WBS ELEMENT DELETED EVEN AFTER EXPENDITURE BOOKED

Hi Dear
I am facing a problem please help me out
the pb is one of my End user created a WBS element then budgeted & Parked an Invoice through FV50 screen using the Cost Center as well.
1)After parking the Document through FV50 screen the Wbs element deleted,
2)now deleting the park document is not possible ,
3)that require Wbs elem when i try to create the same wbs the system gives the message " WBS ELEMENT IS ALREADY EXIST "
4) WHEN I want to display the WBS THE SYSTEM message is wbs element is not Exist"
please help me out in this problem ........ in the following way
a) either to delete the wbs element
b) or to create the deleted wbs ,

If the Project is locked we can pass transfer enteries or we have to unlock it and pass entries and again lock it.
Can you please advice me

Well we have a scenario where in a User created an AR and assigned a wrong WBS Element (Investment Measure) to it - The AR got approved and then got released.
So what are the options to update to fix this?

getiing an error ,scenario is after deletion of WBS element if i try to add same wbs..throwing an error that WBS element XYZ version RELEASED already exists.

WBS elements deletion

I deleted some of the WBS elements a week ago.
Now I still see them under the search list,
Is it because they are marked for deletion and not deleted actually,
If yes what should I do to remove them.

The scene is like this.
End users created WBS elements starting with H.****
Then after I assigned project code H for tht co.code.
after applying project coding mask [OPSJ] those WBS elements automatically got deleted, I m not sure if they are deleted or not but when i go to CJ02 and enter that WBS it says it does not exists. but it still shows those WBS elements under ths search criteria.
I reffered to OSS notes as per it they have corrected this problem in version I am using.
Please guide if you have any idea.

If WBS element deleted expenses entries will show

Hi Gurus,
In my office one Project is deleted and new project is created with all WBS element. Before that new project creation some expenses are booked in old project now we have to delete all the expenses enteries which are all accounted in old project.
I have one doubt if we pass JV for the expenses enteries
Expenses A/C Dr. (New project)
To Expenses A/C Cr. (Old Project)
if we deleted the old project that expenses entry will show or it also deleted.
or how we can over come is issue.
Any suggestions or advice welcome its u r g e n t

Table name for WBS element deleted

If a WBS element is deleted , the corresponding object id which is internally created by the system is also deleted from the PRPS table,
Is there a way to find all the deleted WBS elements and what is the table name for the same.

1. Goto table PRPS with PSPNR = WBS number. Get field OBJNR.
2. With PRPS-OBJNR goto table JEST. You will have all status for this WBS element.
3. Text for status - table TJ02T

I'm trying to delete an album titles pictures from my photos album but can't work out how to do it. I've tried auto back up and erase which deletes other albums but not the photo album. Paste content will not delete, even after reset.

When trying to paste content into an email, I always get the same message that I did prior. Still does this after a reset as well. Any ideas??

Are you saying even when you copy new content it pastes the old content into your email?

Why are old PIR's not deleted even after doing MD74 & MD75??

In few materials; i am not able to delete old PIR's??
Even though i have performed MD74 & MD75 (which covers 2 days) i.e. whenever i do this; PIR's which are old than this limit are deleted, but there are few materials of 6-8 months still showing in MD04. Because of which there are major issues in MRP calculations..
I think in this case PIR's are seemed to be partly consumed...but i am not able to relate this.......please clarify and how can this problem be solved permanantly

You can check with t code MD73 to see how the PIRs are related with sales orders. In the case of strategies like 40, 50 & 60 when SO is entered the SO consume the PIRs.
Subsequently if any of these SO are canceled or If the SO qty reduced, still the PIR will have the link with the SOs.
With the re-organisation function we can delete only those PIRs which are not linked with any SOs....

Error in WBS Element Hierarchy load after ECC 6.0 Upgrade

Hi All,
After ECC 6.0 Upgrade in R/3, we are doing test load in a Test server. While doing, we have encountered an issue with 0WBS_ELEMENT Hierarchy load. The message in the monitor is like below.
"Node ID 00014240 has not been included in the hierarchy
Message no. RH207"
When I run the same hierarchy in another system which is not upgraded , it works fine.
Anybody has faced similar kind of issues and can throw some light on this issue?

Try activating the Heirarchy in R/3 and re-trigger the load, error is very specific to structure of the hierarchy. there is a possibility that this Hierarcy could have got inconsistent after the upgrade.

Shipment get deleted even after goods received through MIGO

Mutually cancelling entry in CJI3 after order settlement to WBS element

Hi,
In our scenario we create Service Orders for work execution & assign WBS element to the service order (to control the spends). When actual costs get booked in the service order, I can see these costs in the Project Actual Cost Line items report (CJI3). When I settle the order costs to the WBS element, there is a mutually cancelling entry in the CJI3 report for that WBS element for the settled amount. Is this the right behaviour?
Can someone pl enlighten how the cost flows from order to WBS element before settlement & after settlement?

That's normal with line item report incase you use settlement 'By cost element' (Allocation structure)
If you use by settlement 'Settlement cost element' you see another line item but again the net balance would be zero.
But in case of hierarchy reports in PS settlement transactions are ignored.
To see actual costs on WBS in the line item report, try to use filters and filter out settlement transaction (field offset type, or settlement cost element)

How to block reusage of archived Project definition and WBS element numbers

Dear All,
We have archived our projects using the TC SARA and the Project definition and WBS elements numbers no more exist in tables PROJ and PRPS etc.. When I now try to create a new project, the system proposes the next open number or allows to enter a number which is the same as one of the archived projects. But in our organization we cannot reuse the Project definition and WBS element numbers (even if it is archived) as a rule.
Can anybody guide me what are the possibilities to block or avoid the reusage of the numbers of archived project definition and WBS elements in a fool-proof way?

One Workaround:
Use T code OPSJ and lock the project coding mask. Doing this you can not use this mask any more.
But you want to continue using the mask but with different numbers. Not sure how this can be acheived. lets wait for others view

How to change WBS Element in FI Entry for Asset

Hi all,
I have a scenario where an asset has been capitalized with WBS element 1. After several months we realized that it has to go to WBS element 2.
We update the Asset Master Data with a new WBS Element 2.
Depreciation from this date onwards is posted to WBS Element 2 (this is expected), but in FI the asset acquisition cost is still in WBS element 1.
Does anyone know how to rectify the FI document with correct WBS element i.e WBS Element 2
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi Pramod,
In posted document you cant change the WBS element.
In order to post on WBS 2 , you have to reverse the acquisation entry posted on WBS1. Then update correct one in asset master then post acquisation.
