We don't have wifi at our home and was hoping to be able to plug it into our computer and get everything from our computer to our ipod but it doesn't work. What do we do?

Sync them from your iTunes library:

Note that you can only sync apps from the one syncing computer/library that yo can have. If the iPod was synced to another computer/iTunes libary or set up via wifi then to make this computer/itunes library your syncing computer/library:

I don't understand what's happening with my Music. All the songs that I purchased, that were previously on my phone, now show up with a Cloud next to them, but I can't play them. If I touch the Cloud, it turns into a red square, acts like it's downloading (which I can see happening in iTunes), but never downloads. The Cloud just stays there.
I've sync'd my phone, I've turned it to "show all music" in Settings, I've drag and dropped the songs/albums onto my phone again. I feel like I've tried everything I've seen recommended, but nothing works.
I've purchased a lot of music from iTunes. It should be there. What's going on?

Once you successfully add you iTunes library to iTunes Match, you go to Settings>iTunes & App Store on your iOS device and turn on iTunes Match. Your iTunes Match library will then appear on your iOS device.

I have the iPod touch and I had iTunes on my computer. I was prompted to update my itunes. When I was going to, it said first I should sync my ipod, so, with it connected to my laptop, and itunes on, I did so. Now that it finished, it's messed up!

First of all, I have an iPod Touch which is connected thru my Windows 7 laptop. It has been working find up til now. I have been prompted to dl the latest iTunes update, so I clicked to do so. But I was advised to sync my iPod first, which I did. As soon as that was finished, I got an Apple logo on my iPod and an an empty loading bar. I went to a discussion forum on Google where they said "uninstall iTunes" so I did. I then re-installed iTunes 10 and nothing changed, so I uninstalled it again. One thing I noted was that "Deborahs iPod" was no longer on iTunes when I did re-install it. So now I am at the point where I have a "dead" iPod with only Apple logo and bar against a black bg and nothing else. And I do not currently have iTunes installed on my laptop. Tap and hold an app until they all start jiggling and an X appears in the icon's top left corner. One by one tap the X to delete the app. when they are all gone you are free to buy them again with your own account.

Try using the Spotligh search feature on the iPod. To get there, swipe the Home screen fully to the right.
Also, if they are Games, they could be in the Game Center.folder

An iPod can only pair with an iPhone for internet sharing provided that the iPhone has the subscribed to the tethering plan. The BT profiles do not permit file tansfer between IDevices by BT. The only BT pairsin is by app and those ar for peer-to-peer gaming.
