Ways to fix an Error code 6 in Labview 8.

I am getting another error after the program runs for a while. It is a Labview Error 6 GPIB Read error. I thought I had fixed this problem by making the GPIB read function asynchronis, but I just got the error again. I am using a PCI cable to measure two channels of an optometer. I send a write command to the device to send channel 1 readings then I send the read command. I then send a write command to the device to send channel 2 readings and then I send the read command. Let me know if this is the correct way to take readings from two channels.

According to the documentation it sounds this error occurs because a 488.2 command is aborted, probably because a new command is sent to the GPIB interface before it has finished executing the last command. Do you have any waits in your code to allow the device and interface enough time to respond to each command? What version of the NI-488.2 driver are you using? Is the error occurring when you try to read or when the write command is issued?

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

My iphone recently died and we troubleshooted it. So we tried a new battery and it wasnt any good so we put the original one back in. When we did this it let my iphone turn back on and charge after that. But now when u try to to sync it up to itunes it shows an error code 28. my phone is out of warranty so anyway to fix this because it will charge but not sync up and i need to get my iphone working for a while til atleast september when i can upgrade it

the thing is tho until we did that my iphone went flatline woudlnt charge or anything. then we tried a different battery wich woudlnt go past 4.0 (checked error code for that) and when we put original battery in the 28 code showed. but if its somethign simple as connector id get a battery and take it back to my friends and get those 2 things replaced bc he has the kit to do it

I have a 2006 White iMac with a relatively new hard drive. Specs are:Processor 2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo; Memory 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM; Software Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63). I have a 2TB Lacie external drive that is partitioned in 4. One of those partitions is my Time Machine. I have two problems around emptying the Trash.
As the Time Machine is nearly full I have dragged quite a few of the older backup files into the trash but when I try to empty trash it takes ages to prepare and then shortly after starting the emptying process it comes up with an 'error code -50'. Sometimes it also comes up with a message saying that it can't delete as an app called 'cookware deluxe' is in use. I used to have this app but deleted it some time ago. From what I can see it's been completely removed and there is no sign of it running when I check Activity Monitor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I keep getting Error Code U44M1I210, Have tried the recommendations on the site and the update will not load from the Adobe home page either. All the resolutions for this error code have been for downloading content from the store and for the Mac. Ive been getting this error code (-50) on my Windows 8 laptop when trying to sync my music to my ipod. Download "Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer" and run it, it will detect all the mis-configured updates and prompt you to download the correct updates, once you download the updates install them on your computer, shutdown your system completely and wait for a few seconds, boot it up and that should resolve many issues.
