WAS 5.02 vs WAS 5.1

Hi,
WAS 5.1 shipped with enhanced features when compared to WAS 5.02. In my project, they are planning to have WAS5.02 as dev environment and WAS5.1 as production env. In that event, what could be the problems and what are the advantages we lose by using lower version. I need to esclate in detail.

Often a minor update x.1 vs x.0.1 will include bug fixes and new features whereas an x.0.1 would be nothing but bug fixes.
This varies though vendor to vendor

Nobody can help you without proper system and version information or other technical details. if the update is botched, then run the cleaner tool and reinstall from scratch.

Open project was canceled or RoboHelp was unable to load database

I have Robohelp 2002r2 and am creating Robohelp HTML help.
The project was ok yesterday but today when I try to open it I get
the error message "Open project was canceled or RoboHelp was unable
to load database". I tried the solutions in the knowledgebase
(rb_3245) but still no luck. I can't even create a new project
either or I get the same message. Anybody know what to
do????

The message is usually easily dealt with. I haven't checked
the article as you didn't include a link but I'm guessing it
involved deleting a couple of files and then using the HHP file to
open the project.
What is more worrying is that you cannot create a new
project.
Have you tried opening one of the supplied sample files?
Are your projects stored locally and not on a network?
Have IT given you a new profile to log on with?
Has anything else changed in your environment?

Project Error: Open project was canceled or RoboHelp was unable to load database

Hi,
I checked an HTMLHelp project out of SourceOff Site (SOS),
then attempted to open it locally with RoboHelp 5 when I got the
error message: "Open project was cancelled or RoboHelp was unable
to load database."
I found the TechNote for this error message (rb_3245) which
said to delete the .xpj and .cpd files, then right-click the HHP
file and click Edit to open the project. This worked fine for
opening the project, however the Primary Layout Source defaulted to
WebHelp. I reset the Primary Layout Source to HTMLHelp which caused
all of the graphics in the project to not display. I fixed this
issue, compiled the Help, and all appeared to be fixed. I checked
the project back into SOS to back it up. This morning, I checked it
out of SOS and tried to open the project locally again, only to get
the same error. I closed the project, undid the check-out, and
asked another writer to check-out the project then open it locally
to see if he got the same error. He did not get the error.
I am not sure what could be wrong on my computer that is
causing this error. I had no problems opening and using this
project until yesterday and I made no file name or path changes to
the project. Any ideas on what may be wrong?

My pc is installed with Robohelp 3x. Recently I shifted the
pc from one room to anther. Now when I attempt to open my existing
workable solution, it give me the following message: "Open project
was canceled or application was unable to load database for
<pathname>". Do I need to call for Robohelp technical
support? If yes, can someone provide me the toll free number?

given. I seriously doubt it has anything gotta do with a corrupted
project. I have 2 working projects last week but they can no longer
be opened this week.
I tried even to created an empty project from scratch. It was
created successfully but when I reopen the project, it shows the
same error message.

I have tried from so many forms. This is so frustrating. Thank for everyone/anyone who wants to help. So this is what happened: I had to uninstall my previous sqlserver 2012(which worked great) for some reason, and I uninstalled everything from that download.
Then I installed the trial edition of sql server 2012 (64 Bit) and It wouldn't connect to the database. (Error mentioned above.) My local DB is COWBOYS. (COWBOYS is also my computer name.) After this, I have tried downloading sqlexpress and sqlserver 64bit
many times and cannot connect to my local DB.
How do I connect to my Local DB?
Also, I think this might help: (When I run sqlserve.exe, which I was able to find in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\110\LocalDB\Binn, I get an error: Your SQL server installation is either corrupt or has been tampered with(Error getting
instance ID from name). Please uninstall then re-run setup to correct this problem.
I would happily re install it, if it wasn't my 20th time.
I don't have any remote connections, I don't use username/password, only window authentication. I work mostly on visual studio, but without able to store /retrieve data, I don't know how to survive.
May be the solution is very simple, but I am too frustrated.

It sounds like there are a couple things going on here. First check if you have a successful install of SQL Server, then we'll figure out the connection issues.
Can you launch SQL Server Configuration Manager and check for SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) if default instance or SQL Server (other name) if you've configured your instance as a named instance. Once you find this, make sure the service is started.
If not started, try to start it and see if it throws an error. If you get an error, post the error message your hitting. If the service starts, you can then launch SSMS and try to connect. If you have a default instance, you can use the machine
name in the connection dialog. Ex: "COWBOYS" where Cowboys is the machine name. However, if you named the SQL Server instance during install, you'll need to connect using the machine\instance format. Ex: COWBOYS\Romo (where Romo
is the instance name you set during install).
You can also look at the summary.txt file in the SQL Server setup error logs to see what happened on the most recent install. Past install history is archived in the log folder if you need to dig those up to help troubleshoot, but the most
recent one may help get to the bottom of it if there is an issue with setup detecting a prior instance that needs to be repaired.

Are you downloading iTunes form an Apple website or somewhere else? If the answer is somewhere else, try downloading it from Apple. Click on iTunes in the black menu bar above and go from there.

Hi yesterday I was prompted to a update to itunes this I tried to do without success failing a number of times. After this I was prompted to unistall itunes and re install this now continues to fail with a message error something like Apple Mobile Devices Failed to start not enough previlieges. Please help is this a Apple issue Iv'e never had any problems before.

I had this same problem this morning. When I tried to run ITunes after the failed upgrade I got a "msvcr80.dll is missing" driver error.

got the latest version of ITunes up and running for me.
The only thing that didn't quite work like the instructions said was I couldn't get the Apple Mobile Device Support to uninstall. The uninstall ran and said it was successful, but it was never removed from my list of installed programs. Even w/ that, the full re-install fixed the issue.

I have had my ipad in Mexico for 3 weeks. For the first two weeks it worked great. Suddenly I can't access my itunes, my ibooks, facetime, etc. At first I thought the problem was with items I was trying to purchase but it is more than that. Ideas???

As i stated initially, everything worked great for two weeks. The first problem I noticed was not being able to open Itunes. It would seem to load, click to a blank screen, and then go back to my icon page. The problem has spread to include anything that I want to browse and purchase, such as apps. Last night I found I could not use facetime either. Also I cannot use my NPR app. It downloads but when I touch an article I would like to read, the screen goes black and then returns to my original icon page.Not knowing what anything has to do with the problem, I have noticed that there are several apps that are in the process of being updated but will NOT update: Pinball Wizard, ibooks, Where's My Water, The Daily, and Pandora Radio. I am in Morelia, Mexico. We have a good internet provider. That does not seem to be the problem. When I purchased my Ipad, I was told that it was usable internationally. Is that the problem? If you were instructed to call them, then that's what you should do. They will probably need to verify your identity before helping you with the security question.

I have found out what is wrong. I was importing the wrong package the correct one should have been:
