WBS Flagged for MRP

Hi experts,
A grouping WBS element is a WBS element that:
1. Has valuated project stock
2. Has been flagged for materials requirement planning (MRP)
now let me know where we can make setting related to Has been flagged for materials requirement planning (MRP)
Regards
Ansar

Hi,
It is in Project definition - Control Data Tab.
It should be  valuated stock. You can not run MRP if its No Stock.
For Grouping WBS , there is tick in WBS Basic Data Tab.

  • Deletion Flag for WBS element

In what situation we can use a deletion Flag. Once we set a deletion Flag for the WBS element, what are the impacts, i mean what can be done and what cannot be for that particular project.

    HI
The Deletion flag status designates work breakdown structures or WBS elements that have been flagged for deletion. This means that the objects are deleted logically, but not physically
for more clarity please refer to the sap HELP on System statuses on workbreak down structures.

  • Deletion Flag for PR

    Dear Gurus,
I want to put Deletion flag for abt 1000 PR's .
Can anybudy tell me any tell me what is t-code or any other way ???
    Thanks & Regards,
    Ishwar

    Ishwar,
Why do you want to delete the PRs? What is their origin?
If they were created by MRP for example, then you should always try to determine the reason (incorrect master data, stock levels etc) and eliminate the reason first. Otherwise, even if you delete the requisitions, they will again be created during the next MRP run. Eliminate the reason and the PRs will be automatically be deleted during the next MRP run provided the PRs haven't been set with the 'fixed' indicator.
As Prashant suggested, you can use the LSMW tool (transaction LSMW) to perform the mass deletion of PRs. Specifically, you can begin by exploring BAPI_REQUISITION_DELETE.
    Hope this helps.

  • Need clarification for MRP Run

    Dear SAP Guru,
Need the clarification for MRP Run:
1.At the time of MRP Run what is the status function for - shipping notification?
2.First i have run the mrp planning mode is normal after that i have some changes in material master , so planning mode is - RE Explode planning & Bom ? AT THE TIME OF MRP RUN  it is correct
3.In background MRP Run at MDBT - what is the PLANNING MODE ?
    4. How will work on automatic PO Create through MRP Run PR\S.?
Kindly give me the feedback , i am waiting for your reply.
    Thanks,
    Uma

    Hello Uma
1 - A shipping notification is a confirmation from the vendor that the material has been shipped.
2 - When you change your BOM or material master MRP settings, system automatically set a flag on the planning file to re-explode the BOM. Therefore, MRP automatically re-explode the BOM, even with planning mode 1. Planning mode 2 is only necessary when you need to force a new BOM explosion and I don't recommend you to use it frequently, as it may lead to performance issues. See my document MRP: Why shouldn’t I use planning mode 3 on a productive system? for more details.
3 - See notes 206666 MRP: Control parameters during planning and 135788 - Planning mode in material requirements planning.
4 - MRP does not create or change purchase orders or production orders. MRP can only create planned orders, purchase requisitions or schedule lines.
At last, I wrote the following document with links to the MRP FAQ notes, which may be helpful to you:

  • Blocking/Flagging for deletion Materials

    Hi
Can anyone advise what is the best method to disallow users from using materials in all modules of SAP. eg PM, IM, SD
    1. flagging for deletion
    2. or chaning the X-plant matl stat on Basic Data 1 or changing Plant-sp.matl status on MRP 1
    thanks
    Vishnu

    Hi,
    I agree,
The Xplant status is designed to do this and so it produces the correct blocks and the correct messages.
Add to this the fact that by using the delete flags how can you determine which materials are genuinely flagged for deletion and which ones are simply flagged because you want to block the movements.
The Xplant is to block all plants, the status on the purchasing and MRP views are Plant specific blocks only and can block the material at that plant and allow others to continue as normal.

  • When do files actually become flagged for syncronization in SharePoint Online or OneDrive for Business

I have not been able to find an answer to this question. Currently, I use One Drive for Business via my Office 2013 Pro included client installed on Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit. For the most part, I've never had an issue and have been using it for almost a year
now with standard "flat" files. Recently, I decided to try moving my Quickbooks company file into One Drive to allow my accountant easy and up-to-date access.
So far so good; however, this posed a question I had not thought of before. When does a change in a file/folder become noticed and flagged for synchronization upstream?
Is it after "saving" a file or releasing/closing the open handle on it (hoping this is the correct thought)
Is it on a scheduled basis (doesn't appear so as it seems triggered and will attempt to sync as soon as I put a file in a managed location)
Is it when I open file and as I make changes to it they are being synced (hope not as this is a database of sorts)
I hope someone has a clearer understanding of the internal sync process or can point me to a whitepaper outlining the details.
    Thanks

    Thanks for the reply Alex!
    Certainly, as an example:
Under my top level site Collection:
/subsiteA has been created using the records centre template, and I have a document library: "test docs A" in this subsite.
In subsiteA I have a content type called "Test Content Type"
"Test Content Type" has a column "test column A" which is a basic text column.
When I upload a word document to this library, then open it again, I can see the "test column A" in the document metadata (which appears in Quick Parts).  However, "Document ID Value" does not appear.  If I run the same scenario
on /subsiteB (created using the team site template), Document ID Value does appear.
    With regards to {_UIVersion}:
When I turn on an Information Management Policy and enable the Label feature, I can add {Version} to the field successfully.  However, when I upload and open a document from the document library in /subsiteA, the "Label" metadata is inserted
in the word document, however the value is {_UIVersion}, rather than the numeric value of the sharepoint item version (ie, 3.2).  When I do the same against /subsiteB, the "Label" metadata does contain the sharepoint item version correctly.
I installed the "SharePoint Manager 2013 Online" app to the library.  As you say, it looks like the enableparser property is not anywhere to be found.  The only difference I can see is: RootWeb->Webs->subsiteA.WebTemplate = OFFILE
    whereas RootWeb->Webs->subsiteB.WebTemplate = STS.
I hope that makes some sense and thanks for the help!

  • Report for MRP PO

    1.  I want a report which diplays POs & PRs created through MRP & created manually. How?
    2.  Through Document type we can easily distinguish between the Purchase Requisitions that have been generated through MRP and those created manually. How?
    Regards
    VS

YOu can get the report for req created by MRP/Manually or any other criteria by using transaction ME5A
Use ME5A then from dynamic selection (On Maib screen color button) select the creation indicator by double clicking on it and entr the value B for MRP same way for any other REqs
This will give you the exact reports which you are looking for it so you don;t need to create the new document type for this purpose

  • Open Purchase Orders not considered as requirement for MRP Run

    Hi ,
We are facing a issue of Open Purchase orders not appeared in Stock requirements list and also it is not considered as requirement for MRP Run against reservation.
As aresult for a reservation demand of 10 units we are ending with Open POs 10 units and a additional planned order 10 units.
    Material Type : ERSA
MRP Type : PD (or VB)
Lot size : EX (  HB if MRP Type is VB)
Could you please throw some light to correct our settings to MRP to consider Open POs?

Can you check to see if there is a re-order point set up for this materia? That could be causing the problem too.

  • Display All Marked / Flagged for Follow Up Emails Separately

Display All Marked / Flagged for Follow Up Emails Separately
I was wondering, is there actually a way to display flagged emails in some sort of folder or separate view at least, as it is common within desktop mail applications and any other user interfaces from free email providers like Gmail, Yahoo!, or AOL and the likes?
It's very complicated and not very user friendly to mark an email for follow up, because you need to decide at what point in the future you want to be reminded. When that day arrives and you're not ready to reply yet, you will have to go through each follow up email again and repeat those steps to re-mark them for a later date. And that is really annoying. Or am I missing something here?
Can't I just simply mark my emails, like, star them in order to review them later and to be able to have a look at them from time to time, just like it is possible in other applications or in your browser?
I have noticed that there is an option to star an email within a Gmail account, but I'm not quite convinced that they sync both ways properly anyway. Also, that feature doesn't come with all email services. For example, how would I star an email in my AOL account?
I understand that BlackBerry is not based on IMAP and therefore has its limitations, however, it would be nice if there was another solution for this, or an explanation at least. It's simply impossible to go through hundreds and thousands of emails in order to find a flagged email.
It's already a pain that the emails themselves won't sync (read/unread) with your desktop and other devices, but do you have any advice or workaround to improve the synchronization of flagging or starring?
I have been using BlackBerrys for many years now, and I really still enjoy them, but the fact that it isn't based on IMAP is a big downside and no longer up to date. Times really have changed.
Another thing: When I mark as follow up, the default time always seems to be 5 p.m. -- probably because the calendar day starts at 9 AM and ends at 5 PM by default. I thought changing the "day ends" option would do the trick and also change the default time for the reminder, unfortunately it isn't. Is there another way to change that, or will I have to set the time manually every time?
Your help is very much appreciated.

  • Report of "flagged for deletion" customer

    Hi,
is there any way that i can see the list of the customers who have been flagged for deletion?
similarly list of customers who have been blocked for delivery / order etc?

    Hi,
Go to SE16 u2013 Give table name KNA1 u2013 Enter u2013 then go to settings u2013 list format u2013 Choose fields. Here chose only two fields KUNNR and LOEVM(DELETION FLAG) and execute.
For Billing block and delivery block select FAKSD and LIFSD fields respectively.
You will get the list of customers with deletion as X marked.
    OR
Go to Tcode S_ALR_87012179  - under further selection check check mark field only with delete flag.
    Hope this helps you.

  • Fetch Top level WBS elements for delivery type LP

    Hi everyone,
we are working on a delivery analysis report and we are in progress of fetching sales order number for deliveries with delivery type LP.
    How we are doing?
so we are fetch the UP values from PRHI table for the wbs elements in LIPS.
Now we need to fetching the top level wbs elements from PRHI table by passing the UP values to the same table until the UP field value becomes initial.
Then fetching the corresponding sales orders from the VMPA table for the wbs elements from PRHI table for the value of corresponding UP field is initial.
So it is going through so many iteration to fetch the UP value again and again until it is initial.
    What we need?
So if someone can suggest a FM or method to fetch the top level WBS element for the given WBS element from LIPS table will be of great help.

    Hi,
    Try FM

  • How to Set up HTTPOnly and SECURE FLAG for session cookies

    Hi All,
To fix some vulnerability issues (found in the ethical hacking , penetration testing) I need to set up the session cookies (CFID , CFTOKEN , JSESSIONID) with "HTTPOnly" (so not to access by other non HTTP APIs like Javascript). Also I need to set up a "secure flag" for those session cookies.
I have found the below solutions.
For setting up the HTTPOnly for the session cookies.
1] In application.cfc we can do this by using the below code. Or we can do this in CF admin side under Server Settings » Memory Variables
         this.sessioncookie.httponly = true;
For setting up the secure flag for the session cookies.
2] In application.cfc we can do this by using the below code. Or we can do this in CF admin side under Server Settings » Memory Variables
         this.sessioncookie.secure = "true"
Here my question is how we can do the same thing in Application.cfm?. (I am using ColdFusion version 10). I know we can do this using the below code , incase of HTTPOnly (for example).
    <cfapplication setclientcookies="false" sessionmanagement="true" name="test">
    <cfif NOT IsDefined("cookie.cfid") OR NOT IsDefined("cookie.cftoken") OR cookie.cftoken IS NOT session.CFToken>
      <cfheader name="Set-Cookie" value="CFID=#session.CFID#;path=/;HTTPOnly">
      <cfheader name="Set-Cookie" value="CFTOKEN=#session.CFTOKEN#;path=/;HTTPOnly">
    </cfif>
But in the above code "setclientcookies" has been set to "false". In my application (it is an existing application) this has already been set to "true". If I change this to "false" as mentioned in the above code then ColdFusion will not automatically send CFID and CFTOKEN cookies to client browser and we need to manually code CFID and CFTOKEN on the URL for every page that uses Session. Right???. And this will be headache.Right???. Or any other way to do this.
Your timely help is well appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

I couldnt understand this. I mean how are you relating this with my question.
When Tomcat detects that the communication protocol is secure (that is, HTTPS), it automatically switches on the 'secure' flag for the J2EE session cookie, JsessionID. Tomcat is configured to do that. Coldfusion has no say in it. So, for JsessionID, 'secure' is automatically set to 'false' when HTTP is detected and automatically set to 'true' when HTTPS is detected.
If this is the case then why I am getting below info for jsessionid (As you mentioned it should set with SECURE flag . Right???). Note that we are using web server - Apache vFabric .And the application that we are using is in https and there is no hit is going from https to http.

Set HTTPOnly / Secure for the session cookies that you wish to use. Each cookie has its pros and cons. For example, the JsessionID cookie is more secure and more Java-interoperable than CFID/CFToken but, from the explanation above, it forbids the sharing of sessions between HTTP and HTTPS.
I understood that setting thos flags (httponly/secure) is as per my wish. But my question was , is it necessary to set those flags forcf session cookies (cfid and cftoken) as we have enabled J2EE session in CF admin?. Or in other way as the session management is J2EE based do we need to set those flags for CF session cookies?.

It is sufficient to set the HTTPOnly only. As I explained above, Tomcat will automatically set 'secure' to 'true' when necessary, that is, when the protocol is HTTPS.
I understood that it is sufficient to set httponly only.but how we will set it for jsessionid?. This is my question. Apache vFabric will alos set secure to true automatically. Any idea??

  • Scheduling Agreement flagged for deletion

    Hi
Once a scheduling agreement has been archived it is no longer visible from transaction ME33L, but can be viewed with Read program RM06ER30.
When a scheduling agreement was flagged for deletion with the Pre-Processing program RM06EV47 it has not been archived yet, although a message stipulates that it has. ME33L is possible, but ME32L is not allowed.
The particular scheduling agreement in question was flagged because it complied to the residence time configurations BUT business now want s it back (even though the lack of maintenance on their side caused the document to be flagged for deletion)
How do we 'unflag' a scheduling agreement and take it back to its original state where it can be changed again?
    Your help will be appreciated
    Thanks

    Hi Jurgen
I am waiting for authorization on MEMASSPO.
In the interim, I noticed that field  LOEKZ contains the value L.
I further notice that MEMASSPO is mass maintenance for Purchase Orders. Will I be able to only select one scheduling agreement to unflag?
And lastly I noticed on our Dev environment that there are no variants created in the system. Where will I do this from?
    Thank you
