We are currently experiencing System Problem - UCCX Application

Hi,
we are running UCCX 8.5 in our environment.
we have a CC application that runs the scripts for the helpdesk IVR and it is working fine.
In conjunction to that we have another application for testing purpose, where we test scripts or greetings to finalize stuff.
i was just testing the greetings for the welcome prompt through that application and kep changing the prompts for the welcome part and it was working fine and after testing few greetings, I then started to hear this system message, " We are currently experiencing System Problem ....".
When it hits to trigger it used to play welcome greeting but now it just rings and then goes to system greeting.
Well I believe No Problem with script as this script works fine in our CC application and it was already working in the testing application.
I dont seem to understand the situation here. It would be nice if any expert would like to shed some thoughts over here.

I tried by avoiding parametes as well. Even i changed the script to the one is in production and even created another trigger in the same Test application. still the ssme.
but the irony of situation here is that application works fine but all of a sudden it throws that error. We had this issue earlier this week, When we restarted the CCX Engine services then it worked.
And now again i am in the same state. So, i dont seems to understand what and where went wrong here.

    Before you perform a reactive debug, I suggest you practice on a non production script.
    The first thing you will need to do is, open the CRS Script Editor and log in.  You cannot Reactive Debug if you're not logged in and connected to the UCCX server.
    Next, press CRTL+Shift+R to open the reactive debug dialog.
    Select the script name from the list for the script you are troublehsooting.
    Select how long you want the system to wait for the next call before cancelling the debugger.
    Press OK
    Place a call into the script.
    At this point a script window should open and the Start step should be highlighted in red.
    Press F10 to step through the script, step by step, analyzing what's happening.

  • TAPS "Currently experiencing System Problems..."

    I have setup TAPS as per the Cisco documentation and I cannot for the life of my work out what is going on.
    I can auto-register a phone and dial the TAPs RoutePoint and get redirected to one of the DNs. But i get the message "I'm sorry, we're currently experiencing sytem problems...". I have everything in the right partition / CSS, my RPs are registered, AAR application is installed and the script is present. I have done a data check and sync and that all looks ok.
    What could be the issue here? Anyone have some ideas?

    Why do all of the desktop application installations fail with this message:

    We are currently experiencing some issues, please try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
    (Although the application name matches the respective application).
    The troubleshooting guide refers to error numbers but none of the failures provide error numbers.

    Since you are experiencing the difficulty with multiple web browser then it would need to be caused by something global such as anti virus software. Any software which will affect your web browsers ability to accept cookies and secure connections could be causing the behavior you are experiencing.
    I would also recommend clearing your cache and cookies if you have not done so already.
    If you can please update this discussion with the software title and version of the software, affecting your ability to download Adobe software, it would be appreciated.

    I have then tested them through iTunes. Sometimes i do get exclamation marks next to items with 'the network connection was reset' by them, but when i choose 'get' they download fine. (I assume that's just a problem with my broadband connection?)
    Trying to submit through iTunes I have been getting "we are currently experiencing technical diificulties" for over a week.
    I have tried the following:
    iTunes 10.6.1.7 on Windows 7
    iTunes 10.6.1 (7) on Mac OSX 10.7.3
    iTunes 10.5.3 (3) on Mac OSX 10.6.8
    Also using both my iTunes account & my husband's account.
    So either: iTunes podcast submission is broken currently (and they don't know, but how that can have gone on that long & them not know)
    or: there is something wrong with my feeds (but these validate, so what is wrong?)
    or: maybe there is something wrong with the server that is hosting the podcast files?
    Any ideas as to how to move forward would be greatfully accepted - i have looked round the forums & there are only old threads saying 'try another version of iTunes)

    I recently submitted a podcast and it was rejected, for I believe copyright reasons.  I do however, have written permission from the original artists allowing me to use their tracks in the podcast.  Any ideas how to preceed with this ?
    Also as of today the podcast submissions keep saying that there are technical difficulties ?

    My feed is valid. Whenever I try to submit it to the iTunes directory I get the message, "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later." I'm not sure when later is, because I've been trying for two weeks and not getting any help from emailing their "support." Sorry for the cynicism, but I'm hitting a wall I've never hit before(this is a new podcast for school, I've never had this problem with my personal podcasts). This is my last stop, but given the help I've received elsewhere, maybe it should have been my first.

    Your feed appears to be OK. The only thing which might be an issue is that you have no 'podcast image' contained in an 'itunes:images' tag. iTunes has started demanding the specified size of image, and rejecting feed where the image is too small; I haven't been aware of them rejecting feeds which have no image, so I don't know whether this might be an issue or not. I can only suggest adding an image and seeing what happens.
    The image needs to be 1400 x 1400 px, JPG or PNG, RGB colour space, and less that 500 kb.
    Other than that, there may actually be technical problesm at their end, but it seems a bit unlikely it would be contiuous for two weeks. I've no way of knowing whether this is the case.
