We Need a Pick and Choose Plan - Any Suggestions?

We currently have 3 phone lines with 700 Shared Minutes. One of these lines has the 1000 text/$10 per month option. Two of the phone lines are month to month and one is on contract until 06/2014. We have out grown our old contract, but we don't seem to fit what is offered. Can anyone suggest any solutions? Short of jumping ship with T Mobile, ATT or Straight Talk - we really don't know what to do. T Mobile can give us what we want - for a price we are willing to pay. Plus now they will pay to get us out of our current contract. We have been with Verizon for a very long time and would like to stay - unless they just can't give us what we need.
OK, this is what we need to be a happy Verizon customer:
Lines 1, 2, and 3 - UNLIMITED TALK
Line 1 - 2GB DATA
Line 1 and 3 - UNLIMITED TEXTING (If Cheaper Line 1 = 1000 messages per month, Line 3 = UNLIMITED TEXTING)
Line 1 and 3 will be smart phones - Line 2 will be Basic Phone
We don't want or need Unlimited Everything. Not everyone is texting and not everyone is using Data. But we all are making and receiving calls. We are on a budget - so we are looking for the cheapest price. Like I said - T Mobile can do it and for less than $120 per month. OK Verizon - let's see what you can do!

First when you say "our contract" you're implying you have one contract. You have 3 lines that's 3 contracts. Second if you go to T-Mobile you'll have to pay FULL price for your phones. That right there will run you $1200-$1500 maybe more.
Your cheapest option for unlimited talk and text and 2 GB data would be Share Everything plan. but it would be $170 plus taxes/fees so maybe between $185-$190.
