We have an iMac desktop computer and Firefox is opened but not functioning. Safari works, so it isn't the computer's fault. How can we fix Firefox?

What you could try to do is (if not done yet) :
# Uninstall Firefox
#Download Firefox most recent version from [[http://mozilla.org/firefox Mozilla]]
#Re-install Firefox.
If the error persists, I would tell you to follow these steps :
