Warranty Mac book Air

Question

Hello The Apple Support Department in Singapore
I am Mike, a customer of Apple, in 30th September 2012 I bought  a Mac book Air with s/n C0*******RVC
Using to June 2013 my Mac broke “ KEYBOARD  “.I brought  it to ICARE center  142A Vo Thi Sau St, dist3 ,HCMC  to got warranty time. In there, they kept my machine and didn’t forget to get my phone number and promise calling me to give result in 3 days (Apple warranty conditional terms: they said) .After 3 days hearing nothing from them. I made a call to them ,they said to me : My machine was Warranted by Apple in oversea and waiting 7 days  shipping keyboard from Singapore to VN ( I wondered why only keyboard still shipping that didn’t have in VN STORE APPLE CARE ??) I accepted with no choice after that
7 days after I got My Mac with new keyboard, nothing happened to august 2013,my Mac got problem with BATTERY ,I had brought it again to same place before (2rd time),they kept my Mac  and said the same before ,we kept machine - phone number in 3 days and would report after 3 days .After 3 days I had to call back to them ,they said my Mac was ok ,no problem with battery ?????????
To now 4th November, my Mac book Air was broken Hard Drive, I brought to a new place Viet Nam ICARE   Warranty center at 128 Le Lai St, dist1, HCMC. They check and tell me my Mac out of warranty ,of course my Mac is out of warranty ,but they say they keep my machine to tomorrow evening for checking my model product is warranted hard driver or not with the products are warrantied hard driver if out of warranty time, I am Ok immediately
And now 5th November, I just call them and ask my Mac, they answer my hard drive is warranted BUT THEY MUST KEEP IN 2 WEEKS, I suggest them removing hard drive out of my machine for warranty and give back my Mac because after my hard driver warrantied what happen next to my Mac ,they say The Apple warranty condition terms do not allow
So I have some questions to The Apple Support Department in Singapore
1/I trust Apple so I bought that and others equipment from Apple to help my works and do with my machine everyday .So why Mac Air was so broken thing inside???
2/Why must keep my Mac for warranty a week or over a week??
3/ After warrantied thing still other things broken (key board >> battery>> hard disk >>???)???
4/ with amount money a paid for that Mac is not too small, I should boycott goods from Apple???
5/All my works inside hard drive is disappeared because broken, who will pay for me that??????
6/ I have to leave my machine there for warranty in 2 weeks
