Web ADI Export icon does nothing

Hi experts
The integrators have been installed and the EXPORT icon worked successfully at one time. Not sure what happened, a click on the EXPORT icon does not do any thing at all. This is in our DEV instance. Now our TEST instance works perfectly.
Any pointers on what might have went wrong in DEV or what to compare between the 2 instances, that it works in one and not in the other?
We are upgrading from 10.7 to R12. Database is 11g. OS is Linux.

HI,
Do you find any error in BNE logs.
Please check 'BNE Server Log Path' to locate server patch where log will get created. Also to check name of log file check profile option 'BNE Server Log Filename'. If you are not see any logs then can you increase log level and see if anything is captured their, it can be changed using profile option 'BNE Server Log Level', change it to trace for max information. Also can you check access_log(latest) to see if their is any error.

You can try to disable the Java Quick starter and the Java Console extension in the Control Panel > Java.
Control Panel > Java > Advanced tab > Miscellaneous >Java Quick Starter (disable)
You can also disable the Java plugin in Firefox: Tools > Add-ons > Plugins

Clicking the Time Machine icon does nothing.

So I have backed up to an external hard-drive, and would like to confirm my backup. But clicking the Time Machine icon does nothing.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks all. I had used my external hard-drive on a PC previously, and thought that Time Machine would reformat it correctly, but erasing the external hard-drive with Disk Utility seems to have addressed the issue. I can now open Time Machine by clicking the icon in the dock, just as I was trying to do before... in vain.
So that problem being solved, I now have a question: If I have a Boot Camp partition (I do), will it be backed up by Time Machine as well? How can I check? I.e. how can I open that partition from Mac OS / Time Machine?

Web ADI export button disabled in OTL Super Timekeeper responsiblity

Hi All
In the OTL Super Timekeeper responsiblity, the export button is disabled for exporting the time details. How to enable this button so that data can be exported to Excel sheets.

Did you do the setup required to enable the Web ADI on this form? Web ADI doesn't work by default. Check metalink for directions.

Exporting movie does nothing

when i click export movie in motion 5 it does nothing its not greyed out and the other options work ok

i have this problem too.
After creating a project and making stuff, i wanted to export the project.
However, clicking export movie doesn't do anything. Clicking export audio does bring up the window to export audio though.
Anybody have answers?

Clicking itunes icon does nothing

yesterday my itunes worked, today I click on the icon and nothing happens. I have done nothing to my computer since yesterday to make a difference in itunes ability to run????

This may not help, but the first thing I'd suggest is to get a good antispyware checker and give it a go at your system. Some recent spyware has been reported by other users to shut down iTunes or prevents it from launching. From user reports, Ewido seems to be the best at catching it. You can download a free version of Ewido here.

I cannot customize my toolbar, checking icons only and small icons does nothing.

I need more room on my Air toolbar. I have in the past had icons only in the small size, but this does not work now when I try to customize - so I only have room for 8 bookmarks! I have followed the instructions and checked the box - nothing happens even after a restart. I am using Lion and the latest Firefox.

How to enter values in Descriptive flexfield by WEB ADI

Hi All,
I am using GL-Journals as an integrator for uploading data using WEB ADI. I have DFF at Journal lines. There is Context Field value and also 3 lines(Attributes). I can enter the data by clicking the Line DFF Context and Line DFF manually. The entered values are shown as concatenated values in this cell. But the data is in different columns in excel file. I want to map the data from excel(which is in different cells) to this one column in the WEB ADI template.
Does any one know how to map this.

Hi All,
After couple of investigations, I understood that it is not possible to map and upload DFF Values unless you concatenate the data. We all know it used to work in client ADI. I have found these documents 1072689.1 and Bug 8469705.
If someone knows any workaround please let me know.

After 10.5.6 Upgrade, Mail does nothing useful

So I decided to u/g my MacBook Pro to Leopard 10.5.6 today and followed all the usual precautions. Everything seemed to have gone swimmingly until I fired up Mail. A message appears that mailboxes and such have to be converted (or something to that effect) and that it might take a few minutes.
In little time at all, Mail indicated the initial setup was a success, but I have no messages in the Message Viewer or any mailbox. I use IMAP for all of my email addresses (one at MobileMe, several at Gmail).
Tried to Send a message and no joy.
Clicking on the Get Mail icon does nothing.
Mail will not Quit.
I know I'm late to the 10.5 party, but I wan't expecting an issue with Mail.
Where to start?

Welcome to the Discussions.
If you mean that you upgraded from TIger to Leopard (and thus t 10.5.6), then consider the following:
The problem you are having following the upgrade to Leopard from Tiger (10.4.11?), has been covered by the support document at the link below:

If you also find any files named to include MessageSorting (which would mean you once have upgraded from a version of OSX earlier than 10.4), remove those, also, but never restore those.
To find the correct location for the Mail folder, open a Finder window, click on the icon of a house in the Sidebar (this is known often as "Home"), click on Library in that Home user directory, and then to open the Mail folder found there.
If you mean you updated from an earlier version of Leopard to 10.5.6, then another set of support documents will apply.

Gmail attach file icon does not work

Is there a way to fix this problem? I tried network.http.spdy.enabled to false. No go. I tried resetting all the settings in ie, per a suggestion somewhere, no go.
Safe mode - does not work.
This problem seems to have come from no where. I can drag files into gmail, but the attach file icon does nothing.
Attach file icon works in IE, but I am trying to use Firefox.
Is there a fix or do I need a new computer?

I also have this problem. It just started today out of the blue. Whenever I hit "attach file" in gmail, I never get a "file explorer" popup. Simply nothing happens.
* I'm running 31.0 on Mac 10.8.5.
* I have tried resetting firefox several times. I've tried restarting in safe mode multiple times. Nothing will allow the window to appear.
* I've tried various (old) fixes I found through searching (mostly involving about:config settings) but none worked.

When you start QT 7 player, under the first menu there is a "Registration" menu item.
Enter your name and Registration code, THEN hit the TAB KEY. Do not click the "Buy..." button.
That should do it.
