Warp stabilizer not working with latest update

After latest update (updated 10/10) Warp stabilizer stopped working. Already stabilized clips in project show black / transparent in preview, besides small area left or right upper corner. Changing Video rendering from GPU acceleration to Software makes stabilized clip come back... however now it creates flickering to all stabilized clips. Deleting "Warp stabilizer" effect from clips removes flickering. What might help?
Editing with Lenovo Thinkpad, i7 2.4ghz, 8GB, Intel HD integrated graphics

I'm experiencing a similar thing.
2014.1 (October Update) on OSX 10.9.5
For me, Warp Stabilizer is working on regular clips. But when I try to apply it to a nested sequence, the result is exactly as you describe. Video is fully visible while analyzing and stabilizing, but once stabilized it's just black (actually, I did some tests, and it's actually transparent).
I can replicate this even with codec-agnostic footage like bars & tone.
Adobe - what's up here?
Edit: sometimes I get the top-left-corner thing, and sometimes it's completely blank. Trying to track down the pattern.

I installed the latest update 10.8.2 and now my brand new Superdrive will not work with new MacBook Pro Retina display. When I plug in Superdrive and try to start a DVD, it say "DVD quit unexpectedly......" Took to Apple store and they said it was latest update. Anyone else with this problem?

Perhaps you found out yourselves but the latest Software Update, called OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2 Supplemental Update, solves this issue. I recommend you install it and restart your Mac.
When you insert a DVD in the drive and DVD Player launches, you will be prompted to confirm the region encoding (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, based on the encoding of the DVD you are about to play). This is normal, and you should confirm it again, even if you did it previously.
Naturally, if most of your DVDs are encoded for one region and you want to play a disc encoded for another region, please remember you may make a limited number of region changes when you play other DVDs, and the last one will be permanent. So, act with caution and sensibility.

Keyboard repeating not working with latest update for mac?

I just updated my Macbook Pro with a new version of Yosemite and i have come to find that the keyboard repeating function is not working anymore, even with the command: defaults write -g ApplePressAndHoldEnabled -bool false
in terminal.
Is there anyway to resolve this? I find the other character extremely annoying that they always pop up

The repeating function you want has been off by default since 10.7 was released 3 years ago. That terminal command should normally do the trick. Did you logout and login again?

Crashing/not working with latest update on Android

I have installed the latest version of app on my Android phone and managed to log in and set everything up fine but there are now a few problems:
1) Nearly every time I open the app the notification icon (which was supposed to not show anymore) shows for a second then I get returned to my home screen. I open the app again and it does the same but eventually after opening/crashing it does work but can sometimes take 6 times before it actually stays open! (I've cleared cache, cleared data, rebooted phone etc.)
2) I've tried making calls with wifi and 3g (and also tried with wifi in airplane mode) but it always says 'call failed'.
When I run the test connection option it takes ages then says 'connection test failed, sorry but there's a problem with the BT SmartTalk service, try again later'
I've checked the service page and it doesn't report any problems!
I can live with the first problem although it's annoying but the 2nd problem is preventing me from actually using the app!

My dad also updated the latest version and he also cannot make any calls

MAC powerpc MIME not working with latest update

i have installed the latest flash player and upon doing that
i go to youtube.com but i get a pop up saying content of MIME type
“application/x-shockwave-flash”. Because you
don’t have a plug-in installed for this MIME type, this
content can’t be displayed. i dont know wat to do if anybody
knows how to fix this plz tell me i need to fix this i upload
movies to youtube alot and i cant even loook at them because of the
MIME type missing

Hello, I have iMac from Oct, 2010 and have OS 10.6.7 and multiple users. Mail icon was accidently removed along with program. Mail 4.4 is on other users but when I reloaded software my user got Mail 4.3. Mail 4.3 did not work with latest OS. Ideas?Matt

About 3-4 days ago the Mail icon in dock had question mark and was accidently removed, along with program on my user. Oops.
1. Mail 4.4 is on other users and works fine, but for me it does not work and tells me V4.3 does not work with latest OS X.
2. I reloaded software from my user with original disks (Oct, 2010) and got Mail 4.3 again. Mail 4.3 did not work with latest OS. I am unable to load Mail. Gives Yellow error message.
" You have Mail version 4.3 (1081/1084). It can’t be used on Mac OS X Version 10.6.7 (Build 10J869). For more information, click the Help button."
3. Tried to update software and look for update for mail 4.3 on Apple site to no success.
Hate to go to MS-Entorage ( I may need to learn something new and alien) mail program since contracts are in Mail/Address Book.
Ideas?

Downgrading the iOS is not supported by Apple.Have yo tried:
- Backing up and restore from backup. See:

10g JSpell PJC does not work with latest JSpell version

Looks like latest (10g) forms demo - Spell check with JSpell does not work with the latest version of the JSpell software (does not look like this demo been changed from the previous version).
Does anybody has a success running this or have any suggestions how to integrate it together?

After updating firefox 5.0, real player download addon is not working with it. Have any fix available for this or any solution available. Because of real player addon is very easy to use to download video contents from any website.

The latest version of Real Player updated on July 12, 2011 addresses this problem. You must check for Real Player updates AFTER you install Firefox 5.
Click on the upper left hand corner of the Real Player screen to check for updates. After you download the newest version of Real Player, the video downloading feature will work again!

Headset does not work after latest update...

It is very "strange" that since the latest system update on my Z3 compact my headset is not working at all. I use my all time favourite iphone 4 headset. It worked flawlessly before the update but now if I plug it in, the phone is not recognizing it at all and the walkman still plays on the phone speakers. Before the update I could listen to music, use it for making calls and so on. Since the update, nothing is working. My headset is working fibe by the way, so it is not a hardware fault. Works like a charm with other phones, and on the top of that if I use the app Soundabout the music works with the headset but the calls are still not using my headset. Do not tell me to use the sony headset which was in the package because I hate it. Has poor audio quality, falling out of my ears constantly and the cable is everything but not flexible. So it is a shame that I need to use an app to get my headset work on my new phone...

I understand you don't want to use the bundled headset, however for troubleshooting purposes can you please test it and let us know if it works.

Flex Builder 3 Beta 3 Debugging not working with latest Flash Player Debug

First to emphasize that never had such issues with Flex
Builder 2 Beta 2 and Flash Player 9.0.47 Debug version.
I downloaded Flex Builder 3 Beta 3 and installed it. Then
trying to debug any Flex app (old or newly created) does not work.
I don’t get any errors, but after some research I saw
it’s nagging up on trying to connect to the Flash Player
debug version.
1. Uninstalled old versions of Flash Player (FP).
2. Downloaded latest debug version of FP 9 (9.0.115) and
installed it both for IE and Opera (Netscape-compatible).
3. Installed Flex Builder 3 Beta 3.
4. Created a simple Flex app.
5. Ran it in debug mode.
6. Showed a small window with title “Progress
Information” and a progress + text: Waiting for Flash Player
to connect to debugger…
7. Two minutes later I got the error: “Failed to
connect; session timed out. Ensure that: 1. You compiled your Flash
application with debugging on. 2. You are running the debugger
version of Flash Player.”
Any idea what is wrong? I tried to download an older debug
version but then FB 3 Beta 3 raises the error it’s expecting
version 9.0.115. I searched to download FB3 Beta 2 (because I
deleted it after downloading Beta 3) but unfortunately Adobe did
their best to wipe it out from their links.
Any help is welcome.

Did you close all the browsers (and applications which use
Flash Player) when you install Flex Builder 3 Beta 3 or Flash
Player? You can try manually installing it from <FB install
location>/player/ directory. Here're some

Podcasts badge still not working after latest update WHY??

I was hoping the latest update would have fixed the problem with the badges in podcasts! But no still the same!
It's just crazy to me they used to work before i think it was version 5.2, you just opened the podcast apps and the badges told you how many unplayed episodes you had perfect!
Now you have to open each podcast and then come out for the badge to work WHY??
I have tried to go back to version 5.1 but no Apple will not let me so stuck with this inferior version!

Take the device to Apple for evaluation, most likely the hardware has failed.

Acrobat Pro Not Working after Latest Update to Snow Leopard

After getting the latest update for Snow Leopard I get the following when Acrobat tries to boot:

First try removing preference and or .plist files for Acrobat. Then when you get working try this tip below that might help when you update the application and it fails.

I have updated all necessary software (Flashplayer, etc.) and am forced to use Internet Explorer to listen to BBC Radio. Earlier versions of Firefox do not have this problem.
