I'm not a programmer, but I'm proficient in Photoshop slicing
and Dreamweaver CS4. I know bit of html coding and CSS editing. I
have tried using Spry Menu Bar, and Spry Tabbed Panels with no
success. Would a image map work? Is there a way to do it with swap
image slices from Photoshop for the multiple sub menu sections?
Another solution? Please take a look at this 6 min you tube video I
created and let me know if you have any solutions.

- Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Make sure that y do not leave any foreign material or leave anything in the jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so.

- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. Seems you have a bad headphone jack.

First, I want to clear up some vocabulary issues. After Effects is not intended for editing video. Editing involves cutting shots together to tell a story. Premiere Pro edits video. While you technically can cut video together in AE, Premiere is much, much better for that.
After Effects is used for creating shots - visual effects, compositing, motion graphics, animation, color correction, color grading, etc.
What exact version number of AE (down to the decimal points) are you using? Plus the questions Todd asked, plus the info in the link he gave.
Also, if you're new to AE, you should really start here. This resource will give you a foundation in how to actually use After Effects that will probably clear up your current problem and prevent much more frustration in the future.

You have to have a successful install before F8 will work. You cannot format the partition from Safe Mode anyway. You must start the install anew by booting the Windows Installation CD. Press C at startup.

Can't watch videos it says I need to download Adobe, when I attempt it says I may need to turn off my antivirus. How can I do this?

Download the latest adobe flash player plugin only from the adobe download site. When you install it it installs its plugin and a Flash Player system preference. That Flash Player system preference has an option (Advanced tab) to auto check for updates. If enabled it will put up a dialog telling you a new update is available when adobe relaases it. I never have that enabled so I don't know how the dialog is worded and that it actually says anything about turning off any AV stuff.
Do you even have any AV software running?
You can always just download it again and reinstall to make sure you have the latest version.

Watching video on iPad 2 needs the computer on?

One of the reasons I bought the iPad2 is to be able to watch home music videos that I do. At first I was able to do this till the upgrade to iOS5 when I can no longer watch on my iPad2 with the computer off. Is there a way around this?

Thanks for responding so quickly. Yes, I synced the videos to my iPad just like the first time when I got my iPad the first time. I'm playing them as I played them before just by going to videos and choosing whichever video I wanted to watch. Now I have to use home sharing to be able to watch on my iPad. Again, I was able to sync these videos before upgrading to iOS5 and had no problems.

How do I make navigation buttons work?

I'm new to DW CS3...I've (somehow) managed to create a

I have received between 18 and 22 error codes in attempting to install Adobe Presenter and Video Express. I need the program to work and no longer have hours to spend on getting this to work. Any suggestions/

If you're not using chrome you can just go to adobe's website (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/) and download the newest flash player. You run the .dmg and then open the application, which updates flash. With the latest version of flash there should be a preference pane within system preferences to allow you to change settings and check for updates.

Yes. Sounds like you are trying to sync the HD version of the TV Episode. You should try to download the Standard Definition copy instead and sync that to your device as HD content is not compatible with the Nano. See here for more information:

To prevent HD versions from being downloaded in the future head to the iTunes Store, click the Purchased link, and then select TV Shows and remove the tick mark next to Download HD when available. You should be able to download the SD version now from under this same page.

How to enable cookies to watch video clips??

I was sent a link to a website to watch video clips (educational training).
On the registration page it tells me I will need to "enable cookies" in order
to watch the video clips-please adjust your browser settings. It tells me what I have to do but not how.
I've gone to quicktime preferences and everything seems like it's on the correct settings.
Any clues?

There is some confusion here.
Firstly you cannot run Safari 4.0.4 with the operating system you show, 10.4.10, you need to update to 10.4.11 AND install the latest Security updates.
Secondly, when you open Safari Preferences you get the following icons:
General, Appearance, Bookmarks, Tabs, RSS, Autofill, Security, Advanced.
In the small Preferences window, top right-hand corner, do you see a small oval 'button'?
Try clicking on that.
