Warranty tab not getting displayed in service order

DEAR ALL,
I have an issue with crm services, I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED/USED INSTALL BASE IN MY SCENARIO AND HAVE CREATED PRODUCTS DIRECTLY/ DOWNLOADING FROM R/3.
NOW WHEN I MAKE A SERVICE ORDER THEN WHEN I ENTER THE PRODUCT (EG: FINISHGED GOOD) ITEM CATEGORY BEING YANN (TEXT ITEM CREATED BY US) THEN THE WARRANTY TAB IS NOT COMING UP.
when we add an expense item in the next line item warranty tab is getting displayed.
KINDLY HELP.

Hi for this u can use VCT but you to check for doc flow action settings and work flow before, then only you will get Guranty Data tab hope this will helpful

Ordered Item field in Sales Order lines is not getting values When trying to create a Manual Sales Order.
When clicked on Ordered Item LOV, no values are getting displayed.

Surveys not getting downloaded with Service Orders in SM 4.0

Hi All,
I am working with Service Manager 4.0 and wanted to check the Surveys functionality.
we have created a Service Order in SAP backend and it is properly downloaded in the Client but the Surveys which are attached with the Service Order is not downloaded in the client.
Is there something which we are missing from the backend or Syclo side ? Please advise

Hi Jason,
The global "Confirmation.Surveys" is properly maintained in the configurations.
However I checked the server logs where I found one error for Survey Determination
Again this configuration is properly maintained in the sap config
But at the same time the class SurveyDetermination is not present in the SAPCRMSM4.0.0.0.jar file
I am not able to track the exact issue. The surveys are not downloading with the confirmations and hence the surveys screen is blank in the device.
Do you think this SurveyDetermination class is causing the issue ?

Customer material info records are not getting displayed in Sales order

Hi ,
We are upgrading our client sap system from ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0 .We are now in the testing phase .An issue came up regarding customer material info records .
When we are creating a sales order using VA01, after entering Material number and order quantity for an item if we press the ordering party tab(before saving the sales order) the customer material info records (value in cutomer material number) are gettting displayed.But if we save the sales order we are not able to see the customer material info records.
kindly guide me in this issue .

hi nikhil,
check the tick box in vov8 "read info record",and when you create sales order(va01),dont enter the material number enter the "customer material number" and see whether you are getting the material number.
and also go to (va02) and check whether you are getting the CMIR details.

STO - Excise tab not getting displayed in material document after posting.

Dear all,
We are facing an STO issue where in after we have done the receipt at the receiving plant with excise, the excise tab does not display in the GR material document.
It is plant to plant stock transfer with excise, the process that we are following as given below:
1) STO PO - ME21N
2) Outbound delivery - VL10B - Post PGI in VL02N
3) Outgoing excise invoice - J1IIN - With the key DLFC.
4) GR - MIGO with excise invoice capture.
During GR posting in MIGO screen the system does display the excise tab, we enter the outgoing excise number and the corresponding values appear in BED, ECS and HCES. We post the GR material document.
But after posting the material document if we display the same GR material document it does not show the excise invoice tab. And since we are not having part 1 entry number we are not able to post the part 2 entry in J1IEX.
Request to please do let us know if we have missed out on any configuration or master data.

Ess Tab is not getting displayed?

         Configuring ESS.
          Through SDM , i have deployed all the packages, including BUSINESS PACKAGES, SAP ESS, SAP MSS, SAP PCUI. After deploying everything , i am not getting Employment Self Services Tab in the portal as i logged in as administrator.
              Only Content Administration,User administration,System Administration,Delegated user administration getting displayed.
           Is it some patch to be deployed or any authorization problem.
           Kindly give me your valued solutions to solve this problem.

Hi,
Check whether you have maintained Schema determination for respective document type and STO.
below mentioned is the navigation path to maintain the same.
> spro - materials management - purchasing - conditions - define price determination process - define schema determination - Determine Schema for Stock Transport Orders
Here maintain the Purchasing Schema group , Document type & pricing procedure for STO.
Standard Pricing procedure for STO is RM2000.

MD06 Issue - Planned orders not getting displayed

Hello,
Planned order with the exception "Newly created order proposal" does not get displayed in MD06 with the option "Only Unprocessed MRP Lists" in the processing indicator.
I am running MD06 report with the following parameters:
Plant
MRP Controller
Exeception Group - All exception selected except 8-Terminations
Processing indicator - Only unprocessed MRP LIsts, Only with new exceptions
My material which has a newly created planned order thorugh MRP run with exception "1 - Newly created order proposal" does not get displayed.
Only when I specify Only processed MRP lists or All MRP LIst in the processing indicator, this material gets displayed. The planned order is for a Stock Transfer order to this plant (receiving plant). How is the MRP LIst processed?
Please help me out with this issue.

Hi Ketan,
When you execute the MD06 report, you would find a column with the heading CI, if am right it would be just after the MRP cntlr, here you would find a Pencil & a tick mark. If you find them both, it means the row is unprocessed, but if you find only a tick mark it means that the row is processed.
So now check for the planned order, it would be just a tick mark & hence would be showing only for the processed MRP list or all MRP lists.
To process a row or unprocess, just click on the icon & it changes.
Check & revert if it answers your query.

Entitlements not getting displayed in Entitlements Tab - OIM11gR2

I am trying to provision entitlements to users by requesting entitlements. When i successfully provision entitlements, the entitlement is getting displayed in accounts tab, child form. But the same is not getting displayed in entitlements tab of the user.

Verify below steps:
1. Marking Entitlement Attributes on Child Process Forms

If you have already marked it then fine. else create new version of form and add property Entitlement=true. activate this . make sure the parent form having the latest child form. goto parentform->child tab and verify the child form version.if not create new version for the parent form and activate this version.Automatically it will pick the latest child form

a. Entitlement List scheduled task.
b. Entitlement Assignments scheduled task

Purchase order no not getting displayed in FBL3N for doucment type RE

Dear all,
We have done a settings in FBL3N t.code. We have added BSEG-EBELN in the special fields and saved the layout. The purpose is to make the purchase order number to display when we are executing line item display for GR/IR clearing and Cenvat clearing gl account. Purchase order number is correctly getting displayed in Gr/ir clearing account. But in cenvat clearing gl account the transactions that are related to doucment type SA(that is J1IEX transaction), the purchase order number is getting displayed, but in the transactions that are related to document type RE(MIRO transactions), the purcahse order number is not getting displayed.
We have checked the BSEG table for the gl account. The purchase order number is not getting updated for the MIRO transactions in the cenvat clearing gl account.
Please suggest us so that the above issue can be solved.

Hi,
Could you please add field BSEG-EBELN as a special field in FBL3N (from menu path Settings -> Special fields). Then, select the Purchase order field again from "Change Layout" (Ctrl+F8). Now this field is available for display variants, it has the technical name 1-U_EBELN and the description 'Purchase Document'. The other field has the same description but as technical name
'1-EBELN'. When you create a display variant be aware that you select 1-U_EBELN and not 1-EBELN.

PR Release Strategy tab processor field is not getting displayed

Hi Experts,
While creating Purchase Requisition, In the Release Strategy tab processor field is not getting displayed which should be showing the name of the user id which has been configured in the SPRO.
SPRO--> Rel Proc for PR > Rel Group> Rel Code--> Object type (US) and --> Agent (User id who has to approve the PR).

Support messages not getting displayed in Messages Tab - Solar01/02

Hi,
I am having an issue in displaying the support messages under the message tab of Solar01 and Solar02. If I try to create a new message, the notification pops up and also gets saved. But the message does not get displayed under the tab.
I can find that the message is properly created through transaction monitor.Even if I try to manually assign the support message number in Messages tab it gives an error saying the number does not exist.We are using SOLMAN 4.0 SP 11.
Please help. Points will be awarded for useful answers.

Dear Prabanath,
       I am not too sure you will be able to assign numbers to support messages. Run the report CRM_DNO_MONITOR and get the full number from the report and insert the ticket number in issue messages tab and click on save and go back one screen, it will ask you if you want to save, select yes.
   That worked for me. Recently I have strugged to resolve this. We are on Solman 4.0 SP12. Check if you have all necessary permissions for you and do you have any thing in sm21 or st22 by any chance if the issue is related to support pack ?

BOM is not getting displayed in case of centralized planning plant.

Dear All,
there are 2 plants for which we have centralized planning. the users have created Equipment BOM for the two plants. but in case of the second plant for which the planning plant is different from the maintenance plant, the BOM is not getting displayed in the Maintenance Order (i.e. in the components tab).
kindly through some light on it. whether i have to do some settings for it.

Yes while using IH01, i have ticked the BOM explosion option, but when i am giving the plant there then only it is displaying the BOM of that equipment.
Also when i am creating an order for the same equipment, then it does not displays the BOm & shows the message which i have written in my previous mail.
