We could not complete your your Itunes Store request.  An unknown error occured (-3000)  There was an error in the Itunes store

I have been trying to view my recent purchases for a month now and I'm finally frustrated.  I can download, upload everything fine but I'm always getting the E-mails that I have paid Itunes 2.99 or .99 cents which is fine since three people in my family are using the account but I really want to be able to see my purchase history in the Itunes store.  Any idea how to fix this issue.  It's happening on multiple PC's as well.  They all are running windows 7.

I am getting the error message while connecting my iphone with I-Tunes :-
