We have find an iPhone, 2 iPads, 2 iPhones that are online, we cannot get the 3rd iPhone online?
we need to connect several iPhones to the "find my iPhone tracking systerm", one phone will not connect, we have enable the tracking devices and location services, wha steps are we missing?
Be sure you are signed into the iCloud ID being used on the iPhone that isn't online when you attempt to track it. (Find My iPhone will only show devices using the iCloud account you are signed into when you go to icloud.com.) If you are and it's still not showing, try going to Settings>iCloud on the phone and turn Find My iPhone off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.

Launch iTunes, go to the Preferences, select Devices, and hover your cursor over the backup file for the iPod. That should show you the serial number, IMEI, and possibly the MEID.
The manufacturer ID will not help you locate the iPad, though. If you set up the Find My iPad service in the Settings prior to the iPad going missing, then there is a chance that can be tracked, though it depends on a number of factors (the iPad is turned on, connected to a WiFi or 3G network, and has not had the Find My iPad service disabled or the iPad been completely restored).
If you did not set up Find My iPad, then there is no way to track it. Contact the police and change any passwords for any online accounts you may have used from your iPad (the iTunes Store, for instance).

I uploaded my photos to my computer. I now have all my albums and photo library on my phone. I cannot get the off my phone and cannot take pictures on my camera.
Connect your phone back and resync except this time uncheck all the albums from itunes when you sync. This will take all the albums off your phone and clear up space on your phone.

I can down load the files just fine and they open. the numbers in the documents will display but text will not what I get is this : "__________" where there should be text.
Try this site and download the the Doc (rar). it will open on my computer as an excel file but there will be no text just "__________" Open office will not open this file, but excel will.

I bought a 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm connecting cable to connect the Express to some outlet on the receiver back but am unsure which one to connect to. They have a combination of coaxial and optical plugs, nothing looks like a 3.5mm jack. I also bought a 3.5mm stereo Y-adapter cable to connect the Express to whatever coaxial jack on the back of the receiver. I tried all but could not get a sound out of the system. I checked with earbuds to see if music was coming out my Iphone 4s through the express and it does so obviously it is a connection or setting issue. Everything works WIFi, but want music to stream through my Samsung system which includes TV,AV receiver and BluRay player.
Any help would be appreciated as I am new to this.You basically have two choices: 1) Find the best physical placement of the AirPort Express to support multiple locations, or 2) Get another Express to extend the wireless range of the first one.

I have set up Photoshop Elements11 as the External Editor in iPhoto just as Terence Devlin said. However when I save the edited photo it does not appear in iPhoto. A drop down menu asks where I want to save the photo and I do not know what to choose. Also should I choose, "save" or "save as"? I should be really grateful for your help.
I suggest opening iPhoto and reverting back to iPhoto in the Preferences for photo editing. Quit iPhoto. Restart your Mac for good measure. Open iPhoto and again choose Photoshop Elements in Preferences as the editing app.
As far as editing, I don't have PE, but I have another editing app form the Mac App Store, ColorStrokes. I have been experimenting with using it for editing iPhoto photos and it works flawlessly. After setting ColorStroke as the editing app, I open a photo in iPhoto and click the Edit button in the menu bar below the photo. Color Stoke immediately opens with the photo and I complete my editing. When I have finished editing I choose to Save the photo, leave the name the same and agree to replace the iPhoto photo of the same name. I quit ColorStroke and the photo in iPhoto now has all of my edits from ColorStroke.
Should I decide that I prefer the original photo, I open the photo in iPhoto and choose Revert to Original in the Photos pulldown menu. -
I have a Touchsmart 9100 PC with a built in webcam, but i cannot get the webcam to work, help?
A light comes on the built in webcam when I for instance, activate a Skype video call, but no picture comes through. I thought this might be a problem with Skype, so i instead tried to just use the webcam like a photobooth however the camera still would not work.
What do you think the problem is? How do I uninstall and reinstall the webcam, might that help? or is this not possible with a built in device?

Having the app is irrelevant.
The ONLY thing that matters is whether "Find My iPhone" was enabled on the missing device before it was lost/stolen. If it was not enabled, there is nothing that can be done. -

Apple (and no one else) can not assist (with serial number or iCloud) in finding a lost or stolen iPad.
Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.

I believe someone stole my iPod touch at school. I don't have find my iphone installed on my ipod, only on my iPad. If my ipod still shows on my devices, does that mean it hasn't been erased?

No app on the iPod is required.
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected, on a computer browser go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police and school
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it unless you had iOS 7 on the device. With iOS 7, one has to enter the Apple ID and password to restore the device.

I've forgotten my restrictions password. I have "find my iPhone" in restrictions though.

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
