Hi Wolfgang,
Check if you can find your WD application in Webdynpro administrator.
Either the import might have failed or incomplete..
Try re-importing...

Portal Runtime Error - iView not found
Hi friends,
I am working in SAP Enterprise Portal (EP6 SP9).
I have made a URL iView pointing to an HTML file (residing on Portal server).I have attached this iView in the "Related Links" section of a page.
Problem:
When I access this iView by clicking it, it opens perfectly well. But if i keep the same page untouched for about 15-20 min, and then try to access the same iView, it shows me the following error.
Portal Runtime Error
An exception occurred while processing a request for :
iView : N/A
Component Name : N/A
iView not found: pcd:portal_content/com.freescale.SUPO_Roles/com.freescale.sup_rol_epp/com.freescale.sup_wks_0007/com.freescale.sup_pge_0012/"relatedItems/RelatedLinks/com.freescale.url_ivu_0004".
Exception id: 09:45_15/09/05_0012_7337651
See the details for the exception ID in the log file
Does anybody have a possible solution to this problem?
By any chance does this problem has anything to do with the iView being in the "Related Links" section of the page?
Thanks and Regards,
Jitendra Chaudhari

Moved: Creation of new iViews not possible because templates missing
Hello,
sorry I moved this issue to "Portal Content Development"
Creation of new iViews not possible because templates missing

Alexander LepkaAlex,
I'd be curious to know what SAP says. We have the same problem. Not sure how/if we broke it, but we can no longer create iviews using the wizard. I opened an OSS msg a while ago, but did not get much assistance.
We have recently upgraded to 2004s and it did not resolve the issue as I hoped it would.
If SAP provides a solution for you, please post it.
Thanks,

I cannot sync my iPod. I keep getting the following messagei: AppleSyncNotifier.exe. entry point not fond. The procedure entry point sqlite3_wal_checkpoint could not be located in the dynamic link library SQLite3.dll Help!
With Windows Explorer, navigate to your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support folder.
Copy the SQLite3.dll that you should find there, navigate to the nearby Mobile Device Support folder, and Paste it in there also.
Restart the programme all should be well
In case that your OS is (64 bit)
1. Open windows explorer, go to location C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
2. Copy file "SQLite3.dll"
3. Now paste it in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support
4. Restart the programme, it should not display that message, it should be clear.

IViews not loading correctly - BI Admin Cockpit
Hi All,
I recently installed the BI Admin cockpit on the portal and having some problem with the iViews. When I access the cockpit from the BI Administration link, the reports don't seem to load but instead just the empty standard web template is displayed in place of all reports.
1. I checked the iViews preview and they are working fine. No problems with any of the queries/web templates. They are all working correctly.
2. When I select option to Open report in new window, it still loads a empty web template. BUT, when I refresh that link in Internet explorer the report loads correctly! (refresh option from the frame menu did not help)
I didn't understand this behavior and looking for some help/guidance. Any inputs are appreciated.
Thanks & Regards,
SreeHi.
The solution for your issue according to BI Admin Cockpit page refresh and Iview not displayed in web Portal is SAP note 972514.

ValueHelp iview not found - Portal Runtime Error
I get the following portal runtime error when clickingon a input help: "iView not found: pcd:portal_content/com.sap.portal.migrated/ep_5.0/roles/com.sap.pct.crm.crm_default_services/nf/ValueHelp."
I've checked the Business Package for com.sap.pct.crm.crm_default_services and it isn't there. Does anyone know where I can find this object? Thanks for the response.
I deployed the entire com.sap.pct.crm.crm.epa file which should be the entire Business Package (portal side). Is there a prerequisite or another download that you are aware of? I also downloaded BPCRM40R3601 and checked the epa file which didn't inlcude the missing default_services. Any ideas? -

Roger Allué i Vall.Hi Xavier,
I would recomend you to do these steps.
1. Import the Par inside NWDS ( Make sure u have the Jars inside the Lib).
2. Do the modification.
3. try to Deploy using some different name.
4. Check the deployed using portalapp.xml ( defualt component).
5.Now if it looks fine you can proceed ahead by changing the autheschemes.xml
Refer to this blog
Modifying The Logon Par(or customising the Logon Screen)
Thanks

Hi everybody,
I have problems with a portal page that has two .par iviews. These iviews use the EP Client Framework to display content when I click a node (htmlb tree control) in the sender iview. When the page is idle for a while and I click a node, the exception "Iview not found" appears in the receiver iview and I have to refresh it.
This is the error message in the portal log:

IView not found error when searching
Hi,
We see the below error when trying to do any search on the EP6 SP14 portal. The search function was working, but now we see this error.
Portal Runtime Error
An exception occurred while processing a request for :
iView : N/A
Component Name : N/A
iView not found:
pcd:portal_content/every_user/general/eu_role/com.sap.km.home_ws/com.sap.km.hidden/com.sap.km.urlaccess/com.sap.km.basicsearch.
Exception id: 01:29_09/03/06_0003_1786050
See the details for the exception ID in the log file
The search functionality was working last week. The
com.sap.km.basicsearch iview is there.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Regards,
RickRick,
Goto the Physical location of the iView and see whether the iView exists there. If yes, then right-click on it and select 'Preview' and then try to enter anything and say Search. Do you get the same error message here also.
Or create your own iView from the par(basicSearch iview) and try to search from your own iView also. Let me know the results.

Hi!
I am about to integrate SAP BI into SAP EP 7.0.
All the necessary steps with the program "RSPOR_SETUP" I already executed.
Unfortunately when I try to execute a Query on Portal I get the following error:
iView not found: com.sap.ip.bi.web.portal.integration.launcher
Can some one help me to solve this error?
Thank you very much!

Hello Experts!
I've installed MDM 5.5 SP6 along with the portal content that came from the same download. The portal content files I installed are listed below.
BPMDMAPPLI06_0.sca
BPMDMTECHN06_0.sca
MDM_WEB_UI550.sca
MDMJAVAAPI06_0.sca
When I try to get a new MDM system I get the exception below. I've looked and searched the portal content and this iView (com.sap.pct.mdm.tech.systems.MDMSystemWizard) does indeed appear to be missing. Is there something else I need to install? The SCA files all deployed without errors.
Steps to recreate this error:
System Administration => System Configuration => Portal Content => (landscape directory)
=> Right-Click => New System (from template) => choose MDM System template => Next
Thanks,
John
