We purchased Microsoft Office Professional 2010 (3 Activations)  in Dec of 2011. We only activated one License, on my wife’s computer, I was using Microsoft Office Professional XP on my computer at the time and did not need to install one of the Microsoft
Office Professional 2010 (3 Activations).
I have tried to use the download link that was sent from the original purchase in 2011;

Subject: Activate MS Office 2010
After installing  MS Office 2010 from your Website I have tried to activate the  MS Office 2010. The instructions stated; Now you will REOPEN one of the programs for example Microsoft Office Word. I do not see this choice, the only choice is by
going to; Programs, Microsoft Office 2010,  select I have already purchased Microsoft Office 2010, Activate... a box warning about a valid product key appears as seen by the first screenshot below... I clicked OK and then I entered the product key that
was emailed to me from Pro Logistic Industries – (prologisticindustries in gmail.com) but this does not work as shown by the second screenshot below... as it states... this is not a valid Office Product Key... You also stated in your email; You will see a
screen to fully activation your software with Microsoft. You will have two choices for activation: Activate by Internet or Activate by phone). I don’t see a choice to activate by phone... Please help me with this problem. At the bottom is the original Link

I'm sure you still keep the product key, follow the process to enter the key, you should be able to download then.
