WDY_CTLR_EXC getting the following warning message

Hi Guys,
I have transported my changes to UAT.In UAT iam getting the follwing warning message.
"no entries for WDY_CTLR_EXC will be imported in this step".
Kindly help if you people have came across these type of warning message.
