Watching streaming video and the picture is compressed vertically into only half the window space-what is wrong?

Using Firefox to look at live video streams from BP undersea operations. The picture in the window that opens is compressed into only 1/2 of the vertical space, so I see a very distorted image.

Did you start with the generic PAL camera definition in MAX?
It sounds like you are in field mode instead of frame mode, which should fix the squashing.
Sounds like a good problem to contact NI support with.
