Way to see data exchange history?

Hello,
We have a Pixi Plus on a prepaid plan that gives it a very limited amount of data per month (10MB). Today I turned data on, sent two photos via MMS, and turned the data off. After that activity, which should have burned a handful of KB's, I checked my data activity online, and I had burned through about 20MB - the 10MB the plan gives, plus an extra 10MB I had to pay for.
Obviously, some other data exchange must have occurred besides *just* the sending of two photos.
Wifi is on all the time, and the few apps the phone has had installed push notifications and updates, so I can't imagine there were updates in queue that got sent over 3G...
But obviously, something happened.
Is there a place to look within the phone itself that would show specifically *what* data was exchanged during that very short - but spendy - data session? Something that would show which app is responsible, perhaps?

My guess would be you have the "Backup" app turned on...
If so, the phone will try to back itself up entirely on a daily basis!
In direct answer to your question, I do not know of a way to check what was transferred.

SMS's are not synced through iTunes. Your SMS history is stored on your phone and also included as part of your iPhone backup. To view SMS's on your computer requires either extracting them from your phone or from your iPhone backup. Either or requires third-party software, as such is not supported by Apple. clayfromherriman has given you a way to extract from your backup. To extract from your phone, you can use this:

There are 2 ways that the contacts are being pulled down to your phone/tablet with Exchange. Your personal contacts (those created in Outlook) will pull down any picture that you have uploaded to it (be cautious of the file size on these as the initial sync will take a long time to pull these down) - and it appears nicely for caller ID and such.
If you are talking about the Global Address Book lookup - this is a setting that is in both Exchange and AD that could be preventing this. Our company has turned this off for privacy concerns - and they have restricted the size limits on the pictures (this was overloading some of the other collaboration clients for those that had numerous people in their groups - like Lync or SharePoint).
We have suggested that people who want pictures of co-workers create a personal contact card for them and attach them there. We are using Exchange 2010 SP3 in this scenario.

I'm not aware of any setting or app that will do what you are looking for, but it possible you might find something in the app store.
You should consider changing your pass code and possibly using complex rather than simple pass code. And keeping the device secure when not in your possession.

Strange graphics in Mavericks Mail, No list of accounts, No way to see data typed in TO, CC, Subject, etc

Mail under Mavericks was working OK on my old iMac. I Migrated to a brand new one and Mail has all kinds of issues with its display graphics. I can't see my list of accounts and their associated folders. I can create a new email by using File->New Message, but the graphics have issues: can't see the text when typing on the Subject line nor the TO, CC fields, etc.
Accounts don't appear on the left side of the Accounts display, but when I click on the blank space, the account info shows up on the right side.
The whole Mail program is virtually unusable in this state.

Sometimes my mail will send, but the process will take anywhere between 5 and 15 minutes to do so. More often than not, though, it just disappears into a black hole. Plus, this just started happening two days ago. All was well before then.

No. Apple only keeps the pdf file for a book for 30 days. Without the library and book project you won't be able to reorder the same book.

If you only see the time then that would mean that you see an entry of the current day (today).
History items from past days should have the date as well in the Most Recent Visit column.
You should be able to see this changing if you open the last 7 days folder and scroll down.

I have a client that believes someone came into his house and took some digital files (photos, stored in iPhoto) off of his iMac (2.66GHz running v10.6.7)
He usually just sleeps his computer while away and requires no password to login. Is there any way to see if an external device or CD/DVD has been used to save files? Will it continue to say that the device is in lost mode if it has been restored? My Find Iphone is saying that when the device is connected to the internet that it will be locked and that a message (that I typed in) will appear. How are you getting to full screen mode? I assume you are using Full Screen mobile add-on?
Try the following instead:
* Download Firefox Beta (v22) from google play
* Navigate to about:config
* In the search bar look for "dynamic"
* Toggle 'browser.chrome.dynamictoolbar' to 'true'
* Close the tab
Now when using Firefox beta the navigation/loading bar will disappear automatically when you scroll down a page and will reappear when you click on a link.
Please note that this is an experimental feature so there may be some issues. But I think it works better than the add-on. The feature will eventually come to the standard release version of Firefox for Android.

Actually, no. Here is what I am curious about: Apple's privacy policy says that they use information about your demographics, activity and past purchases to show you advertising and stuff like that. I was curious if there was a way to see what Apple "thinks" it knows about you, basically the cookie data they have associated with your account.

I could only think of one solution to this, a little bit of code to get a list of records a user owns. The List contains Entity objects with the Id & LogicalName. You could do this with a report too but you'll have to query every entity...

A way to SEE changes in audio data as you compress?

I know I should be mixing with my ears and not eyes but this is a bad habit I picked up from my cool edit days and it just refuses to go away. Im trying to audition different compressor settings on already-recorded audio by actually SEEING the changes to the audio file as I make them as opposed to just hearing them. I have my compressor on the channel strip. For me to see these changes on the audio file, do I have to bounce the file every time I make a change to the settings or is there a way of seeing these changes without that hustle?
