Way to track "exchange" orders?

My Ipod stopped working and apple is sending me a new one, is there any was to track that order? I'm really bored without it and really want to know what day its coming.

Hello,
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like you sent in your iPod for repair and want to track the status.  If you have the repair id or case number you can track it via the link below.

  • Need a way to track the Demand/Supply in MRP

    Hi
We have this scenario: Business is using a third party system to book the Orders which are practically the Forecast in Oracle. These orders are linked to a unique tracking number in the third party system (similar to Project /Task in Oracle).
We are pulling the demand details into custom table in Oracle and planning to populate in Forecast tables using standard interface tables. Now the challenge is where to populate the tracking number in the Forecast table.
We want this tracking number to carry over to the subsequent Planned orders as well.Since we do not have Oracle Project Manufacturing, we are thinking about other options.
If anybody faced this situation earlier, please let us know your thoughts.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards
    Prabakaran

    Jose,
You'd have to update a table every time a user goes to a page. There's no way to track what the user "doesn't" do, however, or when the user exits, unless they use some particular link to exit. What if the user simply closes the browser and goes home?

  • URGENT: Wrong Info on Return Labels for Exchange Orders.

    Hi! SAP Gurus
Exchange orders are being shipped with labels attached on the box that says DO not return defective part and because of this the customer will either dispose of the part, and therefore the business will not receive the defective back and we cannot bill since we told them not to return the part.
    Thanx in advance
    Sushmitha

    Dear Sushmitha
This can be done in multiple ways, depending mainly on statutory obligations.
One is Invoice in full and do reject cycle (credit memo...), if customer agrees
2nd is use movement type 451 - returns from customer and invoice for net sales quantity only and then close the sales order.

  • What is the best way to track a characteristic  from R3 to a BEx report?

    Hi,
What is the most convinient way to track these 2 characteristics in my enivornment:
    Data flows from R3 to InfoSource1, InfoSource2, InfoSource3 and InfoSource4.
    InfoSource1 and InfoSource2.flows to ODS1
    and
    InfoSource3 and InfoSource4. flows to ODS2
then ODS1 and ODS1 flows to Cube1 which then goes ro MultiProvider1
"Created On" characteristics came in from InfoSource1
    and
"Change On" characteristics came in from InfoSource2
Now when you go into BEx, these two are not shown in the dimension nor the report structure, but there are other Time characteristics such as Calendar Day, Calendar Month, Calendar Week.
What are the definitive steps can I take to track down the "Change on" anbd "Created on" down to my report in BEx?
    Thanks

    hi Amanda,
..how do I track down to a document to see what is actually being entered in the Sales Order document on R3.?
    - normally for this, we need to understand the definition of that field sales order document in r/3, if the description just the same as in sales order screen (VA03),
to verify the field we can press F1 on that field, and 'technical information', check 'Field Name'.
we can only mapped one field to one infoobject, you can create another date characteristic or use business content delivered,
if you are using business content e.g sales and install everything from business content, the mapping should be taken care by system.
    hope this helps.

Only the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
    - If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
    - You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.
    - If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
    - Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
    - There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it unless you had iOS 7 on the device. With iOS 7, one has to enter the Apple ID and password to restore the device.

  • How to track Service Order Status Change (IW31/IW32).

I have a requirement to send the customer an Email if the status of service order has been changed say from unconfirmed to confirmed. So i have to find out whether the status of the service order has been changed on the current date.
As per my understanding, Changes corresponding to any object are stored in tables CDHDR and CDPOS if the change document creation is enabled for that object. But in case of service order status, the changes are not being captured in these tables because change document creation is not enabled for the data element (J_STONR) of service order status.
Anyone having any knowledge about it please help me.

    Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I have found out the way to track the service order changes. Function module STATUS_READ_MULTI can be used for the same. Pass service order number in OBJNR_TAB and the change document for status is returned in JCDS_TAB

  • Tracking the order of execution of sql scripts in SQL*Plus

In our production environment we sometimes have to run some .sql scripts in a particular order. Since the order of execution is important , i have created another .sql file caller caller.sql(shown at the bottom) which will call all the scripts in the right order.
i thought of putting a exec DBMS_LOCK.SLEEP (5); after the end of every execution of the script so that i can see the
    'Ending script1'message .
The spooling within the caller script(execute_stack.log) has become meaningless because each script has a spool <filename.log> and spool off within it. These spool logs (for every script) is important for tracking purposes as each script belongs to a different development team and i have to send them the spooled log file after the execution.
I don't want to see the entire scripts running by in my screen. Since these scripts have their own spooling, i can later check the logs if the scripts where executed properly.
    So i need two things.
1.I just need to see the following and nothing else in the screen.
    Ending script1
    Ending script2
    Ending script3
.2. I need to log the order of execution. ie. the execute_stack.log should look like the above.Since there is a spool off within each script, this wouldn't be possible.Right?
    Ending script1
    Ending script2
    Ending script3
.The caller.sql script which calls all the scripts in the right order
    alter session set nls_date_format = 'DD-MON-YYYY hh24:MI:SS';
    set serveroutput on
    set echo on;
    set feedback on;
    spool execute_stack.log

    exec dbms_output.put_line ('Ending script1');
    dbms_output.put_line(chr(10)||chr(10)||'.'||chr(10)||'.'||chr(10));
    exec DBMS_LOCK.SLEEP (5);

spool off;Is this a professional way of tracking the execution of .sql scripts?

    Pete_Sg1 wrote:
Is this a professional way of tracking the execution of .sql scripts? No. There is very little professional about using .sql scripts on a production system - when stored procedures are safer, more robust, easier managed and controlled and secure.. and where a log table can be used to properly log the runtimes (and other stats) of each processing step.
Let's just take a look at the number of moving parts you need to schedule and run a .sql script. A cron job needs to be configured with the proper environment setting. It needs to run a shell script. That shell script needs to load SQL*Plus. SQL*Plus needs to connect to the database (starting a dedicated server process most likely). SQL*Plus then needs to read a .sql file, parse these commands and either execute these locally (SQL*Plus commands) or remotely (PL/SQL and SQL commands).
How can this be considered professional when the very same can be achieved with a
    - stored procedure
    - using DBMS_JOB to schedule the procedure for execution
There are so many things that can go wrong with the first method. And so few things that could go wrong with the last one. No contest as to which method is not only better, but also professional.
PS. See that you use Windows to run these scripts. It is even worse as it introduces another hardware and software layer making the scenario even more insecure & unsafe with more moving parts that can go wrong or simply fail.

  • Is there a way to track the delivered qty at the schedule line level in R3

    Hello Gurus,
Is there a way to track the delivered qty at the schedule line level in R3.  I spoke to al ot of functional guys on this and the answer is NO. If NO,then, how does the 2LIS_11_V_SSL extractor extract the delivered qty at schedule line level. Help is really appreciated.
    Thanks
    Simmi

    Hi Simmi,
I have used this extractor for the purpose you describe at more than one customer without problem. My understanding is that it links the order schedule line with the delivery, but I haven't tried to work out the mechanism.

  • Putting audio book tracks in order

I have put an audio book from a cd onto my iPod mini. I am trying to figure out how to be able to listen to the tracks in order. I have eventually renumbered them so from disk to disk the numerical order remains. I have numbered the tracks from 01-120. When I go to listen to the book on the iPod, the tracks are all scrambled. I'm very new with this "toy" and need to know the secrets! Thanks for any help.

I think I have it solved. "It ain't pretty, but it'll do..." I did, indeed, discover that I had to disable the party shuffle option. Then I renumbered the tracks so that instead of each disk beginning with #1, I started where the last disk left off. So disk #2 began with Track 18 and disk #3 began with Track 35. Then I figured out how to create the smart playlist! So now each of the books shows up all together as one playlist, in order, and I think that'll solve the problem. At least it isn't in the order where all the Track 1's are together and all the Track 2's and so forth. It takes quite awhile to get the book transferred to the iPod but at least I can do it. IF there is an easier way, I sure would like to figure that out! Thanks for the suggestions!

  • Ipod shuffle won't play tracks in order

My ipod shuffle won't play tracks in order even when I have the shuffle button off. I have sync'd it on itunes to play in order but it just continues to shuffle all the tracks! Please help. Thanks

I found a post about this problem from November, it is apparently how the iPod Shuffle handles podcasts. It sorts them in REVERSE chronological order, and moves them to the top of the play list. It's unbelievable that Apple has let a problem like this persist for so long.
Here is the discussion I mentioned:
    http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=6259808&#6259808
It offers a way to partially fix the problem, but one that I find entirely unacceptable. The only lasting solution mentioned was to buy a different mp3 player, which I'll be doing as soon as I return my Shuffle and get my money back.
The sad thing is that in addition to Apple losing money on the sale of a Shuffle, they're also loosing money on songs I would be purchasing from iTunes (I got a $20 gift certificate for my b-day that I'm going to sell to buy other music that will play on a non-Apple mp3 player), and they might loose potential customers because I've been complaining about this to everybody I know!
    -edit-
Correction, I found a discussion dealing with this from 2005!

  • TS4006 is there a way to track a stolen ph with a special ID if it's activated by another user??

My purse was stolen yesterday and with it my Iphone 5. Seems like they have turned off my device, I also wiped it. so my question is ...
Is there a way to track a stolen ph with a special ID ???

The IMEI number is unique to the phone.  If you give this to your carrier they can often use it to blacklist the device, preventing it from being used on their network.  Technically they could probably also locate it if it's on their network, but I don't think they would do this without being instructed to do so by the police or a court order.

  • How do you track your order?

I know theres another thread here about how to track your order but i dont have a lot of time to find it...can anyone tell me how to track my order?

Jason...if you ordered through Apple Store, you received a confirmation email with the Processing number on it.
There's a link in the email, click on it, put in your Username and Processing/Confirmation number. It'll tell you the status of your order.
I followed mine all the way through that way.

  • Tracking accessory orders

Does anyone know if there is a way of tracking Sky accessory orders? I ordered an IO Link and Sky TV Link last night but only recieved the email confirmation for the Sky TV Link. I got through to the Order Confirmation page for both items and took screen shots so I have the order reference numbers, but I never recieved the email confirmation for the IO Link so I'm worried someting has gone wrong.

I know that sky staff don't monitor/reply to these but does anyone know if it is the normal customer services phone number to ask about remote control delivery's that have been brought from the accessory store brought on on the 17th using next day delivery (should have come 20th) e-mailed in on the night of the 20th and they sending another one out by next day still waiting for that one as well have checked address for the order and that is correct so think i need to give them a call
