Way to large font size - iphone 6

Any idea how to fix the font size on apps? My comcast email is also very large. I've already tried the font size under general settings and that didn't work.

Are you using the Zoomed view or Standard view? Change that under Settings.

    any way to increase font size on nnew iMac 27 inch?

    Hi,
    In the Finder > View Menu > View Option > change the Text size.
    This changes the size of text under the icons on the Desktop.
    If you open any Finder window after this you can create a Default size for all windows from the same panel.

  • HOW DO I LOCK A LARGER FONT SIZE IN EMAIL

    Hi
    Can anyone advise how I can lock in a larger Font Size when I am composing an email.
    It comes up as normal size as standard and I can change size manualy but wondered if I can lock in a bigger size ?.
    Many thanks

    Hi, I don't believe that you can. It always defaulst to Tahoma/Normal. Every time that you want to compose a reply you have to manually select the font and font size of your choice.
    I've posted something along these same lines some time back and there was no positive answer provided and no response from BT to enable this to be a configurable setting.
    BT supports response back to me with regards to problems with the new email service was that 'because it's a free service we are not obliged to fix any problems with it'.

  • Need help on setting large fonts on iphone 3g s

    I have looked at the new iphone 3g s, and think I would like it very muuch. However, since I am somewhat visually impaired, I need large fonts on ALL categories on the phone, e-mail, contacts, notes, etc.
    I have looked at the phone at my local Apple store, but cannot find a way for the fonts to become larger. I go to settings, set the font to GIANT, but then NOTHING changes when I then go back to contacts.
    I have tried the Zoom program, but that seems too complicated. I currently own a Kindle, and I love it because I merely hit one button, and I have the availability of 6 DIFFERENT FONT SIZES. Why isn't this type of software available for the iphone?
    I want to buy the iphone, but cannot unless I can read all data on the phone easily. ANY HELP OUT THERE IS APPRECIATED.
    Dan

    Copied from this link regarding the Zoom option.
    http://www.apple.com/iphone/how-to/#accessibility.zoom
    Many iPhone applications let you zoom in and out specific elements. For example, you can double-tap or use the pinch gesture to expand webpage columns in Safari. Zoom is a special accessibility feature that lets you magnify the entire screen of any application you’re using to help you see what’s on the display.
    If the Zoom feature seems to complicated for you, then you don't have any other option with the iPhone. More than likely it would not seem so complicated to you after using it for several days or for a week or two. The iPhone can be returned for payment credit within 30 days after the purchased date, less a 10% restocking fee. And the AT&T contract can be cancelled within the same 30 days with no penalty.

  • I need to input text from PC to iPad with large font size. Too much to ask?

    Works well with PC to PC using just software likge Windows Live Messenger, but not with iPad because I haven't seen a Messenger app for iPad that can display large fonts or has custom font size option. They all use small font size that can't be changed.
    I've also tried many VNC apps by writing the text in my PC to notepad and using the VNC to display the large text for iPad. Probelm is VNC's wont work well with 3G.
    Is this really too much to ask from iPad?
    If some app developer reads this, I'll buy an app for 50$ that has white background and can receive text sent from PC with custom font sizes. Doesn't have to have any other features. Just receive text from PC using the existing IM softwares like Windows Live etc or simple custom software.

    I was wondering if you could help me out with my current situation. It seems like it is similar to your previous I/O delima. I think I might have to parse the data, but i dont know how to do that yet. I basically have to put the information from one text file into a database, and it is formatted in one way, and i need to format it a different way that SQL statements can read. Here are 2 entries of about 12,000 that i have in one text file:
    1
    UI - 4
    TI - 117-28
    Y2 - -32676
    RP - NOT IN FILE
    SO - <None Specified> -1 ;():
    2
    UI - 11721
    TI - The mechanism of genetic recombination in Escherichia coli.
    MH - mechanism
    MH - recombination
    MH - Escherichia coli
    RP - NOT IN FILE
    SO - Cold Spring Harb Symp Quant Biol 1953 ;18():75-93
    This is only 2 of the records, You notice that the record number is first, followed by another field ex. (UI), which then the data stored in that field are after the "-"
    Thanks for your help

    Hi Peter
    Actually, Captivate does have an essentially unlimited number
    of undo levels. But that number may appear to be different. The
    number of levels starts when you begin editing the project. If you
    close and re-open a project, that starts the undo process over.
    I've tested and I gave up after about 280 or so undos.
    Where Captivate doesn't allow an undo, it normally warns you
    with a rather catastrophic looking dialog.
    Cheers... Rick

  • Easiest way to change font size/color with CSS?

    I've never used CSS before; I need to know how to change the font size and color using CSS, since it seems to be the only way to do it now. Sometimes I just need to change the font just for a few words, or a line here and there. Not necessarily page-wide, you understand. Is there a step-by-step process showing the simplest way to accomplish this? I'm not a web developer or professional designer, nor do I want to be. I just use DW to build simple web sites for personal use. I don't build using HTML - I solely use DM's GUI functions. And I'm also trying to teach my nine year-old how to start out page-building. I certainly hope that something as simple as changing font size doesn't require one to buy a book to learn HTML, which seems to be what a lot of people are telling me. Thanks for any assistance.

    Easiest is not always the best way.  You must learn the fundamentals.
    CSS
    /**this styles all paragraphs in your site**/
    p {
    font-size: 18px;
    color: #000;
    /**This is a class.  Classes are re-usable**/
    .red {
    color:red;
    font-weight:bold;
    HTML:
    <p>This is a normal paragraph</p>
    <p class="red">This is a red paragraph</p>
    <p>This is a normal paragraph with <span class="red">some red text here</span> but not here.</p>
    If you're going to teach your 9yr old how to build web pages, start with the links below.
    There's no point in teaching your child bad habits that will have to be unlearned later.

  • Is there a way to increase font size of SQL Server Object Explorer

    I am visually impaired and even with my glasses I have to get a few inches from the screen to view items in the object explorer; Specifically the table names in Table Explorer and the Stored Procedures use a font I cannot read.
    I use magnifyer but Visual Studio has a Tool Windows option for Font Size that seems to be missing in SQL Server I am using 2008 R2, but I have not seen an option for Tool Windows in any version of SQL Server.
    Is there a way, or are there plans for the next version to have this?
    I need to know before I invest significant time to build a package, but if there built in funcationality it would save me a lot of time.
    I am surprised SQL Server is the only MS product I have seen that is not accessible to persons with disabilities (The Object Explorer is critical to SQL Server navigation)
    Corby

    I'm not aware of this being a enhancement in SQL Server 2012.
    To help you in the meantime, did you realise that you can filter the Stored Procedures and Tables that appear in Object Explorer?  if you right click on these nodes in Object Explorer and select Filter | Filter Settings, you can create a filter to limit
    the list of Stored Procedures and Tables that appear in their respective lists.
    Example 1
    If you were looking for a stored procedure called usp_HardToFind, you would enter the following:
    Property = Name
    Operator = Contains
    Value = Hard (or dome other value you're looking for)
    This would list all stored procedures with a name containing Hard
    Example 2
    If you were looking for a tabled called ComplexTableName, you would enter the following:
    Property = Name
    Operator = Contains
    Value = Complex (or dome other value you're looking for)
    This would list all tables with a name containing Complex
    I know it's not the same as being able to change font sizes however it may still assist you

  • Is there a way to change font size in incoming email messages?

    In the Mail preferences I see options for changing fonts and sizes for composing email, but is there a way to control incoming font sizes?
    Some emails for some reason show up in very tiny fonts when they come into my Mail program
    thanks
    nick

    Hello Nick,
    Thank you for the question.  You can update the font settings in the Preferences for Mail.  By going to Mail>Preferences>Fonts & Colors, you can update the Message list font and the Message font for easier viewing.  The Messages font will only change to the font you select if the sender does not have specific formatting for the text in their email:
    Option
    Description
    Message list font
    The font and font size for viewing the list of messages (in classic layout only). Click Select to use a different font.
    Message font
    The font and font size for writing and viewing messages. Click Select to use a different font.
    If the sender used a specific font for a message, that font is used when viewing the message.

  • Any way to adjust font size on IPad

    It is give a fit.
    Thanks
    Gia
    <Edited by Host>

    I'm happy to assist with that. While you cannot adjust all font sizes, you can adjust some system fonts through the following method: Go in to Settings, then General, then accessibility. Then tap 'Large Text'. Here you can choose to adjust font sizes in Calendar, Contacts, Mail, Messages and Notes.
    Please let me know if you have any other troubles,

  • Any way to increase font size in RoboHelp UI?

    Hi. Is there any way to increase the font size of the text in the RoboHelp (11) UI itself, that is, for example, the items that appear in the Project manager, Topic List, Single Source Layouts, and other panels?
    I have my monitor set to optimal resolution, but this seems to cause this text to be too small for comfort. Is there a way to increase the font size from within RH? If not, is there a Windows-level change I can make?
    Thanks!

    Thanks, Peter.  Yes, that's what it appears to be.  So, in messing about with the screen resolution and text size settings on my new Windows 7 machine, I somehow irritated RoboHelp.  This is what it looks like:
    I got responses from Adobe person assigned to my bug request.  He said all was OK on their side.  He said to try to change the Custom DPI text size for my machine, but that did not change the RH display, only the toolbar and pod headings.  He suggested I uninstall then reinstall RH 10.
    I also asked what the difference was between the RH source files that present the toolbar and that retrieve the project files as listed (includes the Single Source Layout pod entries also, though).  We'll see.
    Have a feeling I'll have to reinstall.
    Thanks for all your help.

  • Configuring larger font size in the JSC IDE

    The biggest problem I'm having with Java Studio Creator is that the font size in the IDE is too small. I even went so far as to buy a 21 inch monitor. The problem, of course, is that the larger monitor has more resolution, so I find the font still difficult to developed with.
    Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I'm running JSC on SuSE linux.

    Hi!
    Try to start IDE with parameter -fontsize <size>, where <size> is desired size of font.
    Thanks,
    Roman.
