I have bought and obtained a license serial number for Premiere CS6.
I have downloaded the files for Premiere CS6
PremierePro_6_LS7.exe PremierePro_6_LS7.7z
PremierePro_6_Content_LS7.exe PremierePro_6_Content_LS7.7z
I have run PremierePro_6_LS7.exe and, having specified load with serial number, reached the point of entering the serial number.
"We are unable to validate this serial number for Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 Family."
I have checked my account and the license is on file.
The serial number is 24 digits in 6 groups of 4 characters.
Please provide an answer to this.
I've been using Adobe Premiere since 2006 and currently have CS5.5.
This is the first time I have had problems trying to download and set up a version.
It has taken most of the day so far!

I have installed CS6 in trial mode and entered the license number.
The Serial number appears to have been accepted.since Encode now starts up without a license message.

Are all Adobe Products this difficult to install? I should just be able to insert my CD and have the product installed. What is wrong with Adobe, why are they so hard to contact, how are they still in business?

I bought the CS6 Design Standard student and teacher edition over amazon. I activated the product on my adobe account and got a serial number. But when I install the package and enter the serial number I a message saying "We are unable to validate this serial number for Creative Suit 6 Design Standard. Please contact Customer Support."
Does anyone know what is up with this? I am sure that the problem isn't anything along the lines of making mistakes when typing in the serial (tried it multiple times, used copy paste to reduce chance of error). It's also not any problem with me lacking an internet connection adobe to validate the serial.Serial number questions can't be handled on the forums. I received my serial number online and went through the installation process. After it was successfully installed I wend to open Adobe Acrobat Pro XI and followed the prompt to enter my serial number and then received this error message "We are unable to validate this serial number for Adobe Acrobat Pro XI. Please Contact Customer Support."

then you are using the wrong number or there's a connection issue. your serial number is 6 groups of 4 numbers.

When you purchased it from Amazon, did you purchase it from Amazon or through a reseller selling the software through Amazon. If you purchased it from a reseller, than you may have purchased pirated goods. Contact Amazon, they will refund your money then purchase the product through the Adobe store so you can be sure you are getting non-pirated goods.

Thanks for the suggestion. I eventually got in touch with Adobe Technical Support and it turned out that my Adobe Application Manager was not the latest version. They downloaded the latest version and installed it and that seemed to solve the problem. I was able to install my CS6 Creative Suite and validate the serial number. All seems to be going well at the moment. -
