"we're sorry but we can't send your payment right now paypal" error
Hi there, I was able to make a successful purchase earlier, after trying again soon after this message popped up. I've searched the help center here, as well as calling the company with no useful information. Does anyone have any solutions to gfix this? Thanks.
I am having this same problem. I tried Overstock and Nordstroms. I don't even get an error message. It just flips me back to the main wesite and my items are still in my shopping cart.

I called them. Apparently it's because I'm using a different IP address location, their internal security program. She said try again in a few days. That's really handy, I'll end my vacation early just to pay myself from my own paypal account. Absolute crap. My guess is they are worried because they have been hacked, but don't want to tell us. This extra security is completely crap and turns paypal into Payarse. time to leave I think ! And this is after you've sent your id, confirmed your address, credit card, bank account and phone.

I'm in Nova Scotia, Canada and when I try to use Siri it loads and loads and then says, "I'm really sorry about this, but I can't take any requests right now. Please try again in a little while."
I rebooted and it didn't fix the problem. I just got my iPhone 4s (unlocked right from Apple) several weeks ago.Siri has been a bit more erratic than usual in the last week or so. Apple has announced a major announcement for 9/12. Conclusions are left to the reader.

had the problem. My 3gs used Siri to dial phone numbers or use the address book to dial and I never had a problem with it.

Why does Siri say "I'm really sorry about this but I can't take any requests right now Please try again later"?
I haven't had any trouble up to this morning. Is there a reset?

Siri continues to be spotty in respond to requests. This has been happening on and off for more than a year with the most current OS on the iPhone 4S. Currently the OS is 7.0.4
I have tried rebooting the phone. Turning off Siri and waiting for a period of time before enabling. Nothing seems to change it's performance on the iPhone side. It will just start working after it fails, but unpredictibly.
Apple.com/support status currently has all services listed as 'green.'Yes, I've been throught the document and the settings. The key thing to understand is that I've been using Siri since it first came out, with a lot of success, and for 10's of thousands of miles of driving.
That said, it's started working again tonight. So, maybe the settings cleared and it will be happy from here on out.... we'll see.

Hi Itunes was working on monday and now it isn't, it's giving me this error anytime I try to access updates for my apps or buy new apps, any ideas?
just started having the same issue since aobut 2 hours ago. I did downloads yesterday morning and it was working just fine.
as of 2 hours ago it's showing cannot connect to itunes store at all not even under top 25, cateogories nothing. just wondering if there is anything that has gone wrong with the itunes store. -

Both my dad and I have an iPhone 4S and both Siri and the keyboard dictation are not working for either of us. Siri says I'm really sorry but I can't take any requests right now. Is anyone else experiencing this?
You are not alone! mine has 5.1.1 still Siri is not working well.

I have an Iphone 4s and upgraded to 7.0.4. When i request Siri, she still answer me
"I am really sorry about this, but i can't take any requests right now. Please try again in a little while."
Its been 4 hours, and still the same message. This is my firts time using it.
Any Suggestions ?Do you have a good Internet connection? Siri requires the Internet to work fully.
EDIT: Also, it depends on where you are located. Siri does not work everywhere. See this support document and see if Siri works where you are located. http://www.apple.com/ios/feature-availability/

With Yahoo Mail, and anotare account (Inacap Mail), I can only receive mails but I can't send emails. I don't know if this is a problem of the iPad or it is a problem with yahoo mail, because using Gmail and the email of my job I don' have this problem.
Google them to confirm the settings that you need for the outgoing server, then check the setting you entered on the pad. Pay real close attention to the outgoing server name, and port. You may need to change in on the pad.

I have an imac with IMAP email. have managed to partially sync up my ipad with it in that I can receive the same emails that appear on my imac but I can't send from my ipad. Any ideas?
That sounds like a settings issue to me. Check with your IT depatment to make sure you have it configured properly.

I've been able to receive emails from my Gmail and unversity accounts no problem, but they will not send. I keeep getting an error message telling me the server does not allow 'relaying of messages' and they end up in my Outbox.
