PLEASE CHECK EXCISE BASE FOR ITEM IS ZERO ! ".

BADI or EXIT while Checking Budget of PO against WBS

Hi ,
while creating the PO there is one pop us is coming. In tha pop up warnings/errors are coming.
There is one warning which is stating: Budget is almost exhausted.
Now I have one requirement that while checking budget by summing all condition type value, I need to exclude on condition type.
Means when the pop is coming for thes warning, before that when it is comparing the values, we need that particular condition type value should not be considered.
Kindly help where to write code for this and if any BADI or EXIT exists

I'm not sure this kind of exit/badi may exist, budget is checked in CO controlling, not in MM, so the commitment value is transfered to CO, and i don't think you can change this value ?
