WD ABAP iview error in display

Hi all,
I have created a WDA Iview , I just followed the necessary steps ,but couldnt retrieve preview / or view which I assigned to the portal what would be the reason?. SSO was configured and working fine .Everything was set namespace and etc...

hi,
I hope you have configured your portal WAS with FQDN.
Page cannot be displayed error is usually b'coz of authorization.
Try to create one new role. Assign your WD dynpro iView to that role and check for authorization (eu_role).
If you have already added it to some role.. check permission and check whehter you hav given eu_role to it..i.e everyone role to that corresponding role.

MSS iView Error To display data, first select an employee

I have configured a MSS portal role with an employee page. The employee search (team viewer) iView is on the page with general data, salary data, and salary development. For some reason, the salary data iView gives the message "To display data, first select an employee". The other iViews on the page work ok. Any idea what's causing that?

The reason why the table is not being displayed is because of the currency you're using. The currency which
you might be populated from the backend is 2 character. I'm not sure if there is any currency code with two characters in the backend System. The standard should be having 3 character.

ABAP Run time error when display the Customs Export declarations

Hi,
I'm receiving ABAP Run time error when display the Customs Exp. Declarations Under SAP Customs Processing -> Customs Processing - Import / Export -> Monitoring.
Error messaging point to Function Module - /SAPSLL/CUHD_LOAD_SELECTION.
While debugging we found that Primary Key of the below structures are not the same
lt_corpar                              type      /sapsll/corpar_t
lt_corpar_ht      type      /sapsll/corpar_k02_ht
Does anyone has the SAP Notes or solution to this issue other than changing the structures manually. I'm not sure about the impact if i change manually

Termination occurred in the ABAP program "/SAPSLL/SAPLCUHD_SELECTION" - in
     "/SAPSLL/CUHD_LOAD_SELECTION".
    The main program was "/SAPSLL/CULO_DISPLAY_CUS_EXP ".
    In the source code you have the termination point in line 144
    of the (Include) program "/SAPSLL/LCUHD_SELECTIONU01".
We are on GTS Release 8.0 and Support Package SAPK-80014INSAPSLL (Support pack level 14).

Hi,
I have implemented SAP Note 1531799, but it hasn't resolved the current issue.
For Our GTS instance, there are 2 Feeder Systems (ECC) attached, but document transfer in one of the system has not been activated. Both having the same partner functions ( We copied the sandbox into 2 different instances for different business Testings and now these 2 instances attached to GTS for testing). These feeder systems have different Logical system names and Logical system groups.
Recently i have implemented SAP Corrections manually for one the issue, Please see below thread for the detail information

Limit the time interval to 10 minutes before and 5 minutes
after the short dump. In the display, then select the function
"System->List->Save->Local File (unconverted)".

Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look
at and manage termination messages, and you can also
keep them for a long time.
Error analysis
A RAISE statement in the program "CL_CRM_ELEMDESCR==============CP" raised the
exception
condition "TYPE_NOT_FOUND".
Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior
program, processing was terminated.
Short description of exception condition:
For detailed documentation of the exception condition, use
Transaction SE37 (Function Library). You can take the called
|    function module from the display of active calls.
We have added custom fields in the service application. these custom fields with Z-structure & data elements are included in BSP structure CRMT_BSP_SRV_OIC_SRCHRES in development system.But the same Z structure & custom fields are exist in the production system but not included in BSP Structue CRMT_BSP_SRV_OIC_SRCHRES.
This may be the reason resulting this ABAP dump error in PCUI while creating Service order.
How these Z structures can be included in the BSP Structure CRMT_BSP_SRV_OIC_SRCHRES in production system?
Helpful answers would be rewrded max points as it is high priority issue.

            I have enhanced service application using transaction EEWB to add new custom fields. these fields are there in Z structure created by the system in production system. All the transports are moved to target system. Problem is that Z structure( contains custom fields) created while doing EEWB is not included in BSP structure.
I f transports are missed to move to target system, Is there any other alternative to solve this problem?

Issue in calling WebDynpro ABAP iView in UWL

Hi,
We have configured UWL to our ECC system successfully.
In our UWL for a task TS90105432, when the users click on work item in their UWL Inbox, initially UWL launches a standard page in new window. On this page users can see a link u201CNote for Approval Processu201D, when they have to click on this link a web dynpro page needs to launch in new window. But when users click on Note for Approval Process link no action has been triggering / taken place and no error message.
Actually we have created a web dynpro ABAP iView for the TS90105432 - Note for Approval Process in Portal.
Through content admin we can see the preview of Note for Approval Process WDABAP iView. But the problem is not able to call this iView when the users click on Note for Approval Process in UWL.
Shall we need to set any Visualization parameters in SWFVISU? Can you please share your iViews on how we can call this WDABAP iView in UWL

Webdyn pro ABAP iview is not opening in Internet

Hi All,
I Have one webdyn pro ABAP iview it's working fine in LAN. but same iview is not working in internet.
we are using https protocol in Internet and in LAN http protocol.
When clicks the Iview one alert message is populating and showing secure and non-secure message . when I clicks Yes and No its showing page not found error.
But is working in LAN using http protocol.
is it require any parametators need to be change?

How to correct the error
     Database error text........: "[601] Could not continue scan with NOLOCK due to

     find an interim solution in an SAP Note.

Webdynpro ABAP application is not displaying in Portal

I have installed NW2004s and NW ABAP7.0 trail versions and configured Portal(SLD,Jco,.SSO).
I tried to created one WD ABAP iView with proper application name, etc.. when i go to preview of that iView its opening in separate winow and gettting the msg : Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Can you able to run the WedDynpro application in R3.
Pls make sure that u r using FQDN for ABAP Server name.
and also make an entry at the below path
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
here open the hosts folder with notepad and make an entry like R3 port and Host name(FQDN)
eg:
XXX.XXX.X.XXX sapides.zsl.local
also pls. check the application name which you have provided is correct or not.
Then log out and login again and check.

ABAP runtime error / DDIC_STRUCLENG_INCONSISTENT

Hi
I got a ABAP runtime error DDIC_STRUCLENG_INCONSISTENT / short dump while creating a pricing condition record.
The error is "accoring to the ABAP load, the structure should have been 1675 bytes long, according to information from ABAP dictionary at run time, the structure is 1756 bytes long".
To correct the error, there was option to regenerate the program SAPMV130. There were other options to look at SAP notes.
I tried regenerating program SAPMV130 and system is asking for access key which i don't have.
Is there any solution?
I am working on a standalone system.

I had re-activated the Data type using abaper.In runtime error,u can find data type
First u check whether the data type is inconsistent by
goto SE12, type ur data type then display,then goto Utilities -runtime object-display .here u can see there will be incosistent data type length
So finally goto SE11,there will be activate button ,save
I think ur problem will be solved

We performed a system build. Upon validating the new system, we are encountering ABAP program errors when generating STMS import queue, viewing tables, testing RFC connections. Please refer to dump details below:

What happened?
The current ABAP/4 program "SAPLTMSC " had to be terminated because
one of the statements could not be executed.
This is probably due to an error in the ABAP/4 program.
What can you do?
Note the actions and input that caused the error.
Inform your SAP system administrator.
You can print out this message by choosing "Print". Transaction ST22
allows you to display and manage termination messages, including keeping
them beyond their normal deletion date.
Error analysis
One of your chosen conversion tables (CODE PAGE) '1200' or '0120'
is unknown to the system.
For a list of conversion tables known to the system, see table
TCP00. To display this, use Transaction SPAD.
How to correct the error
You can avoid this error by using a conversion table known

Thank you for your response. We checked the transaction SCP, unfortunately, it does not exist. Could you verify if this is the correct transaction code? With regard to kernel patch, yes we have the latest kernel patch. First, we performed kernel patch upgrade because we encountered issue during our SAP installation for V6R1. Our kernel patch level is not compatible with the said OS version. So, we performed reinstallation after the patch upgrade and we believe we are using the latest kernel for this system. Talking about the memory, we did not encounter any memory issues during the installation and after the installation of the SAP system.

Could you give me further details regarding the character set? Based on the dumps, there's a problem with the conversion of character set. We already created SAP message on this matter and they want to connect into the system but unfortunately we do not have the saprouter to open the SAP connection.

ASSIGN_CAST_WRONG_ALIGNMENT error when displaying InfoCube data

Hi all,
I am getting an ABAP runtime error ASSIGN_CAST_WRONG_ALIGNMENT when I try to display data from an InfoCube. This only happens when I'm entering a filter for an InfoObject in the data selection screen, when I click on the "List of Values" box and select a value from there. Once I select the value, I get the runtime error. This is happening for InfoObject 0CALMONTH.
It seems this could be happening because the source InfoObject is 0ENTRY_DATE, type DATS, length 8; and the target InfoObject is 0CALMONTH, type NUMC, length 7. But the data is already loaded to the cube, and the data displays correctly in the cube and in queries. Why does the runtime error happen when I select from a list of values?
Can anyone help me in resolving this issue?

Now I need to create the WD Abap iViews for the portal but I'm having some dificulties... first of all, I need the WD Abap iViews to connect the same way the Java ones.. this means the same user/password -WD Java uses- without asking for authentication... in Java we don't have that problem because the connection is handled by te JCo, but now I don't know how to set this up for their ABAP counterpart. Is it possible? to launch the WDA application without asking to logon, and to use in this case the same user we're using with the WD for Java -the one of the JCo-?
The other problem I'm having is when testing the WDA iView, so far I manually type username and password but I'm getting the following error.
Please check the protocol and host entries for system 'DESARROLLO_ECC'..
We're connecting to ECC 6.0, which parameters do I need to set up in order to get it right?
Any guidance or comments will be welcome.

Hi Valencia,
You will have to configure single sign on (SSO) between the portal system and the system on which you have hosted the WDA applications. This will remove the authentication issue.
w.r.t the error you facing...do check if the WDA system is reachable from the system where ur trying to access the application, when I say reachable try to ping the WDA system
