To day, I erase all in Iphone and then tried to recover but just displaying message like
WE ARE SORRY, WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTINUE WITH YOUR ACTIVATION AT THIS TIME. PLEASE TRY LATER OR CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE
I tried the steps suggested by some of friends from the present blog. But undble to start my IPHONE.

Generally this is a sign that the iPhone had previously been
hacked/modified/jailbroken and the update relocked it to the
original wireless carrier. If this is the case, only that wireless
carrier can unlock your iPhone. You must contact them to see
if they offer unlocking and if you qualify.
Where did you acquire this iPhone?
What wireless carrier did you use before this problem?
Does the app Cydia appear on your iPhone?
What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>About=>Carrier?

If you don't have a SIM card in the phone, you must put one in. It's required for activation.
If you do, then your phone was probably hacked to unlock it from the original carrier. Contact them and see if they will unlock it. If they will not do so, then you can't use that phone. -

AT&T are unlock my phone, official!!!1) Check your iTunes account.
2) you have to be at your computer. Apple is very smart, the place you put your I'd or password is not near data base.
3) make sure your ID and Password is correct. When type on the phone, if you don't check you might press the wrong key some time cases where people have long Neil.

i cant activate ios 6 in my phone 3gs via itunes,they send me a sms ;"We're sorry, we are unable to continue with your activation at this time. Please try again later, or contact customer care."
You either don't have a SIM in the phone, which is required to activate it, or the phone was hacked to unlock it and is now a paper-weight.

The message you describe is usually presented when a phone that has previously been jailbroken, hacked or otherwise been altered in an unauthorized manner. If this applies to your phone you will have to find help elsewhere. The terms of use of this forum prohibit discussion of unauthorized altered devices. -

"We're Sorry, Activation Server Temporarily Unavailable, contact Customer Care...Could Not Be Completed?"
99.9% of the time, the cause of this issue is the fact the phone was jailbroken/hacked to unlock it for use on networks other than the network the phone was originally locked to. Apple maintains a database of officially unlocked iPhones, and when Apple's servers detect phones such as yours, activation stops & you get the message you got.
So, you need to get a sim card from the carrier the phone was originally locked to, or get it officially unlocked, if you want to activate it. Because it appears that it was not officially unlocked. -
