We have a number of PO(s) failing interface

Hi Team,
Customer has 20-30 PO(s) with the following error:
PO_PDOI_INVALID_NUM_OF_LINES
We suggested the followings even-though the issue still persists:

It could be an invalid HEADER_INTERFACE_ID that was loaded for the PO_HEADER_ID.
Check if for the INTERFACE_LINE_ID, PO_HEADER_ID is correct
As the Standard Import Standard Purchase Order (Import Standard Purchase Orders) is being error out.
We need to confirm if data were populated correctly
You can check the above with the followings:
SELECT * FROM po_lines_interface WHERE INTERFACE_HEADER_ID = & INTERFACE_HEADER_ID;
SELECT * FROM po_HEADERS_interface WHERE INTERFACE_HEADER_ID = INTERFACE_HEADER_ID;

Customer has populated Organization_id = 81 for the followings in po_lines_interface and retest, but the issue still persists:

we asked customer to nullify process_code column and run the process again, and check if it will be accepted instead, but the issue still persists

My question is if it is possible to remotely deauthorise these devices or is it necessary to deauthorise all devices on the account and then reauthorise those devices which are still current.

    iPads don't count in the number of authorisations, only computers count. Individual computers can only be deauthorised directly on them, but if you have 2 or more computers authorised then you can 'deauthorise all' (which you can only do once every 12 months) and you can then reauthorise the computers that you still have and need (deauthorising a computer doesn't remove any content from it).

    Obviously "Maruthi" hadn't heard from me for several minutes. I had explained in pretty clear language that I had to be away from the computer for about half an hour.

    To re-install Lightroom 5.4, there's no need to go back to the original full version and systematically re-install every upgrade you've ever purchased in order to re-install the latest version. All you need to do is re-install your most recent version (in this case 5.4), enter your Lightroom 5 serial number then enter your Lightroom 4 serial number when prompted. That's it.
    How did you first license the Lightroom 5 upgrade on your computer? Since it's not a subscription version, you must have received a version 5 serial number somewhere in the purchasing process. Without a record of that, Adobe Customer Care may struggle with your case.
    If you're running Windows, you can try running the free Belarc Advisor which often successfully retrieves your full serial number from inside your computer.

    Make sure you have cookies enabled and clear your cache.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.
    You can also download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
    Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

    Here is a post I assembled for another with a similar problem:
    Unfortunately you got caught up in the minor miracle of Rosetta.  Originally licensed by Apple when it migrated from the PowerPC CPU platform that it had used from the mid-1990's until the Intel CPU platform in 2006, Rosetta allowed Mac users to continue to use their library of PPC software transparently in emulation.
    However, Apple's license to continue to use this technology expired with new releases of OS X commencing with Lion (and now Mountain Lion).  While educational efforts have been made over the last 6 years, the fact is that Rosetta was SO successful that many users were caught unaware UNTIL they upgraded to Lion or Mountain Lion.
    Workarounds:
    1. If your Mac will support it, restore OS X Snow Leopard;
    2.  If your Mac will support it, partition your hard drive or add an external hard drive and install Snow Leopard into it and use the "dual-boot" method to choose between your PPC software or Lion/Mt. Lion;
    3. Upgrade to an Intel compatible versions of your software, or find alternatives that will open your data files;
    3.  Install Snow Leopard (with Rosetta) into Parallels:

    She needs to call the carrier on her old iPhone and have it removed from her account.
    Once she does that you will not be able to use iMessage because that only works Apple to Apple.
    You will need to use something else like Skype instead.

    Thanks - I didn't realize that.  I'm also embarrassed to admit that I don't know how to transfer the audio files from my iPod to the iTunes library on my computer.  When I select a book from the list on the iPod, the only option I see with the right-facing arrow symbol is "Show in iTunes Store ".  I back the iPod up to this computer so I guess those files must be on it somewhere, but all I can recognize in the iTunes folder under " Music"  are the music files found in the "iTunes Music" folder. (There are also a ton of files named "iTunes Temp (some #).) The Books list on the computer shows some but not all of the audiobooks -  I purchased the rest on a different computer that is now unfortunately dead. I'm guessing now that those didn't transfer over when the new computer was populated from the old one, so the iPod may be the only place where those audiobooks now reside.  I hope that made some sense- any additional advice would be appreciated.

    There aren't any viruses for iOS devices. Have you got notifications muted ? Only notifications (including games) get muted, so the iPod and Videos apps, and headphones, still get sound.
    Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon far left; press home again to exit the taskbar.     have you tried to sync your ipod ,when you click on the side where it shows your ipod?
    Click on where it shows your ipod name for example garys ipod,when it opens up the summary page click the sync box,bottom right,and see if that helps.
    In the summary page click on podcasts,click the box on sync podcast box (top),read before when the box opens and says are you sure you want sync podcasts.,theres a box underneath,which says automatically include ,make sure thats ticked.

    I have a number in a red circle on the ical icon at the bottom of the desktop.  I know from reading previous (quite old) posts that there should be an envelope with an invitation in the left-hand bottom corner of the ical page.  I don't have the envelope.  My partner recently got a new Mac and was trying to join our calendars and it caused some problems for me so she discontinued that merge.  We are no longer connected (by Mac, I mean).  This may have caused the problem but now I don't know how to get rid of that number.  I can't find any event that she added to my calendar to click on to perhaps get rid of it.  Any ideas?

    I am having this same problem. I took Kappy advice on restarting the Apple Mobile Device Service, however that did not work. I got this message in a pop up window that came up immediately.
    Windows could not start the Apple Mobil Device Service on local computer.
    Error 1053  The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
    I have already uninstalled itunes, all the related programs and I cannot reinstall, this Apple Mobil Device message stops the install.
    Can anyone please help?

    Quicktime comes pre-installed on all Macs.  Quicktime 10 should be on your Dock and the original application inside your Application folder.  Quicktime 7 is inside your Utility folder.  VLC is the application that you need to download.
