We are unable to activate your CS5.5 Design Premium

Hello,
   I'm unable to activate my CS5.5 product and getting the error as "We are unable to activate your CS5.5 Design Premium" and later it says Please connect to Internet. I tried all the possible steps mentioned in this forum and also followed the steps mentioned under this below document:

I'm in Home netwok, firewall is disabled, no anti-virus.
Creating a new Admin account is the only option?
System Info: Mac OSX 10.5.8 core 2 duo
My serial key is correct.
Any further suggestions?? Please help!

I too had the same issue and tried all the steps mentioned in the above document. But it failed. I contacted my IT guy who informed that there is no firewall enabled in the modem. I'm using a home pc.
Lately, I contacted your support team who performed the same steps again and did not resolve the issue. Finally one guy said do something called selective startup on my Windows 7. I'm uneasy with this. He said that it is a part of their troubleshooting steps and can enable them back. I said okay and did it which did not resolve this issue. At last he said to create a new admin account!!! I was not at all satisfied with this resolution but yes I did and it did work! But I'm greatly confused. What could have been the issue? I don't want to create a new account everytime I face this issue. So any possible reasons other than which are mentioned in the document?

    Hi guys, I tried to enroll in the iPhone Developer program, but I got this message when trying to activate it via the link in my email.
    We are unable to activate your Apple Developer Program membership because we are unable to successfully verify your identity. Please contact us and reference Enrollment ID# ******** for further assistance.
    Apparently according to the member centre "Your credit card and enrollment information do not match."
    This doesn't make much sense to me as the only difference is that my name on the credit card is all in caps, while my enrolment name isn't!
    Any ideas?

    Have downloaded CS5.5 design premium from http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-5-product-downloads.html but when I try to open up the .dmg file I just get a message 'Image file not recognised'.  So I am unable to install and access my programs.

    Download again using another browser and possibly save to a different storage location.

    So I used my wife's credit card to sign up for my developer membership, and I got an error when trying to activate it. I'm pretty sure this is due to the fact that my name doesn't match the name on the credit card I used, although apple has already charged me.     Yeah, and I contacted them but they haven't responded and also from what I've heard you have to sent in ID copies and stuff if you want it to work, but I don't want to do all that, I just it to work!! Ugh.

    Then you'll just have to wait. People without a Social Security number or FEIN generally have to wait a lot longer given the fact that Apple is an American company.

    Change the "cookies setting" of browser as open at third parties.
    I had same situation, when get into the following URL for previous Xcode.

    But 5 minutes ago, I was able to escape from this bored conditions.
    I surely registered on Apple dev-center, that the problem was on browsing,
    please alter security level temporarily!!
