We have added the PAB to our Messenger Express, now our local directory connection has disappeared. Running version 4.15 of MS. What do we do to fix this problem?

I hadn't repaired permissions or checked the disk yet, so upon your suggestion I did so. No errors found.
The machine is working normally except for this particular problem (which makes the idea of a reinstallation more aggravating).
We only have power failures on average once every several years. We rarely have any severe weather here either.
One of the things we did try before posting was clicking on "Detect Displays" after plugging in the video adapter. It sees the external display in the system preferences but there's no video on the tv. As I mentioned before, using the same S-video cable with a Powerbook works with the tv, and using the same display adapter with an eMac works as well.
Haven't tried making another account yet, but will do that too. Thanks for the tip!

Did you try deleting the app, reinstall it and then see if you can make the purchase? Tap and hold down on the app icon until it jiggles on the screen and then tap the X on the icon to delete it. Tap the home button to stop all of the apps from jiggling. Download the app again. See if you can make the purchase then.

I have recently download the new pages, but from time to time my computer will revert back to the previous page software what can I do to fix this problem

does anyone have a problem with the new page software? I am currrently running into the same problem with the old pages software re-appearing and any document that I had used with the new update, will not open. The system requires me to attempt to download a new version of page, when the newiest version has aleady been download and has been in operation.
What can I do to fix this problem? I desire to use the new version at all times.

You just have to be particular with which Pages version you are opening the document. use Right click on the document and choose the right version of Pages.

I've also just run into an issue where I couldn't restore an iPod with a corrupt file system, and the "super fix" in that linked article wasn't working for me. I've run across a potentially useful workaround.
iPod Classic went on the fritz today just after syncing. Couldn't restore via iTunes, kept getting 1439 errors, Windows wouldn't format as FAT32, claimed the "Volume is too big for FAT32". Finally tracked down EaseUS Partition Master Home Edition (Free) and formatted as FAT32 with 128k clusters. The iPod is filling back up again. Might be worth a shot here...

Your problem is really with "Time Machine", backup software included with OS X since version 10.5, not with your Time Capsule router. For more information on Time Machine, check these Web pages:

Usually the HDD is the frist place to look. Use the original install disk and start up the MBP with the C key down. Go through the installation process until you see on the display a menu bar on top.
Click on UTILITIES.
From the drop down menu select Disk Utility.
Open Disk Utility>First Aid and run Verify and Repair.
What are the results?

Try disabling your parental controls. Does that help with the 450?

Glad you seem to have sorted things out.

This has nothing to do with the Find my iPhone app being installed on the phone, but you do have to have Find my iPhone activated in the iCloud settings on the phone.

Contacts and Calendar entries should be synced to a supported application on the computer or a cloud service if using the device as designed.
Pictures/Videos taken with the device should be copied to the computer regularly, if using the device as designed.
All media should exist in iTunes on the computer.
All apps should exist in iTunes on the computer.
There may be some lost data from apps such as game status, but would you prefer to maintain that data or have a functional device?
If the issue turns out to be hardware, it is possible to later restore from backup to get put the device back to the same functional state once the hardware is replaced.
