We are still getting pop-ups even though we have the pop up blocker enabled via tools

pop ups continue - enabler is enabled through options. we just got a
warning "to display this page, firefox must send information that will repeat any action ( such as search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier."

    Close the videos app and launch it again.
    To close an app, drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
    if they still don't show up after you launch the app again, try resetting the iPad.
    Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

    Make sure that Firefox closes properly and that that there are no longer Firefox or plugin-container processes left on the Processes tab in the Task Manager. Otherwise session restore will reopen the page(s) from the previous session.

    I have these movies downloaded on the old computer from digital hd redeemed codes: Fantastic Mr. Fox, Super 98, Thor, Inception, The Hunger Games, and Star Trek Into Darkness. I bought Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl on itunes with money, and that one isn't showing up either. When I search it on itunes to see if I can just re-download it, that isn't an option. I would have to buy it again. Home Sharing isn't what I want because the old computer will not be here forever and it is not connected to wifi.
    It's kind of a lot of movies, and I want them on the new computer.

    It sounds as though you haven't logged in to the service yet. From the ExportPDF website, click Sign in at the upper-right corner, and log in to the service with your Adobe ID credentials. Now, when you click ExportPDF, you'll be prompted to select PDF files to export, instead of being asked to subscribe.

    Caller ID can also be turned off on some networks e.g. iOS has a setting for UK phones to turn it off. You should try calling from a number you know is not blocked from sending the caller ID.

  • Continue to get update dialog even when I have the latest version

    I have been on the beta program for quite some time. Over the latest updates (probably at least since FF 4), I get a dialog box when I start FF telling me that an update is available even though I have the latest version. If I select the option to go ahead and do the update. It will hang forever; and not connect to the update server. I have reviewed several articles on this subject including this one [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Software_Update#Software_Update_not_working_properly http://kb.mozillazine.org/Software_Update#Software_Update_not_working_properly] . I have done an extensive search through my directories and cannot find an update folder, an update.xml, or active-update.xml file in any location, especially in the C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox directory or in the install directory. I have even attempted doing a clean install by uninstalling and completely removing the install directory. None of this has worked. I have noted in my search that others seem to have this problem as well. Additionally, I have this problem on both my work and home computers that are running Windows 7. However, I don't have this issue on my Mac. This is an annoyance; but has been going on for way too long and really needs to be addressed.

    Your heading says Adobe Reader and the explanation below says Adobe Flash. Neither of these is shown in your System Details under Plug-ins. Is this the actual computer the question is about?
    Incidentally, Firefox and Google Chrome are web browsers and not search engines. Google, Bing and Yahoo, for example are search engines.

    It sounds like you are experiencing multiple issues with this iPod Nano 5th Gen. From what you are describing it seems we can isolate this to either the software or the hardware on the device with a couple of simple steps assuming you have tried another set of headphones. First, reset your iPod with this article:

    Tip: If you are having difficulty resetting your iPod, set it on a flat surface. Make sure the finger pressing the Select button is not touching any part of the click wheel. Also make sure that you are pressing the Menu button toward the outside of the click wheel, and not near the center.
    If the above steps did not work, try connecting iPod to a power adapter and plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet, or connect iPod to your computer. Make sure the computer is turned on and isn't set to go to sleep. Try resetting the iPod while it is connected to power.
    If you are able to reset it, but the issue persists, or you are unable to reset it, I would next attempt restoring it with iTunes:
