We sorrted the problem with "32 bit plugin requred" , but another one acuired - it wants to updte the silver light every time i try to write email, we do not have silver light. What to do? Thanks program . This is with using hotmail
When i thick "open in 32 bit mode" in "get info" from Firefox application, then every time i try to send email from Hotmail it tells me to update "silverlight" - we do not have such application or program or what every this is. I did not need to do that if i do not tick the box "open in 32 bit mode". What to do. I do not want the reminder i need to run this page on 32 bit and i do not want this "update your silverlight'' every time i try to send email.

I have an old iPhone 3Gs with software version 4.3.5, I am trying to use it again, and it works fine, but I have not been able to update the software. Every time I try, I get the following message:
"there was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone, the network connection could not be established". This happens even though I have a working internet connection.
Besides that, all the other functions work properly, even synchronize apps and library.

That is a problem with Silverlight
On a Mac, Firefox 4 is a 64 bit application.<br />
Not all plugins support 64 bit and if not then you need to start Firefox in 32 bit mode to use that plugin.
# Close Firefox

# Right click or control-click the Firefox.app icon
# Select "Get Info"
# Select or Deselect "Open in 32-bit mode"

Why does my iphoto continue to say " photos are being imported to the photo library" every time I try to close? I have not been imported and this has been keeping me from closing for weeks.

my MAc Book PRO 13" Retina display will not update. It crashes every time I try to do an update. I have sent in the information on each update but so far nothing back from Apple. Also it does not matter what I am trying to update, the operating system, and application, each caused the same crash. This mac book is less than a month old.
That is the highest you will be able to go with 3g. You need 3gs or 4 to go any higher (multi processors and more memory needed). Version 4.2.1 marks the end of your updates for that device.

Hi, to get your iPhone 4 back to normal, here're two ways for you.
1. Use Dr.Fone for iOS. The free trial version can fix iPhone screen of death. The free trial version can do that, you don't have to pay.
Just download and install this software on your computer and connect your iPhone 4 to computer with a USB cable. When it detects your iPhone 4 is abnormal, click Restart the device to get your iPhone 4 to be normal.
2. Use iTunes to fix it.
Step 1. Make sure that the latest iTunes is installed on your computer.
Step 2. Plug into a USB cable to connect your iPhone4 to computer.
Step 3. Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time for about 10s.
Step 4. 10 seconds later, release the sleep/wake button. But continue to hold the home button until a message comes out, saying "iTunes has discovered an iPhone 4 in recovery mode, you must restore this iPhone before it can be used with iTunes".
Step 5. Click your iPhone 4 in the left sidebar to show the device control panel on the right. Then, click Summary.
Step 6. Go to Backups section and click Restore Backup.... In the drop-down list, choose a backup file and restore to your iPhone 4 -
I clicked on an upgrade box on my ipad and when the upgrade was done my ipad wanted my passcode to open it back up. I have not had to use a passcode to open up my ipad since I set it up and cannot remember the passcode. Every time I try a passcode it disables for longer and longer. It is now disabling for an hour at a time.
FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY. -

I have a networked HP L7780 all in one printer and I can not get it to fax through my Macbook Pro. I have downloaded all the drivers and it has passed all the tests. Every time I try to fax it shows the job paused. I can manually send and receive faxes but I can not do it through the computer.
Try deleting the printer, deleting the job queue and reinstalling the printer again.

I purchased a bunch of songs last month and one song won't play. Every time I try to play it the window pops up to authorize my computer to play that particular purchase. I tried all of the suggestions that Itunes support send me to. Nothing has worked so far. The song is on my account as a purchased item along with the other items that I purchased the same day. I run firefox then start downloading it. It states that I have to finish unistalling a previous firefox and restart my computer. I do. When Istart my computer again nothing. I start to download it again and get the same thing.every time.
