Suddenly I receive the above message and cannot access my calendar list of events although the calendar itself is displayed. I have closed down several times but the message persists.I am using MAC OSX Snow Leopard/ Firefox 4.01

I have this same problem. Using XP Home SP3 and Firefox 8.0

"offlineab=false" into the ini file, but didn't help.

In version 9, the offline agenda passwords didn't have to match the server password. So if you were to change the offline password, it didn't necessarily change the server/online password.
But once you upgraded to 10, the offline password should be the same as the server one. You may be getting this error because there is a mix-match of passwords.
To reset the password, try deleting the files
* XTMLOCAL.DAT
* XTMLOCAL.NDX
like tchang suggested.
Then re-create the offline agenda. This should rebuild the calendar data with the new password.

Yes, you do have the SAPR3 user.
But you don't seem to like to read documentation or learn about how the tools work or anything like that.
Therefore I gave you s simple way to reach your goal.
Of course it's possible to reuse the user.
But then you would have to deal with already existing tables, already existing data etc.
You don't seem to be able to do that. So, the easy steps might be better suited for your needs.

@Jack – you were using a joboptions file by Distiller to convert a PostScript file to a PDF/X-1a.
What you get is no error message, just a report, that everything went ok. And in this case I cannot see any advantage using PDF Export for printing to PostScript/distilling to PDF. Ok, maybe one, CS5 and above would export in a background process.
To prevent InDesign flattening transparency, you could use PDF/X-4 as your export setting. You cannot use writing to PostScript for that task.
Check including tags for tagged export to prevent misalignment of text because of a strange bug with PDF Export when you are using 9pt text on 12pt leading or text with a ratio of 9/12 for point size and leading in multicolumn text frames.

I just installed companion CD. my pc os is windows xp 2002In the step of Availabe Product Components
Oracle Database 10g Companion Products
There are two components:
1. Apache Standalone
2. HTML DB
I chose both to install, and the installtion was sucessful.
Now when I type http://myIP:7777/, it shows oracle http server interface.
When I go to OUI, I found there is porduct called : HTML DB 10.1.0.2.0. Is this HTML DB2.0 ? I don't think so. I need to install html db 2.0, so I disinstall the html db from OUI and follow the following link to remove html db component,

now I type http://myIP:7777/, it shows "can not find server". How to start oracle http server?
Should I disinstall companion CD? install it again?

Can't scroll down on error message saying "your calendar couldn't be refreshed"!

I had tried to copy too much into My Calendar; now it has entered an infinite loop error: message saying 'Your calendar couldn't be refreshed'. I cant scroll down to the bottom of the message it seems to be locked, thus can't quit it. This bug has locked my entire calendar. Can I somehow delete the last activity on my calendar which might solve the problem?
Tried to force quit the app a few times and even rebooting, though the problem remains and each time I reopen My Calendar, the error message pops up, prohibiting me from do anything on this app.

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
Back up all data.
Before taking each of these steps, quit (force quit if necessary) the application. After taking the step, relaunch and test. When the problem is resolved (or when you complete Step 3 without resolving it), stop and close the Library folder.

If the application launches after you move the Calendars folder, the event database is corrupt. You have two choices:

Duplicity & Google docs : Error while fetching remote entries

Hello, after hdd crashed in my home server I'm paying attention to make backups with duplicity now.
But when run duplicity command:
duplicity /path/to/folder gdocs://user:[email protected]/Backup/
I get this error:
Import of duplicity.backends.giobackend Failed: No module named gio
BackendException: Error while fetching remote entries: 'DocsClient' object has no attribute 'get_everything'.

I had python-gdata installed as duplicity told me to do it. Python2-gobject2 fixed the first error but second one still remains.

I did. I had a VM that was not experiencing the problem. I took a snapshot and tested the patches one by one. Installing only KB3023266 immediately caused the issue to occur (after reboot). A similar process was used to confirm that
installing KB2675611 resolved the problem.
Note that I found the installation of KB2675611 is usually quick, but it took several hours hours to install on some of our systems. We had installed this patch a few months ago on a couple of servers and it was always quick to install. But,
it seems like installing it on a symptomatic system can cause it to take a long time.

Anybody have any idears, I have tried to reboot but need not fix anything.
When I try click on "Save Needed", I get the following errror "Unable to Save
File Write Error".
I can see that my event log is getting updated with other stuff like "IKEDBG/79" - "Phase 1 failure against global IKE proposal".

Try re-naming the existing files, and then do the save. I had a similar problem, and I think it was a corrupt file that the system could not overwrite, but could rename. Then you can delete the old one.

Got one error while activating data in dso

I am loading some data to SAP given dso 0figl_o02. while doing so i got one error with following description
Error short text : "Value "CONVERSION REVERSAL " from characteristic 0DOC_HD_TXT contains an error at position 20"
Long text : "Characters that have a hexadecimal format between HEX00 and HEX1F are not permitted in characteristic values. The 20th character is one of these characters. The value is therefore not permitted.
I dont know how to find out exactly which record has this wrong data. I checket in PSA for this record with error its not showing any of such records.
Please suggest some soluion

First you need to get the values from characteristic 0DOC_HD_TXT that contains an error.
Therefore, go to the ODS/DSO contents tab through RSA1(manage) and select the first option LOGS and then you will be able to select log for Activation and then execute it.
You will no get several requests, select your relevant request which will be in red and then select Application Log at the botton of the screen, then you will be displayed with another screen there you check the date of activation is correct or not becoz by default today's date will be there.
Then you will get the log for it --> double click on the problem class which is in red for it and you will get the value for the 0DOC_HD_TXT where it has special char.
Then go to PSA select all data packets and number of records (give full number of the records transfered) and then enter. It might take sometime if you have huge data. Once you get the records then filter on the 0DOC_HD_TXT column and then give the value you copied from the log.
Then you can edit the special char (remove) or if you want that to be displayed then paste the same spl. char in RSKC and execute.
Activate it again.
