Waveburner Newbee question on plugin use.

Just attempting to do my first master on a trial basis.I have Waveburner but used it only once to burn a CD & not really 'master'.I have mixed & bounced 10 songs.Now I need to master those 10 songs with softwares like Ozone etc that I have.For mastering each song do I first import into a new logic project & then master it or do I do all songs on Wave burner?I presume it would be a good idea to import it into logic & get that induvidual song mastered & then import it into wave burner & do an overall master (using eqs,etc) to get a balance between all songs.Do let me know which would be the right approcach.Is it possible to use different plugins for different songs on wave burner or will the plugins that I use for 1 song affect all the 10 songs at the same time?
I know I sound very ameteur & from what you hear, mastering myself may not be a good idea.But I want to give it a shot so do give me some basic guidance.Too many videos on youtube & too many books out there on mastering is just too much to handle ! So I will start with your opinion.

Mastering your own mix is like writing a critique on whther your girlfriend (boyfriend) is pretty (handsome), and what would you change? You get so close to it that it becomes difficult to tell. Plus you are (presumably) mastering in the same room as you have mixed it in, so you actually have the possiblility of compounding your room deficiencies. Plus, it's quite a different skill, and requires a much more logical, reasoned and scientific ear. Most producers and artists run on emotion. It's much better to have someone else who has the tools, skill sets, cool head and detached ear to review what you have done .
BUT
If you must (and some of us must, for various reasons) you could do it in Logic, or equally easily in Waveburner. You really haven't looked at it much, have you? You can of course separately assign plugins region by region (i.e. song by song) as well as plugins to the overall collection (mix plugins). It's actually a great tool, because you can check the songs against one another while still tweaking the settings. And then maybe have a final safety limiter very gently on the whole project. Or not, if you are philosophically opposed. In the menu in each case, you have audio units plugs (3rd party) and waveburner plugs (Logic).

Fail to download plugin using eclipse update manager

i have tried many time to install the plugin using eclipse update manager.
finally i manage to download it, it takes me two days to finish.
then it gave me error during the installation.
when i went to the update manager, it has started from the begining. thats mean it ill take another two days

i was able to download the plugins and then install it (without using update manager for downloading the plugin) in a 30 min.

How to create custom report plugin using child region report metadata

Hi,
I want to ask for help on how to create custom report plugin using child region report metadata. My idea is to create a child region, a classic report and set the condition to never.
Then i will query the child report metadata from apex view and use it to create a custom report like using jquery jq-grid. Any idea how i can create a process that will use the child report
metadata? I dont know how i can create a process just like how apex work, how apex render report, coz i want it to be control using the standard apex report attribute. This plugin will
render according to the child report attribute.
Is there anybody here had ever done this?

Start from determining column heading, column order until finish rendering the report. The same way how apex
render the classic report.

So this is how i get the header for my report plugin. The same method is use to get the value / data for each column. This process is work. So now
i want to extend my plugin so that i will use all attributes from the child report to render my plugin. So the column header, column order, all will depend
on the child report. And the column display condition is set, it will also check the condition before render the column. Sounds like i want to reinvent
the normal apex rendering process but this is what i want to achieve.
I need help to find the correct logic for my render process. Don't want too much for starting, just want to render the plugin correctly, same with child report,
same columns alias, column ordering and column conditional display.

Question on MacPro Using VGA

Hi. I have a MacPro1,1 and an older Sony LCD vga display that maxes out at 1280 x 1024. I just switched from a 5' vga cable to a 15' vga cable and have a marked decrease in picture quality.
Here's my question: I'm using a pretty cheap 15' vga cable; in anyone's experience, would a better-quality cable improve the monitor picture image?
Or, if I get a newer 1920 x 1200 monitor with DVI, would it look OK with 15' of cable?

I am trying to create the OEM 12c plugin using WBEM fetchlet. The Response metric definition is quite standard using the information given in the Oracle Docs - http://docs.oracle.com/cd/B19306_01/em.102/b16246/fetchlets.htm#i1007401.
The plugin validates and creates the plugin with no error. But when i try collecting the metrics using "All Metrics", I get a "+You have attempted to access real-time data for metric Response. This action is not supported. Obtaining real-time metric data requires information about the collection that is not currently available from the Enterprise Manager Repository. This does not affect the collection of data and you can continue to access historical data for this metric+"...
Is there anyway to get this to work

1. we modified /etc/exports to include this line: /export *(rw,no_root_squash,sync)
we start nfs service by executing command “service nfs start”.
On Management Agent server (nsn175-89), we verified that we are able to mount /export directory of EM server.
On Management Agent server, we started firefox browser and were able to run successfully https://nsn175-105.us.oracle.com:4904/empbs/genwallet
After making this change, we ran agent deployment again. We encountered the same error as shown above.

The AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin uses over 250% CPU when I open a dozen of pdf files from the Internet in Safari 7.0.2. The Adobe Read is 10.1.9 as seen from Safari > Preferences > Security > Internet Plug-in > Manage Website Settings > Adobe Reader.
Can I replace the Adobe Reader Internet Plug-in with Preview or anything else using less CPU? (But it's too time consuming to downlog the pdf files and open thme using other tools e.g. iBook, Preview etc.)

Most PDF documents can be read using the built-in support of OS X & Safari. If you remove the adobe or other pdf plug-in files from HD/Library/Internet Plug ins while any web browsers are closed, then Safari should display them.

You don't do it that way.
You need to use standard "inter application communication" methods such as (but not limited to): COM, DDE, shared memory, shared files, named pipes, etc.
