WDS Service failed to run

Question

Hi All,
In lab environment, I have DHCP, DNS, ADDS , SQL Server and SCCM 2012 on one box (physical machine not virtual).
Whenever I enable PXE, WDS service failed to start. What I have done so far to disabled the PXE >Reboot >Delete RemoteInstall >Delete Windows\temp directory >Reboot >Enabled PXE  >Reboot >Test >Failed
This failed or didn't helped either:
wdsutil /set-Server /UseDhcpPorts:No 
Any thoughts?

Hi,
Just tried that link, it works. You need send hotfix request by sending e-mail. Here is what I have received:
Before you install this hotfix
