Was Device Central removed? Is there an alternative?

I use to use Device Central to test artwork from AI to see how it might display on a phone. It appears Device Central has been removed from CS6. Is there some other alternative? Is it accessible some other way?

    Why would Adobe, the leader in innovation and design, take away such a force of a program? We were able to test our innovations on a multitude
of devices, like the tween that linked flash to the iPhone {which is achievable with the tap of a button, while you’re making the site / I know, I
did it in Design school, many moons ago}. Such duress (archaic in meaning), strain, and burden, is an example, that vividly states, someone on the
board ("a yes man!") really didn’t want someone else, specifically the poor, or the majority, to come up with groundbreaking innovative technology,
of linking sites together on (yes) a device. Imagine that? As if Adobe didn’t have enough money anyways? So now what, slave a Chinese or an Indian to
read all, all, all, all, of the errors and codes coming through to you, through Windows or Apple, and do it in-house so no one steals the
f(euphamish)ing technology. Beautiful promotion of growth and wealth of mind to the student’s like me, that spend the thousands of dollars to
eventually come back to a program that doesn’t even exist anymore. Adobe reciprocates mediocrity by charging us a ton of money while vomiting
garbage programs, that, can’t even make a life size billboard. Right, because every design student after graduating and buying the program, and
having it’s own international start-up, will stick to wittle websites, and little whittle pamphlets.

Guess what, we've innovated technology so much so, and of course, cornered the market, that we also pick what programs you'll learn in school (even in NYC, that's where i'm from). Here are your options, in no specific order, cause you know, we just care about results,
Buy my s(euphemism)t while getting further into debt    ( )
Remedial 2 week Freshmen relief of a downloaded trial  ( )
Spend 13 hours in school, and just use the programs at school ( )
Get a hacked version of the program, that was possibly leaked, and you know, you're still a student, but I wouldn't condone it ( )

    Now with a Master’s degree, and {I’ll f(euphemism)ing spell it out for you, hold on, let me turn off spell check} One Hundred & Fifty-

{had I gone to Yale and stayed at the dorms...well...with only myself to pay for my loans and a very sick mother... I mean... after having that wonderful conversation with the Dean of Admissions, even if I was a shoe in, how could've I gone to my dream school for my Masters}
& a small international start-up, I would like to check with my licensed programs' Device Central, and um, guess what? Now there's a whittle guy,
telling me I have a trial for whatever program on some fad Cloud service, blah blah, and furthermore, I now, instead of just having the devices in
one

location {Real simple, right? Nope... Once again, the YES MAN! tells me} I have to also buy the devices, hence,
"Based on customer requirements and the evolving technologies in the web segment, Adobe is investing in the area of HTML tooling and testing."
So, the 50 or 60 year old business dude/s that no nothing of design that run the majority of the stuff, that just stand right over there, pointing,
and host speeches on s(euphemism)t others' have done for their company, don't really care to tailor the program to everyone. They just to sit there
on the phone and in meetings, pointing, and us clicking; like I'M a video game character on Neverwinter Nights (9 out of 10, IGN).

More, and more, and more, and more money. Because there aren't enough G5's and cars, and houses, I need to buy. There isn't enough land on Earth, so
I'll try to buy more on the Moon or on Mars to keep doing the same thing, over and over, and over again.
    Yes! These people are on the race to go nowhere! Cause let's face it, after they're/you're grey, they barely pass the wealth, and off to never
never land they go. We go.
What's the solution Manish? To go to a website that leads me nowhere?
Someone in that campaign has to be relatively more helpful. This is, and they are, as I've learned, somewhere in the caribbean, "Un huevo, pasao 
por agua" Imagine what they say about them in China, Spain, Monaco, Italy, the UK, and Canada.
