We have tried to restore our ipod but we get a message from Microsoft saying itunes must shut down.  It happens every time at the same point in the download.  We've even gone to the Apple store and had the unit DFU restored.  Please help.

The message we get when we try to restore says "itunes has encountered a problem and needs to shut down."  We're trying to restore.  The ipod is currently in the DFU restore mode.  How do we get it to complete the restore?
