Warning of low Batt not showing anymore

This happened after using Nimh Duracell Recharg. Batt.
I already use it several times and the indicator starts at 80%-95%, depends. Then it drains somehow rapidy until the 40% zone. Then it remains more or less in this area for some weeks. Then starts draining again slowly.
I notice then when it reaches the 20% zone I never see any warning of low batt, and then with any warning it disconnects.
Is this normal ?
Are the recharg bat ok?
I only saw the warning with the first alkaline batteries that came with magic mouse. And it warns several times. At least every time the computer starts. I noticed that with my first batteries

I also lost most of my birthdays that I laboured to set up in my address book contacts. Can anyone please help on these disappearing calendar events?

This is a user supported frum, so making threats really doesn't help, besides which it's not like any of us can really make a dent in Toshiba's bottom line despite how many people we think we can influence. Unless those people were standing in line to buy a Toshiba product cash in hand, and you pulled them out, it really doesn't add up for them.
At this point it would probably be better for you to use the 800 number. Have all your e-mails ready to forward, if needed, to whoever you end up talking to. Don;t let them off the hook. An hour on the phone is much better than weeks passing e-mails through a support site. Also contest the charge with your bank or credit card.

N8 Mass storage not showing anymore

I bought this phone on the 16th of feb but now mass storage is gone not showing anymore not even on PC... i did everything like installing latest software, restore, delete data and restore and hard reset but still not detecing mass storage. really appreciate if anyone could help.

Some files not showing anymore in folders on smb-share (lc_ctype error)

I use a shared folder on my iMac for my work projects.
After the upgrade to Mavericks, I noticed that Dreamweaver CS 6 did not show all files and folders anymore in several projects.
This is on a Windows 7 machine.
The same thing happens when in FileZilla, so it's not a specific Dreamweaver issue.
When I go to a troubled folder in FileZilla I get this error (in Dutch):
"Een lokale bestandsnaam kon niet gedecodeerd worden. Zorg ervoor dat de LC_CTYPE (of LC_ALL)-omgevingsvariable juist is ingesteld. Totdat u het probleem oplost, kunnen er bestanden ontbreken in de bestandslijsten. Er zal geen waarschuwing meer getoond worden gedurende deze sessie."
Translation:
"A local file could not be decoded. Ensure that the LC_CTYPE (or LC_ALL) environment variable is set. Until you solve the problem, you are missing files in the file list. There will be no warning displayed during this session properly."
When I go to thew same folder in Windows Explorer all files are shown.
When I use Dreamweaver CS6 on the iMac no errors occur and every file just shows fine.
It seems it only occurs in random directories of the local files of website projects I maintain with Dreamweaver
If anyone ones how to fix this, I would realy REALY appreciate this.
This totaly kills my workflow.

Previous chats not showing anymore

Hi,
I've just moved to a Mac Pro. On my old Macbook Pro, when I had a chat session going on with someone, if I shut down, closed iChat, or whatever, when I came back into chat or sent a new message, I could see my previous session chats in the window if I scrolled up.
Now on the new machine, my previous conversations are not showing up anymore when I do a new chat. I have the "save history" on and I compared the preference settings from the old machine to new and they are the same. Is there something I'm missing?

Presets does not show anymore the live preview

The first three times I used Aperture 3, the "Presets" showed the live preview. Example : Presets/Color/Cross Process 1 showed a small image where I could appreciate before clicking. Now the live preview image is not shown anymore. I uninstalled Aperture completely and after reinstalling, it worked for a day or two. After that, impossible to get back the live preview. I'm working on the newest MacBookPro 17'' with 8GB Ram. I also installed the latest update of Aperture.
Can somebody help me? Thanks.

I had a glitch were all the adjustments and histogram appeared to be active at the same time as the quick preview was on. The sliders moved but no adjustment was applied. Maybe a similar problem? Allan

Calendar/All Day Event NOT SHOWING ANYMORE!!

First of all this is the reason why I bought a BB. When I got the phone in Sept all of my All Day Events would pop up first thing in the morning and not go away until I dismissed them. Now, don't know what has happened my all day events do not pop up anymore! This is really really bad. For unorganized people like myself this option was the sole reason why I bought this phone and I need to have this back!
And also, how frustrating is it that they don't have a customer support number where you can talk to an expert to resolve your problem. Thank god I am slightly computer savy.

System icons('docklets'?) Not showing anymore in top right corner.

Hi, this is my first time here, so I'm really sorry if this belongs somewhere else.
I got my first mac about 2 months ago and it has been running fine until abouta week ago the system icons stopped showing up in the top right hand corner. I can still see himmelbar and my printer icon there, but the Bluetooth, airport, time, spotlight, and fast user switching are all gone on all accounts.
Around the same time I have encountered that the system is sygnificantly less stable than it was before. I can consistantly crash the system prefrences by clicking on the mouse and keyboard settings, and there are other little things that cause programs to crash now.
I have tried repairing permisions already, and I have checked the disk for errors. Everything is fine in those two areas and I am truely at a loss to understand what is causing this.
If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it. I'd rather not re-install OSX but I will if I have to.

They change colors when the background bar changes to enhance readability.
If you go to Settings > General > Accessibility and turn White on Black ON, the symbols will be black on a white bar for the home and some app screens and orange and purple on a black bar for other screens.

Notes not showing anymore

All of my notes are synced with iCloud and I was able to see them on iCloud.com as well before and after I have upgraded to iOS 6 and Mountain Lion.
All of a sudden, since a few days ago, I cannot see my notes in the web interface anymore. I still have them on my iPhone and it still says they appear to be synchronizing with the cloud evrytime I perform a change, but when I go to icloud.com I cannot see them anymore ...
I haven't changed any of my settings as far as I know ...
I have checked my iPhone's iCloud settings and Notes syncing is still on...
What happened? Where should I look?

It has been moved to the Notes App. I wish Apple would stop moving the furniture around. It makes me dizzy!

If you do not see iMessages on both of your iOS devices after restoring your iPhone, you may need to sign out and back in to iMessages.
You can follow these steps (on all of your devices) from the support article If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
Sign out and back in to iMessage and FaceTime
Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive, tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
Go to Settings > FaceTime, tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
On your iPhone first, sign back in to iMessage and Facetime.
Sign back in to iMessage and Facetime on your other devices.

Before update to iTunes 10.7, avatars from my Google Contacts was transfer to iPod Contacts well. After iTunes was update I had to connect with Google Contacts in iPhone “Information” (in Russian) menu again and after that newly create contacts in Google Contacts is transfer to iPhone without avatars.

I was having the same issue too. I was hoping that apple will address this issue with a SW update or at least someone from apple would be kind enough to answer this thread.
After researching for a couple days I found a solution. It's not the most efficient, but it works. You'll need a CD-R or CD-RW with this method. The trick is you need to convert m4p file format to mpa or mp3 file format.
You can follow the following steps:
1. Open iTunes
2. Create a New Playlist: File -> New Playlist
3. Drag the song(s) to the playlist you just created. Note: Depending on the file size you might only be able to burn just 1 song at a time
4. Insert a Blank CD to your disk drive.
5. Right click on the playlist then click "Burn Playlist to Disk." Then click burn. Make sure the Disc format is set to Audio CD.
6. Once the disc is finished, click on the CD in the device section in iTunes. Right click the song and click "Create AAC Version." This will create a .mpa file into your iTunes.
7. Copy that file to your iPhone and you're golden
Hope this helps guys. I know it's not the most elegant solution, but it works and now you can workout with those tunes. I know I've been quite frustrated because my tracks didn't show up, hopefully the new SW update will fix this.
I would appreciate any apple genius' solution that is more efficient as well.

Photos are not showing anymore in Photo Stream folder even though they are there.

A couple of days ago my Photo Stream folder in iPhoto was suddenly empty. I checked and Photo Stream is switched on. I disabled it and switched it back on. Now You can see that Photo Stream is importing the images but when iPhoto is done, there are no photos in the folder. When taking a pic with my Mac it uploads as well into Photo Stream and shows up on my iPhone but in iPhoto Photo Stream still nothing.
I tried manually adding pics but it tells me they are already there. Very strange.
I also know that Photo Stream itself is working because it works to use Photo Stream as a screen saver and there all the pics show. So it must be a problem with iPhoto. I also did all the repair options for the Media Library that you can do when starting iPhoto. Nothing has changed the situation.
Anyone any suggestions?

Disable Photo Stream in the System/iCloud preference pane
and in iPhoto's Photo Share preference pane.
Reboot and reenable both respectively. That should jump start Photo Stream.
