Hi,
The issue which you are facing comes when you the certificate installed on the ACS is either not correct or has gone corrupt. You would not be able to install a fresh certificate on the ACS Appliance through console or SSH.
You can open a TAC case and send a backup of the ACS database, they might be able to correct the database. Otherwise the only other option is to reimage the ACS Appliance.
To access an ACS Appliance from the console, you can go to http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_secure_access_control_server_for_solution_engine/4.2/installation/guide/solution_engine/instalap.html#wp1065399
To administer the ACS Appliance, take a backup etc., you can go to http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_secure_access_control_server_for_solution_engine/4.2/installation/guide/solution_engine/admap.html

  • My iTunes music purchases are Unable to Download

I have purchased an album in the ITunes Store and all the songs are unable to download. I have signed in and out of my apple Id and have turned my IPad on and off. I have no other apps or songs that are downloading. I am stumped at what to do now.

Why don't you try downloading a free app and see what happens. Are you sure that you don't have a stalled book or podcast download that could be hanging up the download?
You can try quitting the iTunes app and restart the iPad and see if the download will resume.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. Then check the download in iTunes.

  • I am unable to download firefox 4.0. It says "The proxy server is refusing connections". I don't know what to do!

I tried to download firefox 4.0 today and now I am unable to connect to the internet from home. It says, "The proxy server is refusing connections." -Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections. -check the proxy settings to make sure they are correct. -contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy is working.
I do not know what this means or what to do. Please help!

You can find the connection settings in Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection<br />
If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then select "No Proxy"
    See "Firefox connection settings":

  • Some subscribers are unable to download my podcast in the last 2 weeks. How do I fix this?

I host a podcast and an issue is happening to my listeners (and me) in iTunes for the last two weeks. I am using a Mac and also a Windows computer with the latest version of iTunes. I have no problem downloading the podcast on my iPhone using Downcast as my podcast client (I don't like Apple's Podcast app).
I have listeners contacting me asking why this is happening and don't know how to fix it.
I have further details of the issue:
The file starts to download in iTunes and then stops. The podcast is listed in the queue and it shows it is in the cloud. There is a little exclamation point next to the new episodes.  When I try to select download it starts and then stops downloading, still showing the exclamation point instead of the blue dot.  I can start to stream the podcast but it stops 3 minutes into the podcast. I hit play again and it picks up where I left off but only plays another minute and a half. This stopping and having to hit play again continues through the rest of the podcast.
I haven't changed anything in the way I code the mp3's in the past two episodes, so unless Apple has changed policy or restricted new podcasts on the way they are coded, I don't know what to think. Bitrate 32kbps and sample rate 12,000kHz Mono.
I just did some tests on a Windows 8.1 machine using iTunes 11.1.2.32 and it is not downloading any shows from the last 12 weeks (Aug, 22, 2013 was the last successful d/l).
The podcast I host is Amateur Radio Newsline and the subscribe url ishttp://www.arnewsline.org/news/rss.xml
    More info...
Not all podcast subscriptions are experiencing this issue, some download still without a problem.
I have turned off automatic syncing.
I tried various settings on the way it downloads, how many episodes it keeps and it changed nothing. Still having the issue.
This is happening in both Windows and Mac versions of the software.

I subscribed to your feed and was unable to download episodes - I tried several including the latest. The error message was that the download was interrupted.
I was able to download the latest episode in a browser, and to play it in Safari. Evidently your server is reacting badly to requests from the iTunes application; I have no idea why this should be the case and can only refer you to the people running your server.

  • I have Firefox 4 on Mac OS10.6 and am unable to download Firefox updates.s

I periodically get on my screen a notice of an available update to Firefox. It says to click in order to download. I do so and it goes on forever and continues indefinitely. I also tried to download Firefox 5 manually and when trying to put it into my applications folder got a message that I couldn't 'cause I didn't have permission for all things . I have Mac OS 10.6.7 and it's working fine with Firefox 4.

Exactly what are you getting? A pic of the message would help.
And no. I am not going to click on your link.

    Thank you

    Hi Manu,
The best way to download Firefox would be through the official source at http://www.getfirefox.com. When it finishes downloading, drag the Firefox icon to your Applications folder, and then "eject" the disk image.
Regarding other sites, you may be having trouble due to not having the Flash plugin installed. You can download it at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
    Hope this helps.

  • Unable to download firefox to my laptop.

Please don't laugh! I am still using Windows 2000 Professional
on my OLD Dell Inspiron lap top. I have tried to download
FireFox with IE (ver. 6) and it continously gives me an error
message "IE cannot download from FireFox setup 3.6.13.exe from mirror2.mirror.tds.net / IE was unable to open the internet
site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be
found. Please try again later". I even tried to upgrade my IE
to a newer version and had a similar message from Windows.
    Sincerely, AAFPLLC

It is possible that your anti-virus software is corrupting the downloaded files or otherwise interfering with downloading files by Firefox.
Try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work.

  • I am unable to download Firefox to a new MacBook Air running OS10.7.2? What am I missing?

I have gone to the Firefox site and attempted to download Firefox for Mac (English/U.S. version). I am told that download should start in a few seconds. NOthing happens. I click on "If download does not begin...". I get a brief glimpse of what looks like a tornado spiralling off to the left side of my computer, then, nothing.

    Hi ClareKing-
Hopefully this link will work better for you. Get the latest version here: [http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/]

  • Want Firefox on my iPad and I get a message that Safari is unable to download Firefox?

When I attempt to download Firefox onto my iPad from the Internet I get a message sayin that my Internet browser, Safari, is failed to download it. I get this message every time I try.
    James Lennox

There is no version of Firefox for the iPad or iPhone. There is an app called Firefox Home which allows you to have your Firefox bookmarks on those devices. Firefox Home is available from the App Store.

  • I seem to be unable to download Firefox update 36.0 to my Mac (Yosemite); are there any download issues with this operating system?

I have tried this download several times and after 24 hours or more the only system message I get is "connecting to update server".

Hello Gibby500, please download and install firefox, follow the next steps:
    1. Download a copy of the latest firefox from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html (full dmg package)
    2. '''Trash''' the current Firefox application to do a clean install.
    3. Install the version that you have downloaded.

  • Unable to download firefox 4.0, getting a message saying that I do not have sufficient privilages to some of the items.

Tried to replace my firefox with 4.0, but unable to do so.
Error message saying" I do not have sufficient privileges for some of the items."

If you get an error message that you do not have sufficient permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the DMG file to the desktop
    * Firefox 4.0.x: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
    * Firefox 3.6.x: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
    * Trash the current Firefox application to do a clean (re-)install
    * Install the new version that you have downloaded
