Both need to be in the lobby, and searchable at the same time. Also, if either has been paired with a keyboard or headphone since you played, go into settings, and make sure those devices are unpaired, and not interfering with the process.

You can use these steps to check if images are blocked:
*Open the web page that has the images missing in a browser tab.
*Click the website favicon ([[Site Identity Button]]) on the left end of the location bar.
*Click the "More Information" button to open the "Page Info" window with the Security tab selected (also accessible via "Tools > Page Info").
*Go to the <i>Media</i> tab of the "Tools > Page Info" window.
*Select the first image link and scroll down through the list with the Down arrow key.
*If an image in the list is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box "<i>Block Images from...</i>" then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.

On what computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 13 running on?
What are you (manually) or the project (automatically) setting as the project preset?
(See Edit Menu/Project Settings/General and the readings for Editing Mode, Timebase, Frame Size,
and Pixel Aspect Ratio (even if fields look grayed out).
What are the properties of these source media, including file extension? The brand/model/settings of the camera that recorded the
video may give us this information.
When the source media hit the Timeline for the first time, is there an orange line over their content? Or is there
no colored line and an orange line appears over them only after you have edited them?
Please elaborate on "poof" after rendering the Timeline content by pressing the Render button above the Timeline content with the orange line over it.

Before you go, move the files to I tunes and sync them down. There is no viable way to stream from your nas drive to the pad.

I can't install 11.1 on my vista computer. Any help will be appreciated

I plug my phone in and it says I need 11.1 or newer. I go and download the update and everything is fine and it finishes the update no problem but when I open iTunes and plug my phone back in it says I still need 11.1 or newer. Basically the update seemingly disappears and I have tried uninstalling iTunes and then reinstalling it and I still have the same problem with 11.1 and I'm not sure why. If you have not been able to install iTunes because the Windows Installer service is not available, I would recommend the troubleshooting in the following troubleshooting to help.
Issues installing iTunes for Windows
These in particular:
Make sure you have an administrator account.

Install the latest Microsoft Windows updates.

Disable conflicting software.

Restart your computer.
Install iTunes.
