There is none. Whatever you do to get rid of the older versions will inevitably do damage to shared components and other stuff of the new versions as well. That's just how it is with this approach... Uninstall the older versions, run the cleaner tool then reinstall CC 2014.

I have an Apple MacBook on which Lion 10.7, plus all updates, are successfully installed.
Can you tell me if TechTool Deluxe, normally supplied with Apple here has been now tested and found to run successfully?
I have run the program to check a problem that I'm having. The particularly with video, and also volume structure. TEchTool Delux reports a failure for both of these components.
I am wondering if this is realistic or not, given the start-up screen for TechTool Delux mentions on start-up that it has yet to be tested fully with Lion?

Could you please tell me why as a Brit resident in Japan therefore having a billing address that is Japanese is forced to only get service from the Japanese online store? Is there not some way of allowing me to select movies and music to buy and download from other stores. Why do am i forced to try to nread Japanese when I have selected English as my language. The price for Downloads is no different and even if it was I am happy to pay. This also applies to Movie rental which is crazy and extremely restrictive. I a supposed GLOBAL community why does Apple do this.
You can buy ONLY from the itunes store of your country of residence (As proven by valid billing address of credit card) and ONLY while inside the borders of that country.

I don't want my wife's or children's contact information in my contacts during syncing...or them receiving texts that are intended or me. Can someone please tell me how they handle multiple family members settings in regard to emails, iCloud, and iTunes? Does each phone have a separate computer login, iTunes account or iCloud accounts? Itunes could not connect to itunes store. The network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, and try again.Have you disabled any firewall and security/antivirus programs? This seems to have helped the vast majority of people who have posted the same problem in this forum.

I am having similar issues except that the store starts to load, then stops, then I only get iTunes Store in gray letters on a white screen. I can access playlist and the other stuff. Like flamesgirl, I contacted them and they just keep sending me links of stuff to try which I had already seen on the Apple website and nothing works. I posted the question on another forum I belong to and one responder said her husband was in an Apple store and asked about this problem as he was having the same issue. They said an update would be coming out soon as they were aware of the problem. Who knows.

can't get my epson sx535wd to work. my epson will get contact with my router (sitcom wl306) and my mac is on wifi, but they can't connect. epson can't find the computer and my report says: there are conflicting channels on my router or entry point. please help
OK, let's try these................
1 - Boot up from your install DVD and run "Repair Disk" from the Utility menu. When done, restart back to your desktop, repair permissions and restart your computer. Re-connect your printer.
2 - Download & install the Gimp drivers. Make sure the one you install is compatible w/your OS-Gutenprint 5.2.8-pre1. Repair permissions, restart your computer & re-connect your printer when done.
The Epson model I have, in order to get it to print wirelessly, I had to install a Gimp driver.

If still unsuccessful after trying all of the above, the problem could be your iBook or human error. You can either call Epson & ask to speak with a Mac savy supervisor or return the printer & find another that is compatible w/your current OS. -

I tried to update my nephew iphone 4 version 4.3.4 (8k2), I did back-up everything before attempting to update and the result when I click down-load and update, it does not update instead it says, itunes could not contact the iphone software update server because you are not connected to the internet. I did check my wire-less connections and the connection from my PC to wire-less is hundred percent okay. I did search using google.com to confirm and my connections is good. When I text one person, It goes to another person...however, the name that I'm trying to text shows the number i'm trying to text. Also, my texts are sent through my email...why? The text preview shows up as the person I did NOT want to text, but when I open it, it shows the person I DID want to text.

sendt by email to the contact rather then by the more expensive sms option -
when trying to sync to upgrade I get a message "Ipad software upgrade server could not be contacted."
Then next message "Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active or try again"
iPad, Windows VistaTry rebooting your router and or cable modem. Unplug it/them for about 30 seconds and then plug back in. See if it works then.
Reboot your iPad as well.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -

So, here it goes. I backed up my iphone 4 after renting a movie. The movie only played the starting credits before I was called on for daddy duty. A few days later the movie would not play, so I restored my phone from my backup. The movie would still would not play so itunes support refunded my purchase and ended my viewing privileges for that rental after verifying that I had not viewed the movie. I then had a problem with my contacts showing up twice in the contacts list after the restore. So I attempted another restore. All was well at this point. I then started having trouble with my pc and decided to copy the internal drive to an external source. A week later I had a system failure and did a factory restore on my computer. I re-installed itunes and tried to copy and paste the old backup into the new itunes. Now itunes just flat out does not see the backup file (I failed to mention that I did a factory reset on the iphone after the last backup, hopping to start fresh). Tech support had me uninstall and re-install itunes and then copy and paste the old backup into the newly installed itunes with no luck. The files are all there, but itunes just doesn't see them (itunes says the device has not been backed up to the cloud or to the local machine). We then tried backing up the factory restored iphone and replacing that restore file with one of my old backups on the external drive. Ok, this is where it gets weird. We replaced the guts of the folder but left the folder itself so itunes would continue to recognize the new backup folder with the old files. Whoohoo, itunes now see's a backup folder full of old files, or so we thought. The new files were deleted using shift delete so they would be gone for good and not mix with any files or folders. When I restore my phone, it restores the files that were deleted from the restore file (pause here for a moment and imagine the stupid look on the face of tech support and I while we silently wonder how files that were permanently deleted were restored). This left tech support and I both scratching our heads. My service issue was escalated to the next level. I waited for the phone call the next day that was scheduled at 10am to my wife's phone, but the call never came through. As usual, apple disappoints again. I just bought an iphone 5s and still have the iphone 4, and am looking for a solution to retrieve my contacts and restore to the 4 or 5s. I am guessing that files in other folders must be associated with the iphone backup in order for itunes to retrieve the files. Could someone please advise on my current problem? Apparantly I can no longer download tones to my phone or account to be used as such since the tones are being downloaded as songs that cannot be transferred or placed in the tones area for the phone or in iTunes. Prior to the last update, this was always an option. I have also noticed that the Ringtones and Alert Tones are not showing up in my recent purchases as well to allow for me to place them back on my phone and there for require for them to be purchased again... Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I've discovered that all tones purchased will be downloaded as ringtones, BUT they can be utilized as tones and assigned as alert tones on the iPhone...
