I solved the problem, Activation with Itunes 10.4.1 did n't work,
Used an other Mac with Itunes 10.2 and no with activation problems. :-) strangsssss

I live in Saudi Arabia, Jeddah As iphone was not In Service So i used a Application SAM then when i connected to itunes iphones latest ios version was available ios 6.1.2 i updated and installed it so now i have to Activate Iphone and itunes is telling

I tried to restore, update and back up my ipod touch. once it said it was successful i clicked on the label of my ipod in itunes and it had written, "we're sorry, we are unable to continue with your activation at this time." now whenever i click on the label it just says that and on my ipod it tells me to plug into itunes when it already is. i didnt update restore or back it up with the latest version, so i downloaded the latest version, how do i start the process again so my ipod works!! help this is gay !!
Hmm, well... iTunes trys to activate your iPod using the Apple server to make sure you have bought it legit.
Two things come into my mind:
1) Your iTunes can't access the internet.
2) Apples activation servers are down.
That's just my cents, maybe anyone else has an idea. -

I found an article from Apple that specifically outlines how to try and troubleshoot this issue. It's called iPhone: Troubleshooting activation issues found here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ts3424.
Resolution
Perform the following steps if you receive one of the messages above:
Restart the iPhone.
Try another means of reaching the activation server and attempt to activate.
Try connecting to Wi-Fi if you're unable to activate using a cellular data connection.
Try connecting to iTunes if you're unable to activate using Wi-Fi.
Restore the iPhone.
If you receive an alert message when you attempt to activate your iPhone, try to place the iPhone in recovery mode and perform a restore. If you're still unable to complete the setup assistant due to an activation error, contact Applefor assistance.

We're sorry, we are unable to continue with your activation at this time.This frequently occurs when the phone has been hacked or jailbroken. Was your phone jailbroken before trying to update? If so you'll have to go elsewhere for assistance because the terms of Use for this forum prohibit discussing support for jailbroken phones.

i forgot my IPhone 3gs passcode , i done the restore thru ITune , restore was ok for 6.1, when i start to configure my device , i stuck on the activition step
I can't activing me IPhone 3gs after restore following message showen in iTune :
We're sorry, we are unable to continue with your activation at this time.
I done some internet seach , most of the stuff said use the RedSn0w uploadf following IPSW or something like that :
IPHONE2.1_6.0_10A403_restore.Ipsw
PS. if update the above , every reboot your Iphone device should reboot from same IPSW using computer for upload

Trying to sync an old iPhone to iTunes and error message in iTunes appears: "We are sorry, we are unable to continue with your activation at this time" so unable to sync.
How long has this been going on?

If it was jailbroken, contact the developers of the jailbreak.
Not all jailbreaks can be completely removed.

AT&T are unlock my phone, official!!!1) Check your iTunes account.
2) you have to be at your computer. Apple is very smart, the place you put your I'd or password is not near data base.
3) make sure your ID and Password is correct. When type on the phone, if you don't check you might press the wrong key some time cases where people have long Neil.
4) go to apple website n reset the I'd or password. -
