We keep on getting customer emails and calls about our website being unsafe, but we've gone through the ringer to make sure we're 100% verified and safe. How doI tell what we need to do to fix it before our busy holiday season?

We've triple-checked the SSL certificates, reconfigured security options, and are fine with our McAfee secure verification, and nothing seems to help. We've gotten calls & emails from numerous customers using Firefox; I believer the majority are using windows. We've been working on this since February. If it persists we'll be losing a lot of money over the holidays.

Try closing the mail app completely and reboot your iPad. Assuming that you are running iOS 7 .....
Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the Mail app and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

I've run the software update several times. Pages is located in my iWork '09 folder in Applications. Using OS X 10.6.8

Thanks for the info, but I did not see a circle in the upper left corner nor a paint brush to select format inspector. I did open inspector by clicking on the blue circle with the "i" in it and then clicked on "T" for text but I did not see any font settings. What is happening is that when I type text or numbers in a cell I see a random set of symbols in the cell, but in the bar above the table I see the correct text or numbers. I looked at some other solutions for default fonts and the response was that there is no way to change the default font. Any other ideas?

Have you tried a soft-reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

delete itunes. completely off the computer. restart it. then download it again, redownload the music and then sync your ipod and that should work
