We are getting faxes with 812 error - "Document conversion failed" in SOST

We are getting faxes with an 812 error - "Document conversion failed" in transaction SOST. The user is sometimes able to fax the number successfully, but other times fails - it is not consistent.
The conversion rules seem to be set up correctly, indeed, on a resubmit this often (but not always) works, so I don't think this is down to the conversion rules.
Is it a problem at the SAP side or the receiving system?
We enabled a trace but on analysis the only step that appears to be different in the failing ones is:
Status "Fehler" am Sendeauftrag gesetzt
Which I believe roughly translates that it failed to send - but why, and where can I find more detail?

I also noticed in the trace that the faxes that work have the following lines:
Determined device type: POST2. OTF Device Type POST2
Format conversion from OTF to PS With Device Type POST2
Converting OTF to PS
Whereas the ones that have failed say:
Determined device type: PDF1. OTF Device Type PDF1
Format conversion from OTF to PDF
Conversion rules for this country PL (Poland) and 'blanks' in order of prioroty are:
PDF                   S POST2
PDF PL Polish S ID2PDF
PS                          POST2
PS PL Polish   S I2SPOST
Is that correct?

JSF page values are getting cleared with validation errors

Using Jdev 10.1.3.4, JSF and ADF BC
I have 2 jspx pages - 1 input page(with bindings to VO) and a lookup page bound to a read-only VO.
page1: I am entering values to all the fields and then saving the form. Now if I had entered an invalid value for one of the fields and try to save - I am checking if value is valid in page1's managed bean and returning error message.
After I get this error message I clear out the invalid value and use the lookup & navigate to the 2nd page fetch a valid value and when I return to my 1st page I am loosing values for some of the fields in my 1st page. Not sure how and this is my first issue! I dont see this behavior if I use the lookup option directly(instead of entering an invalid value, clearing the value after seeing the error message and then going to the lookup page)
Next I am reentering values that I have lost and when I try to save again this time the value I had set from the lookup page is cleared and since this field is required I am getting an exception again. So, basically once there is an error for a field any new value I set gets cleared on commit and i get a required message for the field. Thanks for any clarifications/help with these strange issues.

Actually what I was meaning was could I use a collection to repopulate the tabular form when I receive errors. It appears as if it may work. However, I am hitting one snag.
I have created a PL/SQL Process that runs On Submit and Before Computations/Validations. In this process, I have saving the values in the tabular form to a collection.
I was then hoping to create another process that ran after any errors occur. However, it does not appear as if any processes run when the screen redraws after a validation issue. Is there a process that runs after validations when the screen is redrawing? Will I need to do this using javascript?

Credit card Orders are getting blocked with credit check

In our system, If customer's credit exposure is greater then 100 % then all the credit card orders are getting blocked with credit check even though it has valid authorization. Is this sap standard behaviour?....is there any setting that will always exclude credit card orders when it has valid authorization

I had the same problems. It is a glitch with iTunes and the PC. I found an article that helps you fix your problem step-by-step at http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/msvcr80-dll-not-found-missing -error.htm . Follow the uninstall and reinstall directions as exactly stated in the article and your problems will be solved. It took a while, but it worked! And most importantly, you do NOT lost your song library. Good luck!

Did you try it with the iTunes your Mac already has?
Try running Software Update in your System Preferences. That should bring your computer up to the latest software available for 10.4. You would end up with an older version of iTunes, but that may be good enough to activate your iPad.

PDF's to Blackberry display "Document Conversion Failed"

We are on XI 3.1 - Blackberry's are displaying "Document Conversion Failed" when trying to open PDF documents that were emailed from the Business Objects scheduler running Webi reports. These same PDF documents can be viewed on the desktop machines using Outlook. Does anyone know of any missing software or if configuration changes are needed on the Blackeberry?
Any response would be greatly appreciated.

Headings are getting bookmarked while importing word document to Robohelp 9

HI everyone. Easter wishes in advance.
I have a problem while importing word document to Robohelp.
Version - MS Word 2010
Robohelp 9
While I import word document to Robohelp after mapping styles, my heading styles are getting tagged as bookmarks in RH.
I have customized word template along with customized RH css.
How can I prevent the headings (all the heading level used in a document) getting tagged as bookmark after I import word docs to RH.
If there is no solution is there any solution to remove bookmarks at one go from RH.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

The quickest way to resolve this is to create a new project and import a document that causes this problem. Zip up the project and document and send it to me via my site so that I can take a look.
You can strip out any confidential content and it only needs to be a document short enough to show the problem.

According to error, it appears that child flow activity trying to push the parent flow notified activity. Could be that parent flow is not ready/notified when child tries to push it.. Check for timings of 1) begin and end times of child activity 2) begin & end times of parent activity . If this is timing issue, add defer activity for child flow to wait till parent flow comes to required status.

.css and .swf files are getting generated with Ibot email

I have an Ibot which use to run on daily basis which contains graph and normal table views, .css and .swf files are getting generated and attached with Ibot email to the users. I'm facing this issue from last two days. Earlier there was no such attachments sent to the users.
Could anybody let me know what might be the reason for that?

Export release build failed with an error message: complilation failed while excuting : compile-abc

I updated air sdk from 4.0 to 16.0 beta to fix apple app store submitting bug. I can build the project and run it on simulator without any problem. But when I tried to export the ios release build, I got this error message: complilation failed while excuting : compile-abc.
I use commmand line to excute compile-abc.exe with the parameters that adt gives it, but it failed without any error message.
Here is the command line:

There's a empty file AOTBuildOutput-0000001821_1821.o left in the command line workaroud path. I opened file AOTBuildOutput-0000001821.abc, but didn't get any clue. How can I trace this problem?

When I'm trying to logon via address
http://192.168.0.201:8010/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui
when I click logon button nothing happens. My ICM trace file (trace level 3) says:
[Thr 1268] *** ERROR => IcmBufFree: MpiFreeBuf failed [icxxplugin.c 1516]
but when I'm trying by
http://host.domain:8010/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui
it is working properly.
No https enabled.

Hi,
As the URL is working with hostname and not with ip address..
You might need to put an entry for corresponding host name and ip address in your host file.
check if it is working.
