Wat is the maximu size of data XI can handle

HI,
I would like to know wat file size XI system can handle at one time. What size of data can XI handle.
Please reply me as soon as possible.
Thanks in advance.

Gohil,
This all depends upon your hardware and sizing the XI box. Also it depends on how complex your mapping and whether you are using any BPM inside the scenario or not. I have come across where XI is used just to move the file of 1GB also.
If your file adapter or XI is going down with this file then I would suggest to read chunks of data into XI and process further.

  • MAXIMUM SIZE OF DATA THAT CAN BE HANDELLED BY SOAP ADAPTER

    hi 2 all,
    Soap adapter is calling webservice through bpm.So i but its taking time to call the webservice.So i wanted to know,what is the maximum size of data that can be handelled by the adapter.

    There is no maximum size. It depends on your h/w configuration and also the consuming applications response times as well.
    Ideally a payload size of 5 - 10 MB provides the best performance.

  • What's the maximum size of data a coherence cluster can hold?

    What's the maximum size of data a coherence cluster can hold before it starts noticing a degradation in performance?
    Assume a partitioned topology is used with only one backup for each partition.

    Hi,
    Coherence partitioned cache is designed for linear scalability and it does it quite well. I don't see any reasons of performance degrations with increase in data size given, you have enough cores and memory for processing the requests and managing the data.

  • Photoshop can not print the maximum amount of data that can be spooled to a PostScript printer is 2G

    Hi all,
    This is the first time I've worked with the .psb (large format) size and I have gone to print a PDF of the file and I get the message:
    "photoshop can not print this document because the document is too large. The maximum amount of data that can been spooled to a PostScript printer is 2GB".
    The file itself is a 2700x1570mm 300dpi flatten .psb image that is 500mb in size.
    Not sure how I can get around this, where abouts do I see the image size information that is being spooled?
    Any help would be great

    There's no easy way to see the size of the image that's being spooled, but 2G limit is uncompressed, 4 bytes per pixel (either RGBX where X is a padding byte, or CMYK, depending on the image / printer), times about 1.6 because the image data is sent in ASCII85 format rather than binary.
    With your image at over 100 inches at 300 dpi, you're also perilously close to the 32k limit on the pixels in any one dimension (31,900 by my calculations) that PostScript can handle.
    The limits are 32767 pixels in either dimension, and 2GB of data total. The data that's sent at 4 bytes per pixel, and converted to ASCII85 so that it'll make it across any connection. ASCII85 gives about a 1.6 expansion factor, if I remember correctly.
    Do you really need a 10 foot image printed at 300 dpi? If not, changing down to 200 dpi will probably let this image print.

  • Thunderbolt file copy - the Finder can't complete the operation because some data in  can't be read or written.

    I have a Promisse 4 disk Thundebolt enclosure. To this I did install 4 new 2TB Samsung disks. (it had 512GB disks before). After the disks were replaced a randomly get messages like "the Finder can’t complete the operation because some data in  can’t be read or written". If I retry it sometimes work - sometimes dont work.
    To close down on the problem I have mounted one disk as a single partition, and it still happen. Then I take the disk out, mount it in an USB enclosure and I have no problem. (I have more than once written the disk completly full using USB without any problem).
    To me it seems like OSX has some weird problem with these big disks on thunderbolt. Any ideas?

    Pretty sure it`s not the promise. It could of course be the FW in the Promise having problem with 2TB disks or the Samsung brand in some way.
    Had 4 Toshiba disks in it until quite recently. No problem. They were running in RAID 0 for about 6 months.
    I have right now 2 x 2TB disks in a RAID 0 in it with no problem. So - I am down two 2 possible answers
    a) OSX don´t handle copy correct (or actually finder - have not tested cp from command line)
    b) I have been unlucky and got 2 similar disks that have the same problem (2 of 4 disks - all brand new 3 weeks ago)
    The one thing a find most annoying is OSX lack of telling what`s going on. The "Failed to read or write" error is stupid - tell me what`s the problem. Like "could not write to block XXXX". An os is also supposed to re-allocate bad blocks. However I see no way in OSX to see number of bad blocks etc. Is this possible?
    When googling the error -36 it seems like this is something that has been troubling OSX for some time, but not that many users that have problems after 10.7 was released.
    I think what I will do is to send in the disk for replacement - that will at least give some answers.

  • What's the maximum size a varchar2  variable can hold for and NDS Stmnt?

    What's the maximum size a varchar2 variable can hold for and NDS Statement? I read that NDS is good for doing EXECUTE IMMEDIATE on statements that aren't too big. The 10g PL/SQL manual recommends using DBMS_SQL for statements that are too large, but it never gave a limit for what too large was. Does anyone know offhand?

    The limit is the same as the length of varchar2 variable within PL/SQL - that is varchar2(32767).It's not documented, but intermediate concatenation result can hold up to (64k-1) :
    Connected to:
    Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.8.0 - Production
    declare
      part1 varchar2(32767) := rpad('begin null;', 32767);
      part2 varchar2(32767) := lpad('end;',        32767);
    begin
      dbms_output.put_line(length(part1 || ' ' || /*' ' ||*/ part2));
      execute immediate part1 || ' ' || part2;
    end;

    PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

  • What's the largest size hard drive you can install in a MacBook 2010 and does it matter if it's a apple hard drive

    what the largest size hard drive you can install in your MacBook 2010 and does it matter of its a Mac hard drive are not

    You could theoretically upgrade to a 1TB HDD and brand really doesn't matter as long as it's a 2.5" SATA HDD.  However I would probably shoot for a 500GB or 750GB.  If you want some performance increase as well go for a 7200RPM drive, but just know that you will lose some of your battery life as well.  If that's a trade-off you don't really care about then go for the 7200RPM drive.

  • Max size of spreadsheet Numbers can handle?

    I have a 46.9MB Excel spreadsheet. I have Excel 2004 for the Mac but this spreadsheet takes about 4 to 5 times longer to recalc on my Mac Mini at home than my IBM Thinkpad at work.
    I thought I would try Numbers for 30 days to see if it would recalc faster. But Numbers says the spreadsheet is too large for it to open. I have several other spreadsheets that are even larger.
    If these are too large, then there's no point in buying the program. I had hoped it would handle them, because NeoSource is extremely slow to open the spreadsheet (it keeps wanting to adjust the row height before it will open, which takes forever).

    The question was in the subject line: Is there a maximum size spreadsheet that Numbers can handle? I would hope that it's bigger than 46.9MB (the spreadsheet that I'm working with). I tried NeoOffice but it takes forever to open the spreadsheet because it's always trying to adjust the row height - I've waited several minutes for NeoOffice to try and open before finally giving up.
    So I thought I would try Numbers instead, but it can't open a 46.9MB spreadsheet (I get error-worksheet is too large). I have 2GB of RAM and nothing else open at the time. I thought I would ask if others more experienced with the program what the maximum size spreadsheet they have worked with in Numbers is? Does anyone know what the largest spreadsheet you can work with is? Usually the limiting factor is your RAM not the program. With 2GB of RAM a 46.9MB spreadsheet should not be a problem. If Numbers can't open a 46.9MB spreadsheet, it would be limited to only small jobs.

  • What is the best video card my computer can handle?

    Hi I  currently have this HP Desktop PC: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c02636777&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&product=505...
    I wanted to know what the best video card this computer can handle WITHOUT replacing the power supply.
    this computer has a power supply of 250W but I was told that it could handle a Radeon HD 5570 but the 5570 requires "Stream Processors: 400 Stream Processing Units " does that mean it requires 400W power supply?
    My questions:
    1) Can my HP PC handle the Radeon HD 5570?
    2) If it can't what is the best video card that my computer can handle that is BETTER than the one it comes with, NVIDA GeForce 6150 SE?

    Hi,
    I would recommend that you upgrade your power supply and not go against the video card manufacturer's recommendation.

  • What is the max size of HDD I can use in my dc7600 CMT

    I am using an HP dc7600 CMT which is working fine after upgrading to a Samsung 128GB SSD, Intel Pentium D 3.4 GHz, 4GB RAM, and an AMD Radeon HD 6450. I am running Win 8.1 Pro x64, with the most recent upgrade, and have absolutely no problems. I now want to add a second internal HDD, and wonder what is the max size  I can go to. Can I go to 2TB, or am I limited to a lower figure? 1TB? 500GB? 250GB?
    Will be glad for some help here, especially if it has been actually tried in practice.
    Thanks in advance.

    You're very welcome.
    Yes, they are very nice machines.
    What a jump in performance when I swapped out the Pentium 4 620 mine had, for the PD 945, and tossed in 4 GB of memory.
    That box will also run the Radeon HD 6570 with no problem too, which is what I put in mine.
    The downside of that model is that there are no settings for ahci or raid.
    I own or have owned every CMT since the d510 with the exception of the dc7900.
    My main PC is now the 8200 Elite CMT which I installed W8.1 on.
    It has an i7-2600 processor and 32 GB of memory, 1 TB SATA III hard drive.
    I threw in a Radeon HD 6670 in that one.

    I lost equipment due to lightening strike several years ago, which also had old equipment and was not available. I gave insurance images and provided original receipts (my purchases were made on Apple.com), and Apple provided electronic copies of the receipts. You may want to contact Apple and check, if they can provide a copy. Insurance may depreciate the original value. I was offered residual value which i used to buy newer replacements, and provided the receipts for replacements back to insurance.

  • Is there a maximum PDF size for ios? can handle 2GB?

    I'm creating a very huge pdf file, aprox 2GB
    can it be viewer in an ipad or iphone?.
    Can it be viewer from an Android tablet?
    TnkU

    It sounds very doubtful because mobile devices are usually restricted in memory. And it will depend on each particular device. There is Adobe Reader software for both iOS and Android. Download the free software on each device and try it.
    I'd divide your PDF into smaller files.

  • Is there a limit to the amount of photos that iPhoto can handle on Snow Leopard?

    I have almost 60.000 photos in my iphoto library with about 340gb space available. I tried to import some prints tonight and it said that there was not enough space for the library. Please explain if anyone knows!!  Thank you very much

    You have to count to have about 30GB at least free on the startup disk, after you have the library loaded.
    On the external you have space enough.
    As far as I know there is no limit for iPhoto, but I suggest to not let it grow too much, because everything will become sluggish, also making backups. It should be possible to split up in more libraries, one that is really actual and one that is the past. Physical splitting up I mean, not smart collections. You can switch libraries by holding the Alt(option) at startup of iPhoto.
