WBS in MB51

Dear Experts,
In report MB51, WBS Field is there.
It is shown for Movement type 101,102, 122,415 Q etc
But is not shown for Movement types 221 & 281 Q.
What is reason?
Is any patch updation, correction required?

Hi,
Try this:
Step1: MD04 Select the material for which 101Q was done. The stock will be showing against the WBS Element.
Ste2: TCode: MB1A,
Movement type:281
Special Stock Q
Hit Enter
Step3: Select the WBS Element for whcih the 101Q Movement type was done.
Step4: Select the Network and the activity Number in the respective fields
Step5: Enter the material and the quantity and the storage location
hit enter and save.
Step6: Tcode: MB51. (Step 2 thru 5 is the consumption step And Step 5 is called the goos issue to network. for Movement type 281Q)
Step7: MD04 will show that the stock against the WBS Element is vanished.

(Repeat the same procedure for 221Q As well)

Dear Kishor,
In Table MSEG field WBS i.e. MAT_PSPNR is updated, it is having value for movement type 281 & 221 Q.
Dear Manohar,
Column WBS is there in report. It is showing value for movement types 101, 121 Q etc.
But not showing value for movement types 221 & 281 Q.
Is there any note or patch required to be updated?

use mb51 and select q-special stock and enter wbs no. for which you want to see the details.
if you have more than one wbs then also you can paste no.s of wbs in mb51

WBS element field blank in MB51 report.

I m using ECC 6.00 EHP4, My problem is we issue the project material with movement type 221 Q but in MB51 report if I want to get the output with WBS element with Movement type 221 q data is not showing if I give only movment type 221 Q and WBS field blank than in output screen WBS fileld shown blank please clear me where is the problem..

User-Exit or BADI for MB51

Dear all,
In MB51 report, sale order value is not showing values even though it actually has.
What could be the reason?
If the answer is User-exits or BADI, can u suggest me the correct user-exit or BADI.
I have already tried the following user-exits by placing BREAK-POINT in the includes. But no where the execution is breaking.
MBCF0002            Customer function exit: Segment text in material doc. ite
MBCF0005            Material document item for goods receipt/issue slip
MBCF0006            Customer function for WBS element
MBCF0007            Customer function exit: Updating a reservation
MBCF0009            Filling the storage location field
MBCF0010            Customer exit: Create reservation BAPI_RESERVATION_CREATE
MBCF0011            Read from RESB and RKPF for print list in MB26
MB_CF001            Customer Function Exit in the Case of Updating a Mat. Doc

Hi ,
U need to change the layout of MB51 in order to get the SO no.
goto MB51---> give some inputs ---> in the o/p screen ->click on the variant button-> on the pop screen u, top of it u will get 2 options
1.Header
2.Position
click Position Button ---> here u will get all Fields avail. for this Report O/P , so u can add SO field and save the variant.

WBS element in Material Document List Report

Hi Guru,
I have a problem about WBS element which is not show up any data in Material Document List (MB51) movement type 281 and 281 Q event I add WBS in the document. Anyone know how can i config or do anything to let the system show up, please let me know.

Hi,
Go to SPRO > MM > Inventory Management and Physical Inventory > Reporting > Define Field Selection for Material Document List > Here for Program Name "RM07DOCS", Table "MSEG" add field "MAT_PSPNR" (Valuated Sales Order Stock WBS Element) and activate "Output" indicator.
And Then check in MB51

WBS element wise report

Hi guys
I want to make a report which contains storage location wise WBS element stock. Is it their in the base product, i have tried through mb51 but it is not very convincing.

Hi Rashid
You have to create a z report for this.
Make use of MB52 report where in you can see Sales Order and Line Item number under special stock number column.
Based on the Sales order and Line item number you can fetch WBS of the respective SO and LI.
Take help od your ABAP er for this.
This will meet youe requirement.

MB51 : add field not included in MKPF or MSEG table

Dear.
I need to show a new field in MB51.
This field isnu2019t included in MKPF or MSEG table.
I cannot add it in Customizing , do you know an exit for doing this ?

The reports MB51/MB5B read the data from the tables MKPF/MSEG, so if you wish to add a new field in MB51 you need to add the field into one of these tables. Unfortunately there is no such exit.
For Inventory Management, SAP provides the following customer exits:
MB_CF001 Updating of material document data upon posting
MBCF0002 Filling the item text in the material document
MBCFC003 Maintaining batch master data upon goods movements
MBCFC004 Maintaining batch specifications upon goods movements
MBCF0005 Filling the item data on goods receipt/ issue slips
MBCF0006 Transferring the number of the WBS element for subcontracting
MBCF0007 Posting a reservation
MBCF0009 Filling the Storage location field
IQSM0007 Serial numbers, user exit for goods movements
XMBF0001 Stock determination: - changing the stock determination rule -
Adjusting the stock determination item table

MB51 Report

Please suggest me , the WBS element is not appaearing in MB51 report , for 221/222 Q movent types. Where as it is appearing in 101 Mvt type .

I had tried what u had said, but if i consider my selection criteria as plant ,mvt type , special stock indicator , and posting period. I can see the Wbs element for all the plants across which material doc has been posted. but for some plants it is not appaering, why this is happening. pl suggest.

I am able to see WBS Elements in MB51 Report after going to detailed list from the initial output page. In this detailed output the sender and receiver WBS Elements are getting displayed incorrectly.From that screen only,if I go to Material document list,sender and receiver WBS Elements are getting displayed correctly.

Goods Issue against Work Order assigned to WBS - Report

We are doing Goods Issue against Work Order with movement 261, the data picked up from work order is not including
the WBS element mentioned on the work order. Through this WBS element report is created through MB51, with total receipts, total issues, transfer postings etc made against WBS element, but without WBS element No. in material document,
we cannot pull this report through MB51, as we see material document No.created against work order but not the WBS
No. there, so this report cannot be pulled from MB51 through WBS element.
Does anyone know of any other report that I can pull From WBS No. as all these material documents are hitting WBS with
total receipts, total issues, transfer postings against the said WBS mentioned in the work order.
Doing Good issue against WBS is no problem, as the material document saves the WBS No.

Thanks Justin, your IW39 solution worked, as it has posting date selection defined there
which I cant find in CN52N. My solution was take details from MB51, then pull report IW39 within
posting dates and then export the WBS elements against work order to excel and then copy
the WBS elements in the MB51 report created.

Report for Req Material and Issue Material for Project/WBS

My client need a report for a WBS element-wise material required and material issue with value.
Let me know if any standard report avialble for same??
Or Incase of devlopment which are the tables we can use to Get req qty and issue qty of materials?

I this I have selected Req Qty, Qty Received, Qty Withdrawn, Shortfall Qty. I am getting figures in Req Qty, Qty Withdrawn, Shortfall Qty but I am not able to get Qty Received figure. Let me know how I can get it i.e. for this any Note is required or any other configuration??
If I can get this figure than I can use this report for requirement.

Sale order - Wbs element Report

Hi
Is there any report for sale order wise wbs element report.
In my sale order i will give wbs element and now i want to check "for one sale order , what are the wbs elements"

You can check the WBS for a sales order from the table view of VBAP.
The WBS field is PS_PSP_PNR.
Goto SE16 and give VBAP.
Enter your sales order number and execute. Look for your WBS elements in foeld PS_PSP_PNR for the different line items.
You can also create a quick SAP query on this.

Return Order Credit Memo updation in WBS element

Hi,
I have an issue on the automatic updation of return order for WBS element, once the sales order is been assigned to the wbs and billing is done payment also made by the customer and wen the customer sends the return order stating that in those goods he wont require some goods than in sales cycle credit memo is done for the payment return to customer but is there any place where the wbs gets updated for the revenues deduction of the payment given back to customer where its has to be deducted................how to do this

If we assign the return order to the WBS element, the credit memo automatically has the WBS element assigned to it or do we have to manually assign the credit memo to a WBS element? if yes how?

Issue in creation of level 2 WBS for level 1 WBS which is released

Hello All,
I am trying to create a level 2 WBS for a alrealy created level 1 WBS using BAPI_BUS2054_CHANGE_MULTI .If the level 1 WBS is not released then level 2 WBS gets created .However if the level 1 is released then level 2 WBS doesnt gets created and i get error ' User status INIT is active (WBS #1) '
Using T-code CJ20n i am able to create level 2 WBS for released level 1 WBS .

Do you fill WBS_LEFT, WBS_UP fields for IT_WBS_ELEMENT / IT_UPDATE_WBS_ELEMENT tables.
Hierarchy is very important for between WBS.
