Was having trouble with my itunes recognizing itouch.
My i touch shows the usb plug and the itunes symbol but itunes on my macbook wont recognize that ive plugged it in. i did the whole sleep and home button thing to get to the plug symbol but still nothing. I checked and my itunes is up to date, my other apple products are recognized like iphone and ipad also.

Do you have OSX 10.5.8 or later?
These may help but i doubt it since the computer sees the other iDevices.

Just bought a brand new airport extreme and having trouble with it being recognized. My mac is version 10.5.8. What should I do?
The new AirPort Extreme needs the 6.x version of AirPort Utility, which comes packed in with Lion 10.7.5 or Mountain Lion 10.8.x......or......you can also configure the device using an iPhone or iPad running a recent iOS.

iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 5 or later and AirPort Utility 1.3
Mac with OS X Lion v10.7.5 or later and AirPort Utility 6.3
A few options.....
Borrow another Mac running Lion or Mountain Lion for 10-15 minutes and set it up. The Mac running 10.5.8 will be able to connect to the wireless....but it will not be able to make any changes to the configuration of the Extreme.
Update to Lion or Mountain Lion.....but check first to make sure that your Mac will support the operating system first.
Use....or borrow an iPhone or iPad to set up the Extreme -

Which operating system are you running? Not sure, click the apple on the left of the menu bar, the click about this mac. It will say version 10.6.x or 10.7.x.

Hi I am having trouble with iTunes! Randomly when I click on a song in iTunes it changes the song title to time after time and the artist is pink.
I could click on 4 songs and they will be normal but then the 5th one will change the info to time after time.

Mail and Address crashed while I was having trouble with new iWeb 1.1
While I was having trouble publishing my website with brand new iWeb 1.1 version that was just upgraded with all the upgrades 5/15/06 and after crashing that program as many people did (see iWeb discussion group), that is crashing about 15 times, my Mail program changed, losing all my old mail and account. And holy moly, all my Address program data is gone!!! What could have happened!!! can I get anything back! Never crashed Address like this before - this is a disaster! any help?

There really are no no more details. The only version of Firefox that I can find that is available for downloading is not compatible with MAX OS X 10.4.11

I am having trouble with updating Itunes
Hi can anyone help me out with this. The other day I tried to update my Itunes from 11.1.3 to 11.1.4. The update wasn't successful. I then tried to update via the Itunes website however that led me to a error message. That message said "Service apple mobile device. (Apple Mobile Device) Failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services."
Another thing that I tried was restarting my computer and that didn't help with the issue. I uninstalled Itunes and I am still getting the above error message when I am attemping to reinstall it.
Has anyone else had this issue? If so is there anything that was done to resolve the issue? Everything with my itunes was working fine until I tried to update it.Hello, JRA24ever.

I think the best option would be to completely uninstall all components of iTunes in the order specified of the article below. Once this is done attempt to install iTunes again.

I purchased Lion, because I was having trouble with Safari, now I have more problems......
I cant use some of my software programs now because they were for MAC but power based. I wish Apple said that before taking my money. I am unemployed and cant go out and buy all new software.
In addition Lion is not recognizing my usual USB2 cables that always used to work for iPhone charging purposes - they work to connect the iPhone to the computer - and see the iPhone in iTunes, but it wont let me charge the iPhone, the iPhone gives the error message something like charging not supported with this .....
has anyone been able to get anything to work after upgrading to LION?

Having trouble with updated iTunes - iPod Nano 1st Gen.
My iPod Nano [1st Generation] won't update or anything with iTunes 7.0!!! It worked with iTunes 6, but I downloaded 7 and it messed up my iPod - I tried deleting iTunes 7 and redownloading 6, but when I finished doing that, and I tried to get 6 to load, a window popped up that said "'iTunes Library.itl' cannot load because it was created on an updated version of iTunes" or something along that line. So now my songs are completely gone, I have NOTHING on my iPod because I had to delete iTunes 7... WHAT DO I DO!?!?!?!?!?!

iMac, 2 GHz Intel Core Duo, 2 GB Mac OS X (10.4.8)Same here in SC. Also a Road Runner customer. Been working fine until Friday, the 20th. I was getting the broken links and really slow, but today (22nd) I can't even access it. I'm getting the network connection errors also. If I manually check for updates it comes back immediately that I'm running the current version, so I know the application can access the net. Then tried the store again and got the slow broken links home page again.

Try this, several people complained of the same problem, they reset winsock..Start --> Programs --> Accessories (Right Click on Command Prompt) --> Run as Administrator then type in: Netsh winsock reset
Hit enter, restart PC, open iTunes, go to StoreWith option #1 -- I modified and rebuilt the 3rd-party JARs and referenced them in NetBeans. When I choose clean and build, the Ant processes results in an error: "jarsigner returns 1". So it doesn't seem to run at all.As long as you rebuilt the jars correctly without the original signature, I think it should work.

Do you think the multiple-JNLP idea would work if NetBeans didn't apply "my" signature to the 3rd-party JARs? Aside from manually copying the original JARs into the \dist directory, is there a better way to tell NetBeans to leave the 3rd-party JAR alone (ie, don't sign it again)?I think it's supposed to work (it's the mixed code signing situation I referred to in my prior post).
For example, from your description it sounds like the default NetBeans build doesn't really support this style of deployment, so you would have to create a custom build which does what you need and is not triggered by NetBeans - which is doable, but annoying - it's sounds like you tried this, but were unable to get it to work as expected. For NetBeans specific help, you are better posting to a NetBeans forum (though you might be just the second person who has tried to do this with a JavaFX app).
Also need to check the end user experience is acceptable too, because I think the dialog and warning handling for the mixed code situation is different.
Look at the deployment guide section "Using <fx:resources> for Extension Descriptors" - I think it documents how to do what you want if you use a custom build file rather than letting NetBeans do the work:
