Was unable to fully download update as "Errors occurred". Finally uninstalled all Apple items per guidance and reinstalled. Now get "fileiTunesLibrary.itl can't be read as it was created by a newer version on iTunes" Help!!

Have followed http://support/apple.com/kb/ht1923 and removed all items. Reinstalled and now this!! Frustrated!!
